My hubby and I each received window tint from Elliot over the last couple of years, and we both had a great experience with the company. The tint was done very well (even with the challenge of dog hair in the car), and continues to hold up very well!Elliot is friendly, personable, and a genuinely good person. He worked with me on choosing an appropriate level of tint for me needs, and when I dropped my car off, he offered me a ride back home since I was local. I declined but was very appreciative of his offer.I recently ran into him as he dropped someone off at the gym - another client of his - and had a nice chat with him. It s so refreshing to have someone that goes above and beyond to help others and makes his business a welcoming and friendly place. We smile when he we see his van around the neighborhood.I would highly recommend this business for car window tint needs!

Elliot is amazing and just an all around wonderful guy! He went above and beyond to create an opening for me so I could get my truck tinted before I left town. The quality of the products and the installation was nothing short of incredible. If you're looking for a high quality installer in the Castle Rock area look no further than Fade II Black.

Elliot is the man. Very friendly and excellent work with a great sense of pride in what he does. I will not go anywhere else for window tint, of any kind. I learned he also does residential home window tint for energy purposes.

Elliott is the MAN! There are very few times I ve had anything done to one of my vehicles by someone other than myself, and drive away feeling confident I ve made the right choice. Elliott is incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what he does. Couple that with him being a genuinely great guy, I can say I am now a customer for life!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. I was explained the differences between the different products, and felt comfortable with the choice I made, work looks great. Warranty sounds good, hopefully I don't need to use it but if I do I am confident Elliot will stand behind it. I'll be taking all my cars here in the future.

In a world where customer service has become rare I stopped into Fade 2 Black on a day I didn't realize they were closed. Elliot happened to be there and went above and beyond to go over tinting options with me and even changed his plans for Christmas eve to come in and do the tint for me. Workmanship was top notch. Fade 2 black and Elliot are a top notch tint shop and have earned any future business I have as well as my recommendation to anyone looking for a quality tint shop with integrity.

Had my windows tinted on a 21 WRX when it was brand new (so been a couple years now...should have written this sooner). But the installation was perfect, nothing has peeled, no bubbles anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elliot to anyone, and I'll go back whenever I need any more work done.

I am writing this review literally in his waiting room as he got me in as soon as I called.This is how the process went, like most of you I looked around and read around reviews to find the best tint for my 2018 BMW X3 m40i. I saw that this shop had 5 stars which is rare. I researched and I called at around 8:20. Elliot s shop was closed at this time but he still had the courtesy to send me a text giving me a quote. He was polite and right when they opened at 9 I called and he said he was busy all day but he worked with me to get my car in. I asked him if I could come in now and within 20 minutes I was at his shop and he fit me in his schedule. This man is professional and he knows how to treat his customers.I will update this post as I have not seen the quality of the tint but I m sure will be spot on.But in terms of customer experience this shop and Elliot are doing everything correctly. Take your car here. Cost is also affordable.Update: car looks phenomenal check out the before and after pics!

I would highly recommend Fade II Black. We recently had PPE installed on our Tesla Model Y, and they did an amazing job, with a perfect install. Prices were very reasonable, and they stand behind their work. We will definitely use them again, and plan to have them do our tinting this summer.

Elliott Did a fantastic job. You can tell really tell he cares about the final product. And it shows. I couldn t be happier with the end product. My Tesla has ever looked better. Awesome Job, I was on a tight timeline to have to drive out of state and Elliot was able to get the job done on short notice and rocked it out. He was able to guide me to the right product and legal limits of my home state.The quality is flawless and result is precisely what I wanted and needed. Made for an awesome drive back to Az. Found Elliot through Google, and chose him because of the endless stream of positive reviews he's earned.I took him my Honda CR-V for tinting. It's not a fancy car but I hate fighting through my commute on hot summer days. Despite what I imagine might be a "uninspiring" project, Elliot took plenty of time to explain my options. He gave me a fair price and was careful to deliver a great result.But, I guess that's what you'd expect to hear from a happy customer... here's what you might not know...Elliot handles his business like a pro. He's got a professional facility, actually returns phone calls quickly, manages his schedule well and is committed to the customer. He's more professional than companies you've encountered.And to top it off - he's a hard-working, family man; dedicated to building relationships and his community.THIS is the kind of place where you feel good spending your dollar.*NOTE* I purchased a product called 3M Crystalline to block out as many infrared an UV rays as possible. Man I can't say enough about Elliot and the business he run's at Fade II Black. Took my 2018 Nissan Altima Midnight Edition to him and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Dropped it off at 9am and told me it would be about 3 hours and it was right on the button. Had problems getting back down to his shop to pick the car up so he offered to come pick me up and take me back down to get it. One of the most friendly guys you will meet. Lifetime warranty on his work and also give's a 10% military discount. If you want great work and honest legit guy give Elliot a call at Fade II Black you wont be disappointed. Will be taking my GF's car down there next to get her's tinted. Again Thanks for the amazing work Elliot !!!! Your a true class act man.

Elliot just finished my truck. I will not be roasting this summer . He has done 3 of my vehicles. All top notch professional jobs. He takes pride in doing it right and on time. There are a lot of tint places that cant say that. He's 5 star for a reason. Definitely th MAN, when it comes to window tinting in Castle Rock. If it can be tinted, he can get the job done. Pricing of fair, and you get what you pay for. A quality job! I highly recommend Fade II Black. THANK YOU AGAIN ELLIOT!

I'm single and my neighbors were out of town so I was super pleased when my 3 hour appt turned into only a 2 hour wait due to Elliot being super considerate (we didn't even discuss shortening the time!). Not only was he fast but my car looks amazing now! Kudos to Fade II Black and I'll be coming back!

My friend and I had an appointment on a Friday. Prior to the appointment, Elliot (the owner) had an emergency and had to cancel the appointment. We fully respected his situation and happily accepted him rescheduling us for Sunday. Arriving for the Sunday appointment (4 minutes late), very strangely, came out with a huge chip on his shoulder. He was immediately incensed that there were two of us (with two cars) but he was expecting only one. We simply tried to explain that this was all in the text communications we had, but he was weirdly extremely angry that there was ever any kind of misunderstanding to begin with. He went on some crazed rant, something about, this isn t Burger King, you can t just have your way .He acted like it was our fault that he rescheduled us for today as if he was doing us a huge favor by accepting our business. As he only wanted to service my friend s car and not mine, I just said, OK I guess I ll have to take it somewhere else . So then while he was talking to my friend about what tint he would do, I waited for my friend. He then turned to me and started asking me if I was going to cry and that my face looked like I was going to cry, etc. It was beyond strange. The strangest experience I ve ever had as a customer anywhere. Then, when we were about to leave, he put his hand on my shoulder as if issuing a threat, and told me I should go to another shop. He has so many good reviews on here, this experience was beyond comprehension. Mocking and subtly threatening customers that did absolutely nothing other than show up for an appointment that, he apparently, wasn t fully expecting (that he scheduled)???

Mr Elliot did an outstanding job on my 2019 Volvo XC40 which we plan on keeping a long, long time. Elliot made some excellent window film recommendations to protect our car s interior.The final appearance turned out better than what we anticipated.I could not be happier with his professional service. Booking and pre arrival communication was spot onArrival and work time was terrible very rude, timing was double+ what I expectedI requested a front window matching tint that missed the mark by a long shot.Tint is very foggy from the inside out which seems maybe application was off.After install completed I was met with a long lecture of tint and product info that should have been delivered prior to install.Now I need to remove the tint from the front windows and start over, sadly I won t be returning to fade 2 black to make it right or repair what was done.

Elliot went above and beyond when providing the window tint for my new vehicle. A lot of reviews on here are for a lack or delay in communication. Being a small business owner he wears multiple hats to include scheduling, install, estimates etc. He primarily uses text messaging for communication and most prefer that anyways. This was my first time going to get my windows tinted on a car. Elliot was very welcoming and professional. He is really good at what he does and it was awesome to have a great conversation with Elliot as well. Locally owned and operated by an awesome family. Elliot and Delijah were so helpful, friendly, and punctual. Elliot is knowledgable far beyond his perfectionism for windows! I trusted him with my 5 day old car and he did not disappoint.
