Incredibly fast and great service!Called Dave and left a VM in the morning. He called me back in the afternoon and stopped by not even 30min later to repair the windshield. Will definitely use HD Auto Glass again if I need to.

Dave is Great! We called him at 9:35 am after another glass company we had used for years decided they didn't want our business anymore. He was here by 1:30 pm the same day and took care of our glass issue. We will be recommending Dave & HD Auto Glass to everyone going forward. From start to finish, we had a great experience. Dave is professional, responsive, communicative and accommodating. He replaced the windshield of our Jeep Wrangler, at our home (mobile service!). He also repaired a chip in the windshield of our Ford F-150. The quality of the glass, materials and his workmanship are excellent. Pricing is fair and HD Auto Glass is a preferred shop with our auto insurance company. Happy to recommend Dave and support his local business!

Dave has helped us out twice now. Once with a windshield replacement on our Subaru and another time today with a chip repair on our Tesla. Definitely recommend him and his services. He s knowledgeable, punctual, and takes the time to do the job right all at a fair price. A stark contrast to two other companies we tried in the past. We had a terrible experience with Dave. A car window was replaced and he failed to re-attach the inside door handle. There was no passenger in that seat for a while, so this was unknown that is was an issue. We took it into to an auto dealer and they simply had to reattach. The auto dealer already had the door off and wasn't much we could do. A request was made to Dave to at least split the costs of door panel removal, and re-attach. After several interactions the responses resulted in nothing but rudeness, denial, no apology and further insults. If you are expecting good customer service, I strongly recommend to take your business elsewhere. A strong need for maturity and professionalism is needed.

Dave was very professional and a relief to work with in getting my Toyota windshield replaced. There was a mix up in timing on my part and he had waited 30 minutes for my niece to show up with the auto at her work. She called him and he came right back, he had it done in no time,,and beautiful work. I love that he is local in Castle Rock too. And unlike some other place , the price he quoted was what you paid. And you didn't have to jump through hoops online to get a quote or set up a date 2-3 weeks out. Dave, I thank you so much.

HD Auto Glass and Dave specifically go beyond the call of duty to ensure quality work. I arrived home from a work trip late on a Friday night, to find that my car had been broken into. I talked with Dave the next Saturday afternoon and he ran around town to chase down a more obscure window. He was at my home that Sunday and charged less than half for labor compared to the dealership. 100% would recommend Dave and his company and, while I hope I don t need the services again anytime soon, I would absolutely use Dave again!Service: Auto side window replacement

While our church was near Castle Rock on a youth trip, we shattered the back glass of our transit van. We called several places and left messages, Dave was the 1st to call us back. We cannot say enough great things about our experience! He was able to get the needed glass the same day, and even installed it on Sunday afternoon! Extremely professional, extremely friendly.

I went to HD Auto Glass after my windshield cracked and needed to be replaced. After calling around, I almost gave up because no other shop in Castle Rock replaces Tesla windshields, but HD does! They responded immediately and got me in for repair in a timely manner. They are fairly priced and extremely professional. They also did an excellent job with my replacement. If I need a chip repair or a full replacement again, I will absolutely be going back to HD!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I gave them a call and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Dave was very professional and helpful to see if my insurance covered the repair or not. The windshield looks great, I ended up paying cash and he had many different options for me to pay with which is very convenient. Dave was great. He came to my home on a Sunday and repaired the star I had in the windshield. The star was large and I didn't want it to run and spread when it gets cold.
