Website says oil service is walk in, calling to confirm gets a dead line, showing up gets a please leave and call to make an appointment. Saying I tried gets an oil change appointment 3 days later I cannot make or a week later! A week for an oil change, fix your website, fix your phones, and be customer service oriented. It's a 40 minute drive one way for me, called Alpine GMC and they where friendly and said come right over, only 7 minutes further, I think they now get my business.

Went in to have the washer fluid spout on hood of car replaced. They talked me into an early oil change and then went into master upsell mode. $1200+ later, car was ready.

I felt like my son was not important because he wasn't buying something new. Bill was very helpful and polite. The only car we wanted to see wasn't there, someone was using it.

I had just bought a 2020 2500 and the def system had an issue. Not a biggie but because of supply chain it would be at least 3 months for a new one. My kids ride horses. I have a big trailer. Needed a diesel ASAP. Luckily Castle Rock AUTOPLEX had one. Super easy process. Highly recommend!

I scheduled my first oil change on my 2022 Chevy Colorado with a very enthusiastic helpful advisor on the phone. He said of course I can bring it here for the free first oil change even though I bought it at another dealer. So when I showed up for my appointment, a different advisor (who they had to find somewhere in the building) told me that the "free" oil change had expired after a year. There was no notice that it would expire. I said never mind I will do it my self which I've done on all my cars. He said let me talk to the manager who said OK it's free. The advisor (Dominic) then told me if I do my own oil change, it will void the Powertrain Warranty. That is a total lie. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty act (a 1975 Federal Law) makes it illegal to void a warranty if you do your own work. As long as you don't damage the vehicle and recommend keep your receipts. So that's alot of words to say don't bring your car here for service!

Been trying for 3 days to get an appointment for an oil change on my new Corvette. I've left voice mails and personal messages with the operator to no avail. There are plenty of Chevy dealerships out there for me to waist my time with somebody that has way too much business and doesn t want my business.

I had a fantastic experience with my purchase. Other dealerships wouldn t consider placing an order due to supply issues. Castle Rock reached out promptly and arranged my order quickly. Only took two months for my vehicle to arrive, and it only had one minor item needing retro fitting. Once the Yukon was delivered the staff, Maverick, Rogan, and Tony were great to work with. They have earned my business!

We had a few issues with a Jeep we just purchased a couple of months prior (in another city). Thankfully, we purchased a warranty so the coverage saved us! Danny in the Service department was amazing! He was professional, transparent, kind, communicative and attentive. When the issue was not resolved the first time, we were able to bring the vehicle right back without fuss or extra fees. I highly recommend taking your Jeep to this locations as I had taken it to a non-Jeep shop prior and they could not fix the issues because they did not have the proper tools/equipment. Ask for Danny, he's awesome!Issues were:-GPS navigation was set to another state and could not been fixed by clearing the settings or performing an update. We needed an entirely new radio unit.-Auto stop/start engine light was on; it was due to a low battery.-Brakes were rough and squeaky; they cleaned and greased them.**All issues were taken care of and have not had any recurring issues since.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

We took our Yukon Denali for some repairs and regular maintenance. Oil change, breaks, driver assist system, rear wiper pump wasn t working. The repairs were costly and we were lucky to have a warranty cover most. However the smallest repair that they said they fixed for free was the rear wiper pump, it was just a hose that had disconnected (they said). They didn t fix this nor did they even look at it.. Tried the back wiper fluid and the fluid reservoir was bone dry.. We added fluid to try it and instantly was leaking allover the ground. We called to voice our complaints and were told it was the front wipers that had a leak and was fixed for free, (there was no leak or issue with the front prior to the repairs).. Had they actually done even the front and tried it out they would ve noticed the leak. The leak was instant and pouring out of the rear of the vehicle. My husband fixed it himself in a few minutes. On another point, doing an oil change should always include topping off fluid levels and checking them all. This is standard and they would ve noticed the rear wiper leak had they just put the fluid in.. Our concern may seem silly but if they can t even do the simple repairs/maintenance correctly how do we know they did the big stuff right, the breaks, the driver assist system?? Their response was well that s on our techs . So apparently they don t hold them accountable or do a final inspection of repairs or work done?Poor repair service and just as poor customer service. Not even a car wash for over $4200 in repairs..What happened to customer service?? We won t go back.Services: Brakes, Oil change

First time here today. Worked with Casey and his manager on my white ram 1500 rebel. Needed service done as there are not many good RAM places in Castle Rock. I received excellent service from them and I will be back.

I just bought my 8th jeep from them yesterday and once again they were wonderful. Ray Robertson has been the salesman every time. He and the dealership are kind thoughtful and honest. I highly recommend Ray and the dealership.

Ok so .The most recent review is very close to what I m posting about. Most recently I had an oil change that was scheduled Days in advance only to be told it was a drop off situation and would take. 3+ hrs, I left. Tim took care of my next oil change free of charge and apologized for the situation. However they obviously only did the oil change and that s it. Didn t refill any other fluids. My issue is not with Tim, in fact if it wasn t for him I wouldn t have come back after the first mishap. So, I noticed a coolant smell ever since medved replaced my radiator. Mentioned it every time after so they could look for something leaking. So I had had enough and stated to Tim that they needed to look at it again cause I was still having the same issues with the same side of the reservoir leaking and it was too low for how it had been for the radiator to be replaced the first time. Another pressure test and now my reservoir is cracked?? So same symptoms as before, same side of coolant reservoir was low as before. They didn t have any pics or diagnostics to show me that the radiator was the original issue. Another $500 (negotiated down to $400) down the drain. The part cost at most $70, charged me $118 still. So even the discounted rate at $400 was still stupidly high. I will not be taking my fourth Gen GMC truck here ever again, and I was commuting from englewood( and my truck was parked In the back and I had to go find it. That s how a customer that has spent $3k in the past few mos in repairs is treated.)

Tim was great in Customer Service he got my Buick Lacrosse right in and got fluid added to my power steering pump. I wish prices were better for oil changes (39.99 + free tire rotation at Alpine South Buick GMC in Co Spgs) can you match that for a standard oil change?

Absolutely horrible service department! I brought my 2021 Sierra 2500 HD in for transmission issues and they tried to say it was the diesel exhaust system. Had to bring it back twice again, the second time after reverse went out, and they said it was a value body issue and that it was repaired. I could tell immediately upon driving it that it was still not correct and the transmission was clunky. At this point I was not about to bringing my $100K truck back to this dealership for a fourth time so I brought it to another GMC dealership up north. Upon going to make a further valve body repair the new dealership found out the valve body had never been reassembled correctly after the last work was done on it and there were loose parts inside of it. Not only did Castle Rock GMC manage to not fix my vehicle correctly after three attempts, but they actually made it worse somehow.Avoid this place at all costs.Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement, Auto maintenance

Best experience I ve had in a dealership. We did not feel rushed or hassled at all. Chris, our salesman and the General Manager were amazing to work with, they really helped out by listening to our situation. They got us into two new vehicles and some awesome deals on them. This company works hard to gain and keep their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next ride!

I have bought 3 new vehicles from John, Sam and the MedVed team in the past. Trying to keep true to the MedVed family, but both my Duramax and wife s Denali went in for different reasons this week and both vehicles need to come back to be fixed again. Her Deanli was $5968 with of things they found to fix and mine was $550. No help with a courtesy car and we are carpooling while Tim and his team can practice fixing our vehicles once again. Beyond frustrated why this team can t fix our cars after paying a BUNCH of money. I m at a loss for words and now money.Services: Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Just purchased a new at4 HD from Adrianna and Zach. Transaction was very smooth and efficient. Much better experience than a typical car dealership. They even installed my running boards in the parking last minute even though I was ok taking them home to do it! By far the best gmc dealer in Colorado

Recently, Got a mailer with a $49 oil change and tire rotation, Diesel might be slightly higher. $90 is slightly higher.A few months ago, check engine light, put on the odbc, heat issue ( fan clutch?? ). Took it to Medved. Oh, we can't work on it for 10 days, Diesel mechanic is on vacation. I did complain to GM, and they did work on it in 7 days and that time they did give me a car for the day.Previous free service, make a appointment, go in for the appointment, but I have to leave it for the day. After spending as much for the truck, I would expect better service. I've heard from the neighbors, they are terrible, so I'm not alone. Going to change my primary service somewhere else. 1 good service out of 4 doesn't cut it.

Took a 2017 Acadia here to have some warranty work done, one of them being that there was a gap between the grill and the hood. I figured it was something to do with the grill being plastic and the hood being metal. Maybe it warped? No problem, they fixed it and my wife went in and picked it up. It has probably been a week or so since she picked it up and I was just able to check it out. Yikes, now the hood is bent down and the paint is cracked, looks as if whomever installed the grill was pushing on it pretty hard to get it in place. I call the dealer ready to hear "well it wasn't like that when we fixed it" line. So not the case, I spoke with Patrick the Service manager right away on the phone and he said to bring it down. I do, he takes a look and says we are going to fix this for you. It's not everyday that a service department goes over and above to make sure the customer is taken care of or own up to a mistake but in this case they did just that! I have always had a great experience at this place which is why I continue to come back. Thank you Patrick for doing what is right!!

The service experience is the best I can get for my Chevy Colorado. Tim and Ian treat me with respect and value my business. They listen, make appropriate notes so nothing slips by, and even keep me updated on progress. Often, they go out of their way to ensure I have everything I need. Best of all, the technicians do the work they say they will and do it right the first time. I've had bad experiences elsewhere, namely the service centers at John Elway Chevrolet and both Ed Bozarth locations Aurora and Park Meadows--they have either not fixed a problem or returned my vehicle with a new problem it didn't have before--requiring me to return repeatedly. I go with Medved, even though it's 20 min out of my way, because it saves me time in the long run and gives me piece of mind.

I purchased my 2015 Equinox new from Medved Wheat Ridge, however, I had an issue when I needed to jump start my car in the morning, and in doing so, I was locked out of my infotainment system. I drove the car to Medved Castle Rock and asked them how to unlock the system, which they told me they had to do it. I asked them if they would check my battery, I was told its no use, as its old and just isn't holding a charge overnight. And would only get 1 freebie, either battery test or unlocking the infotainment system.I guess this is how they treat their customers, evidently, buying a $30,000 car isn't worth much to them. If you are hard pressed for service, its worth the extra hour drive or tow to Denver.

David Boeke is awesome at his job! He answered every question quickly and honestly. He worked hard to earn my trust and respect. Parm Dosanjh had to approve a few things in the deal and he was accommodating and clear! There are a few scratches on my new truck and I have full confidence in David and Parm to make it right!!I will absolutely recommend the dealership and especially these two men to all of my family for any auto needs!!! Extremely happy customer!!!

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I found a coupon for $60 for both. Dropped my truck off and and picked it up an hour later as promised. Check in and out was easy.

I had a horrible experience with Medved Chevrolet and Ford. The commercial said "if they can not help you no one can" that was not true. The customer service was horrible they made me feel as though I had no options and they would only let me see one car. I was told that was my only option. The payment offered was twice what I was looking for. I ended up going somewhere else and got the payment I was looking for and a better car then what I was looking to purchase, No thanks to Medved. I would tell everyone to AVOID this dealership!

I've had 2 trucks with Medved and can't thank these folks enough. They've always communicated updates and have also returned my vehicles early or on-time. They'll always work on my trucks!
