I absolutely LOVE Castle Rock imports! All the workers here are super friendly, the service is always above and beyond, and super quick! I will always go here for any and all car maintenance for the rest of my life. So make sure you all stay in business for a long, long time! Which I m sure won t be an issue with how great you all are. Thank you again for all the hard work! 10/10

Absolutely love Castle Rock Imports. My Dad and I have been using them for well over a decade for our Honda vehicles (I have an Accord and Passport). Highest quality no gimmick work, always professional and communicative. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in the Castle Rock area!

Castle Rock Imports diagnosed the check engine light on my 2010 Mercedes as stemming from a faulty mass airflow sensor and bad intake manifold baffles. The necessary repairs were completed professionally, promptly, and at a fair price, and the car is now back to running as new. I would unhesitatingly recommend Castle Rock Imports to handle maintenance and repair work on imported autos.

I've used Castle Rock Imports for clients cars as well as my own and always have extraordinary service...super friendly and helpful. They do a follow up call just to be sure everything is going well with our vehicle. Highly recommend!!!

Use to take my X5 to the BMW dealership but found and used Castle Rock Imports for the first time. Great service and in my first visit Castle Rock Imports found and fixed a reoccurring problem that the dealerships could not fix after several attempts. Castle Rock Imports is my now go to place for service on my car.

Every time that my wife and I have issues with our vehicles, or we need our routine maintenance we take it Castle Rock Imports! Why you ask? Let me tell you why.Castle Rock Imports, customer service is just AMAZING! They always give us a run down on our car, BUUUUTTT they tell us what needs to be done and what can wait. Unlike the golden boys next door when they say everything needs to be done after they inspected my vehicle. What was supposed to be a simple $39.99 oil change ended up costing me $4,100 trip!When I had to get my oil changed AGAIN! Instead, I went to Castle Rock Imports RIGHT NEXT DOOR from the Golden Boys! Because my wife took her car to Castle Rock Imports for her oil change, and she was so excited about the customer service that she received from there.So, out of curiosity I had Castle Rock Imports look over my charges from the Golden Boys next door, and CRI said "Hmm...looks like most of these charges were NOT needed and the charges were added on for their cost. Out of the 11 items that I was charged for, CRI said that only 3 may 4 were needed.Sooo, three years later we will ONLY use Castle Rock Imports. We are ALWAYS greeted by Grayson right when we walk in. He always recites back to us what I scheduled our car for that day. After he takes our keys for service, THEY ASKED IF I NEED RIDE TO WORK OR MY HOUSE!?! I said yes, can you guys take me to my work (6 minutes away) and Grayson responds with, let me get the keys. After he drops me off at work he asks, if I need a ride back? I was like whaaaat! I told him "No, I'll have one of my co-workers take me."We love Castle Rock Imports and if you are new to the area OR are looking for a good mechanic shop.....look no further because Castle Rock Imports has you covered.

Just got tires installed here on my 4Runner. Staff was very friendly and informative and walked me through my options. Got the tires in fast and had them installed in a very timely manner! Just in time for the incoming storm. I thought I needed an alignment too but after driving it, the service manager told me I didn t need one. Very honest and great communication. Finally, a mechanic group that takes car of my Toyota Truck the way it should be taken care of. These guys are great. They go the extra mile as an independent company does. Their bottom line is the car owners satisfaction. Josh and Greyson up front always greet me with a smile and they always make sure my truck is protected and cared for the way I do. I also bring in my Subaru and it is babied like my truck. Love these guys!!!!

Castle Rock Imports has a group of honest mechanics who seem to go the extra mile for their customers. We brought our Honda in for a problem that two other shops couldn t find, but Castle Rock Imports diagnosed it. We got a quote a year ago and they honored that quote a year later! I can t imagine another shop doing that. We really appreciated catching a break!

Castle Rock Imports (CRI) has been great to deal with. Twice I brought my Murano in for supposed issues and they could have taken advantage of me, but instead they found the causes which were me just getting confused (not fully latching my backseat back causing a rattle and accidentally locking my back hatch outside lock). I thought the rattle was a suspension problem and I only got charged a small diagnosis fee. I thought the non-working latch was an electronic issue and there was no charge for finding the inside lock and turning it off.I had the Murano in for tire rotation and replacement. The new tires were the same high quality I've previously used, and CRI was efficient, fast, and the cost was reasonable.Overall, I have been impressed with the friendly, helpful people who own and work at CRI, and I highly recommend using them for imported vehicles maintenance and repair. They are highly trustworthy.

Love the people here and the service. Have a VW and the guys here do a better job than the dealership by a significant margin. No crazy prices, fair and timely work, and give it to you straight. Love coming to this shop

Tim and his team are some of the most knowledgeable, reputable, and thorough mechanics I've ever worked with. Their knowledge of Toyotas (and other vehicles) matches or exceeds anything I've ever seen from even factory service. To top it all off, their prices are some of the most reasonable I've seen in Douglas County. Oh, and they're incredibly nice people to boot. They definitely have my strongest possible recommendation.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

My dad started going here years ago with his cars (Porsche, BMW, etc) and he loves Josh and Greyson. I was tired of taking my Toyota into a place that seemed less than honest and difficult to deal with so he suggested I see his guy . I m so glad I did! Castle rock imports have been so easy to work with and I never feel like they re trying to sell me on something that s not needed. Bonus, they always have done it right the first time which wasn t the case with others. Thanks guys!

I called on a Friday and had an appointment the following Monday. My Mercedes had a few issues, and I was trying everything to keep my car from having to go to the actual Mercedes dealership for repairs. CR imports had my car back to me in 3 days, kept me updated the entire time, and fixed the issues which more than likely saved me atleast $3,000 with not having to take my vehicle to Mercedes. Their customer service is top notch and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!

Castle Rock Imports has been a "best find"! This company is reliable, honest, thorough, great people, high integrity! I had two car repairs done around the same time. Mini Cooper and BMW. They had some supplier issues but were able to get the repairs done in a timely manner for the price they quoted. No issues with the repairs at all, and they even fixed a minor issue with a sensor at no cost. Would certainly go back.

I've had my Q7 here many times for service. I have always enjoyed the friendliness and honesty of the staff working there. I tried getting my car serviced at the Audi dealership and I had the brakes changed at a cheaper shop which I kind of regret. My brakes are squeaking and Audi tries to nickel and dime you with scare tactics.It's my go to place going forward and they're always at or below what they quoted you which is always nice.

I enjoy doing business with Castle Rock imports. I find them very honest and professional. They have actually called me twice (every six months) to check on the status of my cars. There are no other businesses that I work with today with this level of service. Thankful to have found a thoughtful and thorough mechanic in Castle Rock. They call and check on my car, they have helped me with a ride before, they help me budget repairs over time if needed. I can call with questions or help and they always do their best to point me in the right direction. Great service. Great communication. Import car repairs so not a cheap place, a quality place. Greyson was excellent. Their 17 year Mercedes Benz mechanic found 4 things wrong that Firestone missed. Highly recommend. Paid for a used car check out. Helped me avoid a problem purchase.

Castle Rock imports is the only Auto service shop I would ever trust. I have been taking my vehicles to them for over 10 years and they have always done an outstanding job. They are reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. You cannot beat them for the quality of service they provide to all of their customers.
