The dealership was very efficient and thorough with my vehicle. From the moment I checked in through the repair and picking it up. Gary Clayton, the service writer was very detailed with every concern that I had. They went above and beyond to get My car in and fixed before my trip. They also did a thorough inspection of everything else. I highly recommend Castle Rock Ford for your repair and service needs.. Ask for Gary Clayton to help you He s the best.

Jimmie Ford and his sales manager Seth Ackerman made the entire process painless. Jimmy's knowledge of the trucks helped me make an informed decision. I thought I new exactly what I wanted before hitting the dealership, but I was wrong! Without Jimmy as my salesman I would have missed out on features I didn't even know I wanted. Their inventory was far better than any other dealer I visited and they got me into a truck that is perfect for me. I have not purchased a new vehicle in many years and dreaded the back and forth haggling I experienced at other dealerships in the past. It was not at all that way with Jimmy and Seth. They explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood all the charges and fees and got me in and out very quickly. In the end I got the perfect truck for me at a fair price, what more could you ask for? I am actually looking forward to my next car buying experience with them.

Bought a jeep from these people . 4 months after purchasing it from them I started to get electrical issues with the car to the point where it wouldn t work . They claim they wouldn t sell a car like this knowingly but also won t fix the issue well not for less than 4000 dollars .. a 25,000 dollar purchase and they won t fix the issues. These guys are horrible people and are snake oil salesman. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEN RUN YOU IN CICLES AND NOT RETURN CALLS. Pure scum. The managers should be ashamed of themselves and so should Kate! Terrible terrible people. Avoid this dealership at all cost

Seems like too many cars and too few service people. Not much change since 2031s service. Dealership bigger but service is soso. Let s be more direct on prices for service and what really needs done. Costs are totally nut! $85 for cabin air filter that costs $20 and takes 10 minutes to install. Same for oil filter 3 minutes to change.

The service department was extremely helpful in in getting my car serviced and doing a thorough inspection to make sure that my car was in good health. They found a few maintenance issues that the my last mechanic didn't find and now I can take care of those and have some peace of mind. Amber and Nick were extremely helpful and I'll be getting all my service done from here on out at Castle Rock Ford.

Amber at the Castle Rock Ford quick lane is amazing! She managed to not only squeeze my vehicle in for a tire repair, she got in done 4 hours before than she originally quoted!! Amazing! Go see the young stud Felipe Nunez he is willing to get his feet wet in a snow storm to get you taken care of. A Very professional experience from start to finish. Had a small problem with the truck after taking delivery and he is all over it to make sure my family is well kept. Great dealership with great leadership. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick in the service department gave me an accurate quote on the cost, and said it would be done in 3 weeks to a month--which it was! The car works great, and all the folks in the service department were very friendly and helpful. I brought my truck to another service station for an oil change only to be told I had a potentially huge problem with my engine. I took it to Castle Rock Ford and worked with Gary in the Service Dept. His team quickly diagnosed there was in fact NO issue with my truck and helped me get that oil change I needed. He could have given me a run-around and performed a bunch of diagnostics I didn't need but he was honest and took good care of me.Thank you Gary, you're the best. I learned my lesson and will only be taking my F150 to Castle Rock Ford for service moving forward.

My wife and I went to look at some trucks. The absolute worse experience I have ever had at a dealer. We parked in front of the store, before my wife put on her jacket a sales person was starting his attack. After using the restroom I told the sales person that we were in the early stages. We went to look at new trucks he pointed us to a truck that he claimed was a new truck that had a "Sold as is" sticker on the window. New truck, I don't think so. Come to find out it was a husband and wife team. One of sales managers came out to be sure we are being taken care of. I asked him how long the bed is on one of the trucks. He had no clue. I looked at the sticker price on one of the trucks, they had a second sticker that showed "Market Value" for $10,000 dollars more than the original sticker price. I looked online at the truck, come to find out they had dealer added options on it. They don't list what the dealer added options are. All of this reflects on ownership of the dealer. If you go there expect to be pushed by the salespeople (leaches). Don't expect them to help you find the right vehicle, just expect them to pressure you so they can get a sale. STAY AWAY!!!

Overall experience at Castle Rock Ford Service Center was good. Communication was excellent and the repairs were explained well. Time to complete the whole process was a day and a half. I have a 2013 Ford Escape that went through the 150K mile service. There were a few other recommendations that were suggested after the initial inspection that I chose to take care of as well.My only gripe was the pick up process of my vehicle. I arranged a time for that service and after a half hour went by my car was still here. I called to find out what the delay was and was told that the driver called and when I didn t answer they dispatched him to other locations. No message was left on my cell just a name of a person who I had no idea who he was. The young lady who I spoke with apologized and said she would need to get with her boss to see what the next step was. Long story short, my car was picked up an hour late. Other than that everything else was just fine. Repairs were done and my car returned to my home by the valet service.

I had been car shopping online for a long time, putting it off because I just didn t want to deal with the stress of buying a new car. However, I spotted a car online and was lucky enough to have Dillon Nyman reach out to me. He wasn t pushy and he worked with my schedule. I used the online booking platform to book my appointment. The website incorrectly booked me at another location even though I received confirmation for castle rock ford. When I showed up in castle rock Gary immediately noticed the error and still went above and beyond to get us in, in a timely manner. He was clear and upfront about required repairs. He was also thorough with our extended warranty trying to get us the most help possible. Thank you Gary!
