The guys here are wonderful! I pulled up worried about my oil level. They thoroughly checked me out and explained my oil was only about a quart low. They proceeded to top me off free of charge and washed my windows just because. Anyone who brings their vehicle here will be in good hands

I d give 10 stars if I could. The team at this location went above and beyond for me today. I came in for an oil change that went south quickly. The crew found a mouse had been warming itself under my hood. Then my key fob died (in the bay) and they couldn t restart my car. They sent someone to get batteries to try to revive our car. The batteries didn t end up working but they didn t stop searching for a solution. The whole crew was top-notch. They were patient, professional, and empathetic. I have always had a good experience at this location but today they went above and beyond. I m so grateful.

This place is fantastic! I had stopped by to make an appointment for an oil change as I had never been to a jiffy line before and was informed that I could get it done immediately and even wait in the car!Everyone I spoke to was exceptionally polite and courteous even though I seemed a little lost and my questions were very basic. I 100% recommend this location for an oil change or other vehicle needs - I ended up getting a tire rotation as well as a couple filters replaced as well. I had anticipated these extra services might be necessary already and the pricing + service level were top notch. I will definitely be visiting this location in the future for routine maintenance and service.

Guys were great! Prices were a little steep but I felt better about it after seeing the check they do after. Seemed to have a positive attitude towards making sure everything was running well!

I ve been here once before and it was good service. However, I came yesterday and there were four new staff that took such good care of me I nearly cried if it hadn t freaked them out. As a woman, you have to prepare often, to be talked to or treated like an idiot with car things or wonder if you re being jerked around with mechanics adding things you didn t ask for. My experience was so far from this!Our van is old and dilapidated and we are taking care of it until it dies but it has a lot of quirks. Not the least of which involving a bear that broke into it this past Friday at 1 am, and tore it up in panic after accidentally shutting herself inside. The van was running badly and it had to do with the oil cap falling off unbeknownst to us. I explained all the quirks and apologized for the torn up foam (and bear smell). At one point (Alex? I apologize that I am terrible with names though I never forget a face) offered to go get the correct oil cap for me, no matter where we could find one (bc one had to be ordered) and in the meantime, he and another kind associate (I am so sorry I forgot your name but I know you re from Utah and so very kind!) asked if they could make the van a little better and Alex explained that it was important to them to make people feel taken care of. They clipped off some foam and material pieces and put the lining back into the doors, and vacuumed most of the van, and helped me throw trash the bear had made out of our stuff. One of them washed my windows. They only charged me for what I asked them to fix; the gentleman was not pushy whatsoever, when I declined some services (bc the van could use more than what was done), and another (Michael?) told me where I could easily find another part for a low cost at a parts store and that he d happily fix it and not overcharge me. They were so respectful and kind and thoughtful. Y'all, I am a Christian mom of five boys, ages 16 yo-9 yo, and the undeserved dignity the employees showed my van and the respect and care they showed *me* was so touching if I were their mama, I d be proud. Since Covid, I have found that good service and just doing one s job seems to be optional and this restored my hope largely. I tend not to write reviews often but I ve been telling people of this wonderful experience I had and wanted to say sincerely: y all made a difference in my really tough weekend to week (and yes, it was only Monday) and I pray you keep that integrity and amazing service up!God bless,Niki

Oil change was fine, couldn t just drop the car off though, had to wait 15 minutes for some reason before I was able to get out of there. Every other oil change place is usually pretty quick to turn over the keys.

I stopped at Jiffy Lube last minute. I was hoping to be seen for an oil change before picking my son up from school. I was greeted with kindness and they got me in within 15 minutes. They changed my oil, put in a new air filter, checked my tire pressure, and added more coolant to my vehicle. Another employee washed my windows which was really nice with all the wet snow and gunk on the roads. I was in and out without 30/35 minutes. I was treated with respect, they were quick and efficient, and the price was affordable. I will return in the future. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!

This is the best jiffy lube. I'm an Uber driver and in for an oil change every couple of weeks .These guys are friendly and honest and quick, everything you could want in an oil change place. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me. I'm so happy I started coming to this location. I come all the way from Colorado Springs. This location should honestly be the model for all Jiffy lubes.

No wait. A team of young men descended on the car like Seal Team 6. Washing, windows, checking lights, politely explaining the procedures,etc. Stayed in the F150 while they efficiently went about their business in a very professional way. Answered all of my questions cordially and directly. Was out of there in 10 minutes I bet. Definitely the A-Team on duty that day!

Had a good experience here yesterday I took in my car to get it serviced because it s very low and not all shops have underground bays but they did a really good job they were all very friendly and helpful even knowing that low cars suck to work on haha everyone there seemed to have a great attitude and I would recommend going to this location again. They also didn t just do my oil change but they inspected my trans,diff and other fluids to make sure they looked alright but they went above and beyond in what they did so i appreciate it very much.

As a business owner it was very refreshing having my truck serviced today with such excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten the gentleman s name who helped with the oil change, but he was so professional, I would have liked to given him a mention in this review but their whole team was wonderful also. Thank you guys, my family and I will be back for our other vehicles as well!

Drove right in around 5pm on a Monday and they took about 20 mins to do my oil change. The staff was professional and courteous. Keep up the good work. I ll definitely be back.

The guys were great!!My oil pan inspection plastic cover had come off the bottom of my vehicle - which I am not sure happened from my last oil change at this Jiffy Lube or not?However, when I brought my car in to these guys at this facitlity, they refastened it in very little time.There was no fuss, no bother and no questions.They went out of their way to be extremely accomodating and professional.

This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube location, as I have had my car serviced at the dealer in the past. I was so impressed! I think I encountered three different technicians there, and all three were friendly and courteous. Great team of knowledgeable and helpful people! I ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Was at the mileage to get a routine oil change, but in the last few days had a headlight go out and wipers started not performing in the snow and rain. Stopped told what was needed and they took care of everything with very little added time and that is why I use their services. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant.

From the moment I pulled up I felt seen and heard. As a woman alone in a car service place I can sometimes be treated like I don't understand and I did not feel that way at all. They were all gentlemen, professional, courteous and kind.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube since they opened. There are two others closer to my home, but they don t even compare to this one. This location has the best customer service and they spend time going over every detail of what they re doing before they do it. They also don t try to sell you on other services, which I ve felt that other locations are a little pushy. I ve also noticed that they have the same employees every time I go, which I think says a lot. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an oil change or any other regular maintenance on your car.

There was no wait. Very competent staff. They showed me the actual test on my brake fluid which needed replacement, and then showed me what my brake pads looked like as they were changing the fluid. The brakes were ok for now but would need replacing in the upcoming months and they quoted me an affordable price on that. They also showed me all my fluids they topped off and showed me the fluid caps were secure under the hood. At other quick oil change sites, I always felt rushed with very little communication (unless they were trying to sell me an air filter replacement). Jiffy Lube took the time to make sure my vehicle was in good shape and got me out in a reasonable time and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

My experience at the Castle Rock Jiffy Lube was extremely positive. The folks working were honest & consultative when there was more work to be done than the oil change I had originally gone in for. Then they worked with me to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. I will be going back.

These guys are really nice and they do a good job. I will never go to Grease Monkey again after comparing the two at least here in Castle Rock. Jiffy Lube is the way to go. They were fast and the waiting room is comfortable. They also show you that they actually changed the oil and that you still have your caps on there haha. One time Grease Monkey did forget to put a cap back on and they don't show you so I didn't find out until later.
