Doesn't matter who answers the phone when I call, always helpful. Sid and Emily always take really good care of me and get me the parts I need in a timely manner. Every delivery driver I've encountered is nice and courteous to me. Impressed with this store and how they handle business.

Nice and helpful knowledgeable staff. Always a short wait, less than a couple of minutes, to get checked out. Wide selection of parts and a very helpful tool rental program so you don't have to invest hundreds of dollars as a weekend warrior.

Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Love how i can use the diagnostic tool to check me check engine light. I used their cataclean product and it fixed my check engine light for my catalytic . Just got a new battery and they installed for me in 10 minutes.

Just when you think customer service is a lost art, good ol Caleb came through for us old times to believe there is Hope for our future. He not only has the coolest tattoos, has a spirit of selflessness for serving our country in the Navy but he also offered to install the bulb for me and supply me with the tools to do so. All this with a firm and shake and a smile. You are not only making a difference in our community, but in this world Caleb. Thank you.

I just saw a review earlier that someone said Autozone has a cleaner feel and a freindlier staff... lol.... I almost never go there... First of all, if you really work on cars and are not just a poser, you would know what really matters at a parts store are these two qualities: KNOWLEGABLE and HELPFUL...With that said, Curtis is one if the most knowlegable parts guys I have come across in my 35 years of working on my own cars...and I mainly work on Audi's. Curtis is usually knowlegable about what I need and always helpful, even when he doesnt have what I need, by letting me know quickly and not wasting my time....anyone with a job half done in their garage will understand how important this is.They have fair prices. They can usually get what I need that day if its not in stock and hold the parts til Im able to get there and pick them up. They have the best tool rental selection in town.I use a few parts stores in town, as anyone should, but these guys are my go-to.I just picked up this Power Torque 73 piece set PURELY because it had 1/4" drive hex keys down to 3 mm. I heavily use the 4mm, 5mm and 6mm keys and I was tired of chasing the bits that fall out of the single interchangable socket and fall behind the motor while working on this 1.8t coolant flange..Thanks guys and THANK YOU Curtis!

I was leaving for a month long camping trip and learned that the car needed a battery tie down. The folks at O Reily s not only helped me find the right parts but installed them for me as well. It was a lifesaver and a huge relief, allowing me to start my trip on time. They were so friendly and generous and just good souls. Thanks Ken and Will!!!

Staff is always available, friendly, patient, and helpful/informative. They always have the answers or are willing to find the answers right away. They're as helpful as you need them to be, but always respect if you wish to do certain things yourself regarding your own vehicle. One of the few places around that still staffs well enough to ensure the phones always get answered in a timely manner as well! We'll be back for as long as we live nearby :)

It was a dark and freezing February evening when I was replacing a wiper blade on my niece's car. Unable to replace the existing blade, I made my way to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Castle Rock. I was promptly greeted and helped by Dalton. He quickly identified the appropriate replacement and informed me of the BOGO sale in effect (providing me with the passenger blade I needed and the drivers for a future date). He explained to me in detail how to install this model and offered to do the installation himself (but I didn't have the vehicle with me). Upon returning home I was able to install the new wiper blade and get out of the blowing snow in just a couple minutes!Dalton is a friendly and caring professional who is an outstanding representative of his store and the O'Reilly chain.Thank you very much!Eric

These guys will send you looking for a part number that doesn't exist on their shelves. Don't waste your time here, both AutoZone and Advanced Auto are way more friendly and actually want to help. I felt like a burden to these guys to ring up one item

I stopped in for a a question about my Altima earlier today, I was very quickly greeted by a younger man at the first register(didn't catch his name, light brown hair, ball cap). As I waited at the counter to ask a question, I was over looked for several minutes while the other man working stood leaned against shelf on his cell phone. Irritated as I was, I tried to make conversation, very much wanted someones opinions on my options. And this man, James, couldn't be bothered. When I asked for a Manger, he stated; he was the Manager? Not a good look for a busy place of business in Castle Rock-

I miss Brandon. When I walked in the door, I was greeted instantly l, and never had to wait for more than 30 seconds on any help, or checking out. Never been the same without him. I order parts online from a competitor now-

Incredibly thoughtful & excellent customer service from Ken and his team. Not only did they help us change out a dead battery, but Ken also put a new battery in my key fob while answering random car questions. Our new go to auto parts store!

I came in and was having difficulty with my hood latch popping up The manager, Doug came out and oiled the latch and tightened it for me. He would not take any money . I had 700 miles to go so appreciated his kindness very much.

Came in about replacing my headlights and Dalton went above and beyond in helping me out! Incredibly nice and professional and was happy to offer education through tips and advice while he changed my lights for me. I haven t been so impressed with customer service in a long time!

I was at my wits end with a rusty old stripped screw on my license plate. I went there and Matthew was incredible! He not only got the old screw out but put my plate back on for me with new screws. Matthew saved the day. So kind and helpful. Dalton too. I am now a loyal customer. Thank you so much

Matt is a good, patient, helpful dude. Managed to help me figure out that the starter I had was for an automatic and not a manual trans car. Which I needed a manual. Managed to figure out the part at oriellys for a manual was not a good one either without some cleaver manipulation to the starter solenoid. Matt handled the situation and filed a report for the bad part.

SUPERB customer service. Thank you to Brendan for sharing kindness, knowledge, and time with my friend and I as we figured out how to repair a punctured tire. From the perspective of 2 folks who don't know too much about auto care or auto parts, Brendan provided INVALUABLE help. He walked us through different options for auto care, effectively answered our barrage of questions, and established his expertise in car care. More importantly, he gave us a lot of reassurance and patience in a time where we were rather stressed. Thank you for helping us get back on the road, and for the reminder that there are really great, helpful people in the world:)

Good place to get things for older vehicles. Found new heads lights, always get my windshield wipes here also. Great place to ask questions as the staff is very knowledgeable on many different vehicles. We will definitely be back.

The guys went above and beyond today. We had them change out my wife's battery as the attendant was hooking up the battery my wife stepped out and closed her door. Her key fob in the car. The alarm went and doors locked. They employees went out of their to try and help us get the doors opened on the cold and wind. It is awesome to see that kind of service these days. Thank you!

These guys are great and have always helped me out between finding what I need to replacing my battery and windshield wipers. Considering this is all a little over my head they've never steered me wrong giving me their advice so that I dont get taken advantage of at a repair shop. Needless to say I'm very thankful for them and highly recommend this store to anyone needing an auto part and/or question.

Great team!! They were very helpful in diagnosing what was going on with my car. They were very friendly and helped make a bad day better. They even let me borrow some tools! While I'm not from the area, if I had to if definitely use them again!
