Tony in finance is phenomenal! If you are purchasing for your business, I highly recommend him. Luke & Matt in sales are incredibly polite, respectful and helpful. This was the best auto buying experience from start to finish! Ronnin made sure I knew how to navigate all of the features and apps; something no other dealership I have been to does. I am impressed. Thanks to Zac and the service department for a great experience! My old 2006 Sierra has been throwing a bit of a tantrum moving from a warm climate to the mountains, to say the least. Now it s running and driving great.Everyone I interacted with on my 3 visits was super friendly and helpful. Service had great communication throughout the diagnosis and repair and their user platform made it easy to review, accept and decline recommended repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Buyer Beware! Triple Check your used cars!! I purchased a used 2022 Nissan Pathfinder from this location on 25 Jan. Firstly, it was advertised with 4,321 miles on it and when I went to test drive it, it actually had 5,331 miles on it. Additionally, I had a pre scheduled appt to look at this vehicle and when I arrived it was completely dirty. That should have been my 1st clue to go else where. You want to sell a car but not even have it in sell worthy condition, or even brought through the car wash even for a quick rinse. Even with the dirt, I noticed rock chips in the windshield which they agreed to replace the windshield instead of lowering the price. Great! But.... Upon pick-up and over the weekend, I did a through over view of the vehicle. 1st it was because I couldn't get rid of a funky smell in the cabin. Removed the cabin filter and it was disgusting for only being a 2 yr old car with 5k miles on it, then I attempted to replace the windshield wipers which don't work correctly now or extend across the length of the windshield since the windshield replacement. All of this spawned me to check everything else. Onto to the engine air filter, which needs to be replaced, along with an oil change and empty windshield wiper fluid. Keep in mind, I reviewed the car fax there but was not provided a copy of it. On the carfax, it said all of this was completed at the time that it was traded in but obviously wasn't and the information on the carfax is somehow incorrect. This is just a reminder to go over EVERYTHING and check EVERY little thing. Trust but verify!

Yes, Scott made the entire car shopping/purchasing a great experience. I shared with him that my husband has bought 5 new vehicles in the past 21/2-3 years & he also gave med ved a chance as we like to keep business local but could never get a car purchased. Scott was fair & we never had much haggling & it made no whole experience enjoyable. We will return to Scott for our next vehicle purchase.

The Service Advisor that took care of my service exceeded expectations in every way. The communication was great and consistent all day and everything went more smoothly than I ever could have expected. They went above and beyond to work my truck into the schedule on Tuesday and to make sure that everything was done to get it in and out and even looked into and performed a recall that I had no expectation of getting completed on this trip. My truck was clean and right back where I left it following the service. I drive from Monument to get my services done at Castle Rock and it is worth every mile. Best Service experience I have had. Thank you!

Everything was seamless. Went in for an oil change and wasn't really looking for a car. A Yukon XL Denali caught my eye - Scott and Parm jumped in and we worked out a killer deal fast. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the process. This is how buying a car should be. They made us feel like family. We will be continuing to shop for personal and business vehicles with Castle Rock Chevrolet for as long as they are around. They always get the best truck/suv inventory on their lot out of any dealer around. If you are in the market for a Chevy or GMC don t even hesitate and make the drive to see these guys.

We are very happy with our service experience. From our initial contact with Bobby in the service center to discuss our Chevy limp mode issue, they were great and easy to work with. They provided honest upfront information about potential causes, diagnosis/resolution time frames and cost. Our service advisor, Mike, was friendly, understanding and an excellent communicator, keeping us informed with regular updates through the process. Ultimately our vehicle was repaired faster than expected, with no surprises.Give them a call, discuss your service needs, find out about their years of experience and certifications, be comfortable and confident when you drop your vehicle off for service.

I originally bought my truck here a few years ago, and have since moved away from the area. I still come to this dealership for maintenance and service regularly. I have an extended warranty program through a third-party, and this service dept never fails to make sure that everything is taken care of with this warranty. I recently had service on my transmission. There was no hesitation in assessing the issue and confirming the issues that were occurring. Ed from the service dept was exceptional. He was very helpful, friendly and made sure to keep me up-to-date with all the happenings on my vehicle.

I was really bummed to find out I needed 8 new fuel injectors after chasing a check engine light for two months but my truck is running great so far and Zak made it a lot easier to fork out a crap ton of money to get it fixed. Very fast turn around and great customer service. Thank you.

Jerry and Tony made this buying experience so good for me and my son. They were honest and kind and truly showed care and respect for us, especially my son. Jerry met us outside with the keys to the vehicle we called about, handed them to us and said go ahead and look it over, start it up, and just let me know if you want to drive it and we'll do that as well. There was no pressure, no rush, nothing of what we went through at two different dealerships (being yelled at to get off the lot at one because we wanted to look at a truck before giving any detailed information about ourselves) before coming here. We purchased a truck and was given a more than fair deal. I absolutely recommend seeing Jerry and the team. They will treat you well and make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience. Zak was awesome, he informed me of all the things that needed to be done on my Denali. Which I honestly appreciated because when I've taken it to the other GMC in Lonetree I asked them to do a full service inspection and didn't receive one. It was frustrating because my extended warranty was going to expire and they didn't give me the service I requested. My experience with Zak was a 10 out of 10. He informed me that they did an inspection and found things he felt I needed to take care of right away due to safety but he also told me things I could put off for a later time so I didn't get a huge bill at the end of getting my Denali serviced. I did end up getting it all done and I even asked for a tire rotation and I'm very pleased with my service from castle rock GMC and Zak, this will now be my new home base!

I recently purchased a New GMC At4X from this dealership and had an excellent experience. The quality of the vehicle is top-notch, earning it a solid 5-star rating. The customer service provided by Parm, Cesar, Rogan, and the finance team was exceptional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The dealership offered a great selection of vehicles at fair prices, meeting my expectations entirely. I would highly recommend this dealership over some of the others I've dealt with in the past. I haven t bought a new car in 7 years. I was nervous, but excited. Chris really helped me out. He made things very simple and wasn t pushy at all. Ryan helped break everything about the loan and warranty down for me. Made sure I understood everything! Rogan walked me through all the features of my new Chevy Trailblazer. Explaining all the amazing new features. I came from the Springs. Definitely worth the drive. They all worked together and made the whole process so easy! They were all so nice and great to work with!! I 100% recommend going there! Fantastic experience.

Austin, our salesman, was easy to work with and understood our needs and timeline when we walked in. His supervisor Luke made our situation easy to manage, allowing us to use the car for a drive to take my husband to his car. (I initially did not want to test drive the vehicle we purchased as we were on a tight timeline, waiting for the warranty service to be completed on my truck next door. We had gotten a flat on my husband's car that same morning and had to drive over 35 min away to pick it up from the tire shop while my mom dropped us off at the dealership to wait for my truck to be finished and simultaneously picked our kids up from school).Austin and Luke both worked hard to prevent haggling when I told them what I was looking for to close the deal, including matching the price from another dealership and offering me the same as the CarMax offer I had on my truck (which was a bit less than Carvana's offer but all I needed to make the deal happen). The process was super simple and the only thing we had to wait on was finance to finish the deal. Ryan in finance was great to work with as well.I would absolutely recommend this dealership to other friends and family after the experience we had.

Came to Castle Rock GMC to take a look at trucks and unsure what we/my husband wanted. Walked in after a massive snow storm and walked around with Bill Desautels in feet of snow looking at everything!We couldn t decide that day what we wanted truck or Yukon! Was not pushed or forced into any truck he wanted us to feel confident and comfortable in our purchase!Talked over a couple weeks found a truck we liked called Bill up and said we have decided on the truck.Great process of sales no pushing well organized they are looking to partner with us which is the best feeling!Bill and Parm the GM and whole crew here are outstanding and truly personable and family focused! We will be back when I need to buy a new truck or Yukon for myself!

- Caesar was very knowledgeable about the products offered and understood how to make the purchase process very fast.-Luke was able to beat local credit unions interest rates and was very straight to the point when negotiating price-Financing with Tony was a breeze-Rogan helped me set up and explore features I would have never known about if the people mentioned above didn t recommend me to talk to him.The theme is fast, if you don t want to sit in a dealership waiting for a vehicle all day then check them out.

My experience with Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC was by far the BEST vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. I m very picky about my vehicles. After a few days of driving, researching and going over numbers, Bill Desautels, Luke and Zach found me the ultimate best deal , best vehicle ever. I went to Castle Rock GMC in hopes to purchase a Canyon AT4. Rogan greeted us in the parking lot and went over their current inventory and what would arrive soon. They had one that met everything we were looking for, at a fair price. Once Rogan got the process going Scott got us all connected with the GMC app and went over all the functions of the truck. Tony went over all of the purchase and warranty information, and did not pressure us into things we did not want for extra cost. We paid what we were originally shown and drove away a happy customer. This was the least painful car purchase I have made.

Service has gone downhill in the last couple years. My experience includes the service advisors not being able to tell me simple facts like the estimated length of the job (it was a multi-day job and it shouldn t have been difficult to tell me it wouldn t be ready the first day). I ve found loose fasteners on the seat of my truck. They don t appear to be performing a multi-point inspection, or maybe they re not finding overdue items, or maybe they re just not telling me about them. And how about the simple courtesy of putting a sticker in the window to tell me when my next oil change is due like every other dealer?I also don t much care to have a salesman call me immediately when I schedule maintenance. I ve already got a truck and I just want it serviced. I ll let you know when I want another.I ll be driving to the Springs for future service. It s closer and they did a great job for me, catching several items ignored by Castle Rock GMC.
