I'm absolutely ecstatic about my experience! I bought a Groupon for services without fully reading the fine print, as usual. Given that I use full synthetic oil in my car, Luke kindly informed me beforehand about the slight additional charge for the extra quart. He estimated the service to take an hour, considering I was waiting in the lobby.Surprisingly, my service was completed in just 40 minutes, and Luke didn't overcharge me. Instead of pushing for a new air filter purchase, he assured me that mine was still in good shape and simply had it cleaned.And let me tell you, Luke is phenomenal. He managed the front office with remarkable skill. I was truly impressed by his attentiveness, dedication, and politeness towards all the delivery personnel.To the owner of this Midas, please do everything possible to retain this exceptional employee! Individuals like Luke are a rare find and are invaluable assets to any business.Thank you for ensuring that my Midas experience was exceptional! Looking forward to my next visit in a few months!

I started coming to Midas for oil changes years ago, more recently I have had a fair amount of work done on my car. Everyone at the shop is 100% honest, and never push anything on you. They do a great job!

STELLAR STAFF: A couple days ago we had our vehicle serviced elsewhere (for some safety items- brakes replaced and both control arms) and while driving 45 minutes away from home we began hearing a strange sound. Where we had the vehicle serviced was already closed and wouldn t be open until Monday. Out of concern for our family s safety driving back home and using a major highway we stopped at this Midas location having seen it from the gas station across the street. Despite being closed waiting for customer pick up, staff was empathetic and willing to take a look to help us determine whether or not to drive home or call for a tow. The level of kindness and commitment for safety here is beyond that of anything I ve experienced elsewhere. If I didn t live so far from here I would make this my go to for auto services. I have a lot of gratitude and respect for this Midas and their staff.

Reliable and Trustworthy Service at MidasI recently took my vehicle to Midas Auto Service off Plum Creek for an oil change and tire rotation and had an excellent experience. Luke and Chris are friendly and professional, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions patiently.I especially appreciated the courtesy shuttle service, the clean waiting area, The work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price.Midas gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop.

Chris and Luke are angels truly!!!I went in for my check engine light and when they read the codes, they found it was a historical code and the issue was already resolved.They could have charged me $185 for a diagnostic fee but they didn t. For that I am incredibly grateful. You don t find many folks running an auto shop who are really looking out for you and don t want to make you shell out tons of money.I will definitely be coming back here for my next service appointment.

There s nothing like having a reliable car mechanic close by! Luke and the Midas team are so nice and helpful! He remembers me by name when I call, and is always generous with his time. They have the diagnostics to check engine faults and make sure everything is running well and safely. Great peace of mind for me to keep the cars safe for my family! Midas on Plum Creek is my go to for years now, and they have not disappointed! Kudos and Bravo!!

Scheduled new brakes and rotors a week in advance. Showed up to drop off and they said we will have to reschedule the brakes as our brake mechanic quit! They didn't care I had to schedule a whole ride and other drop offs to get my car there. Won't happen again!!!!

Strongly advise against choosing this auto service. My car was in good condition before I brought it here for a control arm replacement. Unfortunately after they worked on it, it left me stranded twice, requiring tow service and I had to take it to a different mechanic to fix all of their issues. Despite assurances to rectify the situation, I've yet to receive any follow-up from them after promising they would make it right.

Very good experience! These guys were so polite and friendly from the phone call to schedule my oil change. They got me in quickly based on my busy schedule. When I arrived I was greeted right away and everyone was so friendly and cheerful. They let me setup shop right in their waiting area so I could work while I waited. So impressed with this staff and service! Found my new oil change place! Highly recommended!

Had great experience getting my truck repaired. I was able to drop my truck off the night before, and it was finished by closing the next day. They called after evaluating the problems and broke down the pricing by part cost and labor cost. I checked part costs online and found their prices to be the same or below what I was able to find elsewhere. My truck has been running like it was brand new! Their customer service was exceptional. If you need your vehicle repair and don t want to be taken advantage of I highly recommend Midas. This location was great!

I have been going here for almost a year now and it is always a great experience! They are super helpful, always honest about repairs that are or aren t needed, and very fast. The staff are always super friendly and great at explaining anything found with your car. This is my go-to place!

First experience with this shop...excellent, prompt, and professional service. Replaced the muffler on my 24 year old Chevy Silverado. Luke and crew got the entire project done in half a day and gave the truck a good once-over discovering some worn out suspension parts. They walked me through the suggested repairs while the truck was on the lift and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Fix is pretty basic so I'll do it myself but if you're not a wrencher I'd highly recommend taking your car/truck to this shop.

I got an oil change here last week. We noticed over the weekend there was a leak. My husband took the car back, and the store manager Luke, was just so nice and courteous. He apologized multiple times and really went out of his way to take care of the car. Customer service and professionalism 10/10. I will most definitely be back! Thank you for the positive experience today.

These guys are always super friendly and helpful, honest, and easy to understand! I ve been to plenty of places where I don t understand what needs to be done to my cars but here they take the time to explain and show me what is needed. i needed my rear axle seals done quickly so i took it here, thinking it would be straight forward. they did it initially fine, i didn t notice anything wrong for 3 weeks or so. and then my seals started leaking again, so i had to take it back. only then they told me my bearings are bad which make the seal prematurely fail. one thing is, if you re doing the seal, it is very easy to notice a failing bearing. and mine were very bad. i was upset that they didn t tell me off the bat, because the new quoted price to fix the bearings and the seals, and the contaminated drums was now $2500. they replaced the seals for me for free which was fine but they told me it wasn t gonna last without new bearing. i wasn t going to pay $2500 so i did it myself, and along the way i am finding all the halfass work they did along the way. they cross threaded 2 of my axle backing plate bolts, and they bent my spacer walls so bad i can t fit any socket in there. i m beyond angry. but you get what you pay for. don t take your car to midas for serious jobs. you re better off doing it yourself.

Great place for oil changes and coolant services! Pricing is reasonable and the service is excellent! Everything was explained why it needed to be done and whenever there was a slow down the employees managed to help me stay informed of my vehicle. I will definitely always be driving the 30 minutes to this shop for my oil changes. They did a reasonably quick oil change. Provided me with information of a few things I might want to keep an eye on, but in no way pressured me to fix extra stuff. Refreshing awesome customer service. I made the mistake in going to another shop in Englewood & I definitely won't be making that mistake, bringing all my business here! Highly recommend!

These guys are friendly, quick and do a great job of staying to appointment times (way better than most locations). They also frequently have great Groupon deals that can't be matched by any other shop, even another Midas. I've been here several times for oil changes and will continue to return.

Update: I continue to come to this location even though it s a good 45 min drive from my home because the customer service here is unbeatable. Luke scheduled me for an oil change and tire rotation and was super flexible when I was a bit late for my appointment. The check in was seamless and fast. Luke s cheerful and sweet demeanor made the experience just so much more pleasant especially when I had to bring my infant with me (and as a new mama, this is stressful!!)I normally don t leave reviews for places other than restaurants, but this place deserves recognition for their great employees and customer service! I scheduled a last minute oil change and also asked them to take a quick look at what was making my car loud when I had accidentally run over a large rock earlier that morning. First off, there are two locations in Castle Rock, and I went to the wrong one that I was scheduled for, but they were super understanding and accommodating. Paul and Luke at the front were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon, who I believe was one of the technicians, provided solid information and advice on how to address the issue with the car, which turned out to be a broken exhaust bracket. (Doh!) They were so fast and efficient in changing my oil. Best of all, they were honest and didn t try to upsell me on anything. (Honestly, upselling me on things is my number one pet peeve). They did a courtesy check of my vehicle and afterwards, gave me the report with no pressure at all to service other areas. Thank you all for the good experience especially in a stressful situation where I wasn t able to pinpoint what happened to my car after running over the rock. I would happily drive back up to this location from Colorado Springs for the A+ service!Service: Oil change
