Great experience having my windshield replaced with Precision Auto Glass. Upon emailing them I had a quote within minutes and an appointment made for the following day. Jeremy came out to the house to replace the windshield and was very friendly. He asked if I had any questions before and after, and had it done in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.

Called got a quote and gave vin number for vehicle. Which all glass companies ask for vin to make sure they get right glass. When the showed up they had wrong glass amd when I called office to see what was going on the lady in office lied and said they don't go off vin and that she asked all the questions they needed to get right glass. Which they didn't ask any questions about car and when I told her she never asked she called me a lier and was very rude. Then she gave me a price for the right glass amd it was 6 time the original price. I called right choice auto glass and they are doing the job with the right glass for a fraction of the price of precision. Precision is a scale and be carefull they will try amd take advantage of you. Stay away.

Precision Auto Glass was fantastic! On Monday afternoon, my driver side window was shattered. By, Wednesday morning, I had a tech come out to replace it. With any other glass company I called, it would have taken up to a week to get anyone out. My technician called to see if he could come early, which rarely happens these days. He had the window replaced in under 30 minutes and was very professional. I would highly recommend Precision. Hopefully I will not have any more glass shattered, but I will always use Precision if it ever happens again!

Very happy with my windshield chip repair. Adam was so friendly and helpful, showed up during the window as promised, and was done within 15 minutes. All of the chips/cracks were sealed really well. Called to get a quote to have my windshield replaced. Thought it was cheap at $181, but it ended up being $341. Very misleading! Although the technician that came out was wonderful.Updated:well, you re very detailed notes are not accurate because I only called once I was blown away by the low price and immediately booked on the first call after calling around to several other shops that didnt come close to that price but a few beat the actual price i was charged.

I have used this company 3 times now. I am honestly surprised company s like this exist anymore! I had a smashed rear window, they were able to get it fixed the next day. The window for arrival to repair was quite large (obviously) so I was able to go to the gym and have them meet me in the car park! They fixed my window whileI worked out. The repair man was super chill about it. Great customer service! Will only use this company from now on.

Precision Auto Glass was recommended to me by my independent mechanic. They were able to get my BMW X5 windshield replaced the next day while I waited. We made a 3-way conference call with my insurance company to get everything pre-approved when I booked my appointment. So far, I'm very pleased as they were courteous, prompt and the repair work seems to be well done. They even put my rear-view mirror back exactly as they found it so I didn't need to realign it. Now that's a little extra attention to detail that impressed me as you just don't see that these days.Service: Auto windshield replacement

We've starting using Precision Auto Glass since we moved to Castle Rock and they have always been able to get us in within days. Happened to find Precision on Google. Had no knowledge of them. Great job guys! I have a Tahoe that has all the cameras, heads up, etc. They could to a mobile install when I had been told by others it had to be done in shop. They have the 'calibration' company coming out to re-calibrate all cameras today. Impressed. MikeService: InstallationService: Installation

Professional, on-time, courteous and the price was a bit lower than the other two quotes I got. They answer their phone (unlike some other auto glass companies that require booking through website) and accept payment on delivery. Plus the installer was super friendly and obviously loved doing what he does. I had a great experience with Precision Auto Glass. The cost was around 20% less than the two other companies I received a quote from. The representatives I spoke to on the phone were friendly and accurate with my quote. I noticed one of the other companies gave me an estimate, while Precision provided an exact quote. The installer was in contact with me about his ETA and efficiently installed the windshield. It has only been a day or so since installation, but so far so good.

I thought I needed the trim around my windshield replaced. Got quoted a very fair price. When the installer came out he determined that the trim just needed to be re-glued in some areas and there was no charge for the job. I of course tipped the installer for his time and honesty. I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. I would recommend them to anybody with auto glass needs.

Very impressed with this company. Set up an appointment to meet by their office, and when my plans changed, Jeremy changed our meeting point and was very patient and flexible to my schedule. Glass seems to be of good quality, and the install was performed quickly and professionally. Thank you so much, I will definitely keep you in mind for my next windshield replacement!

I was able to get a same-day appointment to fix a chip in my windshield. They gave me a 4-hr window, which was somewhat inconvenient. The tech called about 20 minutes prior to arrival, which actually ended up being before my window (window was 12-4; he arrived at 11:40). I really appreciated that. The repair was quick and was exactly how much I was quoted on the phone. I used them again when my other car got a chipped windshield.

People there are nice and personable. Oy issue was they ordered the wrong glass the first time. So I had to take time off work twice to get my repair. A simple mistake that could have been avoided.Either way, lll use them again if the need arises. Not a ton of competition put there.

Very knowledgeable and professional company! Safelite was the company my insurance recommended but I like to keep my business local, so I chose the auto glass company here in Castle Rock. They showed up on time, were reasonably fast and very professional. I had a great experience and have already recommended them to my neighbor and my uncle!

I have used Precision multiple times for my vehicles and have experienced nothing but fantastic, exceptional service.You definitely get that personal touch when dealing with Precision.I would highly recommend them and I HAVE recommended them to many of my friends and family members who also use them now.Friendly and professional. Quality glass. Quick appointments. Mobile service. And, they leave the car cleaner than when they started. What more can you ask for?

I had a windshield replaced on my Ford Ranger. The tech was on time, friendly, and professional. He did a great job and I've had no problems since the replacement a few months ago. Precision also beat the price of the other 2 companies I contacted by quite a lot. I'll definitely do business with them again when the time comes (and the way my cars attract rocks, it won't be too long, sigh).

No complaints here! Price was great, they showed up within the time window and confirmed when they were on their way. Windshield was replaced in 45 minutes and they clearly explained what not to do during the first hour & first 24 hours in order to ensure the windshield sealed properly. Would definitely recommend.

An appointment for windshield replacement was made and I was notified by Andrewof his arrival time. He was prompt, professional courteous and efficient. The glass was repaired instead of replaced which allowed for my insurance company to take care of the damage with no deductible.I have the highest regard for Jeremy and his employee Andrew who operate the company with integrity.Their quoted prices were equal to or better than any other competitor that I contacted.
