Codey and his team at Onyx are top notch. The quality of work is awesome, they re communicative and pricing is fair. I went to them with a pretty good amount of work on my BMW and the process was awesome. I ll definitely be going back for future service on my vehicles!

I ll always remember my father working in the middle bay. He was known for being an honest, hardworking mechanic. I have more than a decade of memories with this shop.I wonder if you guys work on hybrids? I have a Toyota Camry hybrid, and haven t found a shop yet who takes care of my vehicle the way my dad (Glenn) and Bruce did when it was Willcox Automotive.

Codey is very knowledgeable when it comes to working on cars. It's been hard to find a trustworthy mechanic in Castle Rock, but I finally found the one! He has taken well good care of his customers and is very punctual when it comes to diagnosis and getting back to the customer. Highly recommended

Codey and his team were awesome to work with and I ll be going to the Onyx team for any of my vehicle issues moving forward. My Jeep Wrangler had a disconnected rear axle breather and their team went above and beyond to help. They got my car in fast and even made a trip to go find the part, which was hard to get from the dealer. He saved the weekend and allowed me to have fun off-roading in Leadville. Highly recommend!!

Wow! That s all I have to say for the level of service I received at Onyx. I have been dealing with an overheating issue on my Jeep for over a year now. I originally took it to the Jeep Dealership where the factory trained techs couldn t seem to locate the issue. After multiple visits to the dealership, we decided to take it to Codey at Onyx and within an hour, he had found my issue (and then some lol).I took my Jeep yo the infamous i70 yesterday WITHOUT my electric fan on and had no issues with overheating. I m ecstatic to be able to adventure deeper into the woods with confidence.Thanks, Onyx!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I own a difficult vehicle to work on (Ford Escape) and I needed a new turbo for it and Anthony was so helpful in getting me the turbo for a great price! My car is still in the shop due to some technical problems bc my car is has so much technology on it and they have been very thorough and helpful with me and every time the check engine light comes back on they immediately take it back and get to work! It s been a long process but I am thankful they care enough to take it back every time over the last few weeks even though I m sure it s annoying to work on it! The only thing I will say is that communication could use some improvement in the sense of giving me updates since it s been a long time but honestly not the end of the world for me since it s not my only car. I would recommend this place to anyone in castle rock who needs repairs. They are honest and prices are great and they stay committed even if it s frustrating!Services: Electrical, Oil change

These guys truly helped me when I was desperately in need. As the owner of a short skoolie, I found myself stranded in Castle Rock with a cracked radiator and 1000 more miles ahead of me. Corey + Anthony were able to prioritize and accommodate me quickly to get me back on the road for my journey, post-holiday weekend. Corey even checked in on me a few days later to ensure all went well. A local recommended this place to me and I m incredibly grateful. These guys were kind, professional, quick and knew what they were doing not to mention, straightforward and didn t try to gouge me for more. Huge thank you to this place!

These guys are purely professional and reasonable. A rare combo these days. Had my van towed in, and after they added nearly 5 gallons of fuel my problem was solved and my bill was zilch. There is hope for humanity and Wilcox automotive is a great place to start. Nice folks genuinely care about people!

Amazing service! Bruce is an amazing mechanic. He is honest and doesnt charge more than he says initially. He always checks in and makes sure you know what is going on with your vehicle. This place has cheap prices and the best service! Melodie is very kind as well!

Bruce does an amazing job. If you have a domestic car and need anything done, take it here! His prices are more than reasonable, he's honest and will tell you exactly what you need. If something else needs doing, he will let you know instead of just fixing it and billing you later. Much recommended, will bring all my vehicles here!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Bruce for the past 10 years! He always takes care of us! I don t trust anyone else with my car. You can t beat his prices. I have had a leaky sunroof for the past couple years that has progressively gotten worse. Cadillac and other collision shops wanted to charge upwards of $500 just to investigate. Bruce found the issue within a day and fit me in his busy schedule to take care of it. You can t beat quick quality service. Thank you Bruce!! - The Petit Family

Bruce is as honest, fair, knowledgeable, and nice as they come! He has been keeping my cars going since I moved to Castle Rock in 1998. I don't think you will find anyone doing it cheaper either.

Great people and love going there when I have issues. Bruce and his people are awesome. He's an awesome man and always tries to fit u in his schedule and let's u loaner car if u need one for the day etc. I would never go to another mechanic or replace him for anyone else. God bless bum and his awesome people that work for him!!!!!!

Extremely incredible, won't be taken advantage of, if something doesn't need fixed, owner will tell you. As a single female, can't tell you how much I love this place, and will never take my vehicle anyplace else, unless they tell me to, because out of their service experience. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

wilcox is the only mechanic i trust to work on my car. my family has used them for years, and even though i now live in denver, i still bring my car down to castle rock whenever it needs work done. they are consistently fair priced, efficient, and friendly. thanks bruce & crew!

Wilcox Automotive has been our vehicle repair source for over 10 years now. We have never had an issue with service or suspected that we weren't being treated fairly. If you're looking for a shop that you can count on, give Wilcox Automotive a shot. You won't regret it.

I have never had such a horrible experience. One of their mechanics yelled and spit in my face. Never have I been treated so horribly. I went from loyal customer of almost 2 years to being disgusted by them in moments. I recommend looking to literally any other shop before you trust them.

Very honest and knowledgeable mechanics. They are able to diagnose problems better than nearby dealerships and won't perform unnecessary repairs.

BEWARE - THEY DON'T LOCK CARS WHEN PLACING THEM OUTSIDE. MULTIPLE CARS BROKEN INTO THIS WEEKEND 10/31/2016. ONE CAR EVEN HAD THE KEYS LEFT IN THE IGNITION. NO APOLOGIES OFFERED AND STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE.NOT RIGHT - YOUR NEGLAGENCE IS INTOLERABLE. Your behavior reflects that this isn't a first time occurrence. If so, you might invest in surveillance equipment, or warn customers what they are at risk of in leaving vehicles with you. You might want to double check your employees.

Great service. Only repairs what is needed. Often times the repairs are not as bad as you expected. Very honest. They are busy so don't expect to get in the same day.

This shop is awful. they destroyed my transmission.I went there for an 30k mile service and my transmission has been slipping ever since, I think it may have been switched with one of the many junk vehicles cluttered about the disaster of a shop.I cant believe the city has not condemned this place.

Way cheaper than Firestone and Midas and better service! I have been going since I got my driver's license and my parents have been going since before I was born!!
