Thankfully, I've never had to deal with body repair of any kind so I was a bit apprehensive and ill-prepared at the start of this process. Everyone I dealt with at Crash Champions in Castle Rock, Colorado was helpful and competent. They were more than willing to share their experienced opinions (not legal advice of course). The insight they offered was spot-on and I never felt as though it was self-serving. They provided Excellent Customer Service and Communication throughout, completing their work 3 days ahead of schedule (half the anticipated period). They handled everything with the insurance company and I had zero issues. The end results were fantastic!! I would highly recommend their services.

After 4 weeks of having my car, I went to pick it up. There is a crack in one of the parts of the grill, one one part of the grill trim is still missing. But at this point I just needed to have my car back. I understand there have been delays due to part s availability but every time I called, there was a new part they needed but hadn t realized. Wouldn t a business that specializes in car repair KNOW what parts they needed as soon as they took the car apart? This makes no sense to me. I will make sure after the completion of the work (which, when I picked up my car last Friday, was told it would probably be Monday. And here we are on Thursday and nobody has called me for an update on the parts) I will definitely be going online to post my review of this business. Nobody should have to go through this! I asked for a discount on my portion of the repairs due to the exceptionally long wait for the repairs to be completed but was flatly denied. Still not fixed and have paid them. Beyond dissatisfied! Here it is September 4th, and still not finished. The top chrome grill piece is still on backorder . Disgusted.

I had service done by Autobahn earlier this year. I hit a curb and damaged my wheels, axel, tire, front bumper, liners, and more. Yes I know a mean curb. They were awesome, reassuring, patient, and the communication was amazing. I knew everything they were going to do and they kept my updated frequently. Once they repaired my vehicle it like the day I bought it! I haven t had any issues since, and this was back in January. 10 out 10 would recommend this company! Thank you.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Not just in terms of an auto-body shop, but the worst experience I have ever had in terms of using any type of business.I needed my front bumper replaced after someone hit me, they did the initial evaluation and said they'd order the bumper. I wait 6-8 weeks and heard nothing from the shop. I called and asked if my bumper was in and was told "yes it has been here." You'd think they would call you when the parts arrived. I take my car in and the person who evaluates the cars damages (Valerie), does another evaluation of my car and says "yes we'll have to order the parts". I assumed she was just not up to date and did not know that the parts were in because everyone in the front office just shook their heads and said "oh my god" after she was nowhere to be found when I dropping my car off for repairs. After three weeks of not hearing from them I call and ask if the bumper's been replaced. All they had to say was "we found supplemental damage so its not done yet". I was not told what the other damage was or anything. So I call again a few days later asking about this "supplemental damage". They tell me my radiator was damaged and one or two other things i dont remember the names of. I ask Valerie if they can just replace the bumper , thats what the claim was for i didnt want them fixing anything else because i was already disappointed in the lack of communication and wanted any other damages fixed anywhere but there. And this "supplemental damage" had nothing to do with my bumper. What Valerie tells me is that I have to have all the damages fixed that they found or nothing at all. You would think they'd tell you this when you begin business with them but I guarantee they purposely leave out that crucial piece of info as a way for them to get more money out of you. So Valerie tells me I am looking at an additional 3-5k in damages. Money I dont have at the moment and they had already had my car for over three weeks and I needed it back. They said the other damages might not make it fight right and that their policy is I must have all the damages fixed that they find, or nothing at all. So I ask them to put the original bumper back on and that I'll take it elsewhere. They charge me $500 to put the bumper back on. And its funny how the original bumper fit when they put it back on especially after them saying if I dont get this "supplemental damge" done the bumper probably wouldnt fit.And heres the cherry on top, I picked up the car today and notice that there is a type of adhesive/glue all over the hood of my car. Not just one or two little spots, chunks of adhesive/glue the size of an old silver dollar all over the right side of the hood of my car. There is absolutely no way they did not see it, they just did not care about my vehicle at all. The only phone call I ever received from them was that my car was ready to be picked up. They never called me ONCE about my parts being in or updates on my car, I was always calling them. The only call i received was "your car is ready".Update on the post: I asked the shop about the caulk/adhesive all over my hood. Their answer, "it is tree sap". Really? White tree sap? In January? And I went and looked where my car was parked while it was being "worked on" at the shop cause i live close by, it was never parked under a tree nor were any of the cars there. The have some small trees around the front but there are no cars parked under trees, itd be impossible to park them under them. They told me they only worked on my bumper/headlights so its "impossible" theres caulk on my hood.I popped the hood and they put bolts on so loose they wouldve fallen off within a week if I hadnt checked. And the best part, I open my trunk and its filled with hard plastic covers from under my hood, even parts from UNDER MY CAR after they assured me they didnt touch anything but the bumper and headlights. This place is the definition of a scam, the definition of a horrible business and people who dont do the right thing. Go anywhere but here.

After my car was rear ended I was recommended to Crash Champions by a co worker and by my insurance. When I took my car in they explained everything and did a quick walkthrough. When work was being completed I received several updates and then my car was ready a day before expected! Overall the workmanship is great and the service is even better. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone at Crash Champions were so friendly and great to work it, especially Valerie and Sean. They kept me updated on the process of the repairs to my truck with automated texts and personal phone calls, which I really appreciated. My truck needed a lot of work and they actually finished nearly a week early from the estimate they gave me. They vacuumed and cleaned out my vehicle as well, which I was not expecting at all. My truck looks great and I am super happy with everything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First off, wrecking a new truck is not a pleasant experience and I was not looking forward to the pending repair process however, I can not express enough how well Blake Perry and the whole staff at Autobahn handled my repair. They knew exactly how to deal with the insurance, gave an accurate estimate, met the schedule (less than a week in my case) and did at GREAT job restoring my truck - just like new!Seriously, I do not post reviews very often unless I get what I believe is Excellent Service and I am more than happy to write this one! Highly Recommended! dmServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car in for hail damage and the repair work was phenomenal. There is no evidence that the vehicle suffered hail damage. The exterior looks awesome! The repair was completed within the estimated time frame and I received regular communication about the status of the vehicle.I ended up returning because there was a sticky, black residue that left a smudge in a back window and to address a few hail dents that were left off the estimate. Again, the hail repair was great and now there are no signs of the hail dents. While the window appeared to have been cleaned, the residue was still there when I opened/closed the window again. In addition, the inside of driver-side door and floor board was covered in a white dust. The dust wasn t a big deal to clean up. My husband and I will troubleshoot how to clean the sticky substance from the window.

The team was excellent from top to bottom. Had a scratch and dent that was completely gone when I got my car back. Efficient with their time and Valerie was very professional and helpful. I have another set of scratches and will be taking it back to them. They also vacuumed the front floors to my surprise so I appreciate the detailing gentleman as well. Great work!

My Prius was hit in the parking lot at Whole Foods. The damage was not severe. Crash Champions was recommended by Farmers Insurance. I'm always worried about trying new body shops. I've heard horror stories. Crash Champions was flexible, on-time and their estimate was right on. The work, itself, was really good. You can't even tell my car was hit at all. The team there was very nice to work with, as well. I recommend Crash Champions in Castle Rock if you need body/bumper work.Service: Body & Trim

Reasons for 2 stars:1.They replaced my running board without asking me. I did not see anything wrong with my running board. I'm not sure why they replaced it and charged my insurance company for it.2. On their final bill, they itemized 18 hours to fix my door. I am pretty sure these are not high school kids working the dent out of their dad's car so they don't get in trouble. These should be professionals and it should not take 3 shifts to take apart a door, get a dent out, and put it back together. Either they are incompetent or they are being dishonest, or a combination of the two.3. They left a gap where my door meets the body. While it's not perfect, I rode on the highway, and the wind noise is not as bad as I thought it would be. I guess I am okay with the gap still being there, but I think a professional shop would have made sure that is flush.4. I was initially quoted $3k with a replacement door. Final bill was $3.7k without a replacement door, just fixing my existing door. that irks me. They should be trying to cut costs, not trying to take the insurance company for all they got. Conclusion: I won't use them ever again.

Complete garbage. I took my truck in for a tailgate and bumper replacement, this took 6 weeks. I took it in for the first time, they had it for 4 days, nothing was done. I needed my truck and they "let" me have it back. I rescheduled for about a month later. They didn't have the parts in for the first occurrence, and then proceeded to tell me that the new part needed to be painted. So, after I finally had the truck finished, it looks good, but the lack of communication really had me second guessing my choice. I guess if you have a month to spare for mediocre repairs, then they're fine, but it wasn't for me.

I hit a deer over Thanksgiving week. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate at Crash Champions for January 10. I took it in, they took many pictures and scheduled me for repairs starting February 28th. So, I took my car in February 28th. This is when they informed me they had no record of an estimate being done, so they'd have to redo it. I made it very clear that this was my only vehicle and that my insurance does not cover rentals. Fast forward 3 weeks. I get a call. I assume this will be a "we're nearing the end of repairs" kind of call. Nope. "We've just finished your estimate and ordered parts". Another 3 weeks go by and on the day I'm told I can pick up (April 6th), they let me know they lost two small parts of my car and would have to order more. Finally my car was finished April 7th, but they did not tell me this until I called and asked. I have my car back after SIX WEEKS of miscommunication, lost estimates, and missing parts.

Had a series of repairs done on my Mazda 3 as far back as 2016, while the business was still owned by Auto Bahn. They had fixed the paint on both the front hood and the rear of the car on two separate occasions from two different collisions. Over time, the paint from those two repairs had begun to bubble off and peel away, exposing the frame of the car, leading to rust buildup underneath the rest of the hood. As frustrating as the experience was, both of the original repairs had come with lifetime warranties for all of the repairs made at that time; and even after having been acquired by Crash Champions, I was able to bring my car into their shop over five years later and have the car fixed through the original Auto Bahn warranty. The team over at Crash went above and beyond in providing top notch customer service, and fixing repairs that they didn't even originally make in the first place. My family and I had used Auto Bahn for years prior to their acquisition, and now Crash Champions has my business. Everything they've done for me this far has been nothing short of above and beyond, and anybody who needs vehicle repair services is in good hands at Crash Champions.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When your vehicle gets hit, it's not a fun experience, especially dealing with insurance companies. Autobahn made the experience a pleasure.First off, fabulous customer service. Blake Perry was my contact and was with me in each and every step of the process. He was in daily contact with updates on the insurance company, rental car, parts coming in and progress made on my vehicle.Things were done on-time and his daily communication was great. I always knew the status and was comfortable with the progress and dates that he gave me.The final result was that my vehicle looked great. As good as new and they also give a lifetime warranty on their work.Great quality work, a very fair price, worked well with the insurance company of the party that hit my car and it was ready when they said it would be. You just can't ask for any more than that.I hope that I would never need to use them again, but if I ever do need body work, I'll go directly to Autobahn. Best of the best.

I wanted to give a shout out to Dean at Crash Champions who was extremely helpful in navigating us through the aftermath of a car accident. About two months ago, we were involved in a car accident (someone else ran a red light and t-boned us) that left our car totaled. It was our brand new 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe we had for a total of 12 days In the beginning the insurance company declared that the car was repairable and we reached out to Crash Champions as one of the approved body shops they worked with. After speaking with Dean and sending him a few pictures, he could immediately tell the car was going to be totaled. When I relayed this information to the insurance company, they were unwilling to proceed with totaling the car and still wanted me to send it to a body shop. I instructed them to send it to Crash Champions and to no one s surprise as the car was taken apart the repairs piled up and the car was indeed totaled.Unfortunately we are still searching for a replacement vehicle today, but Dean went above and beyond in assisting us. He was extremely genuine and wanted to do his best in helping us get through our experience. We sincerely appreciate the customer service that was provided! I previously worked in a customer service role and we were provided with what I would describe as world class customer service! Thank you Dean!

Interesting that this business has acquired my vehicle and hasn t sought my authorization for any work. I called and they couldn t tell me what needed to be done. What can this service king do different from another service king? You want to repair my vehicle that was totaled because progressive insurance tells you to put cheap second hand parts on it to save money. Progressive has already been shady and apparently this shop is an accomplice .

I don't usually bother with reviews but I was very happy with this shop and felt that a review was warranted. I drove up here from Colorado Springs because all of the shops down here had a 6+ month wait list after the recent hail storms and Autobahn got me in within 2 weeks. They were professional/knowledgeable/communicative throughout the process, handled every aspect of dealing with the insurance without bothering me, and best of all they got my car back to me on the *exact* day they had estimated nearly a month prior. The extensive hail damage was completely gone, paint job was perfect, and they even cleaned the car inside and out. I have zero issues or complaints and I definitely recommend the shop.

From the beginning of the insurance process to stopping in to pick up my car, these guys were absolutely amazing. Blake was on top of everything every step of the way; top notch customer service! I live in Colorado Springs and was more than willing to make the drive to use this shop because of their service and reputation. Becky at the front desk was very kind and walked me through all the paperwork and warranty info at the end. would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Keep it up guys!

I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the work. Blake made certain that I understood the entire process, the rental car was ready and waiting for me when I dropped off the car, and he gave me regular updates during the time that work was being performed. When I picked up the car it was in original factory condition. It was evident that very careful and professional work had been done on it. I would recommend their services to any and everyone who requires bodywork on their automobile!
