DIRT BIKE MAINTENANCE!!! The Bloody Knuckles Garage (BKG) recently elevated my KTM 350 EXC-F to race-ready status with unparalleled precision and affordability. Their comprehensive maintenance package included a meticulous inspection, torque adjustments, oil change, compression check, and spark plug servicing. The highlight was the expert rebuild of the front forks, a testament to their mastery of motorcycle mechanics. Unlike any dealer package, BKG's services were both economically priced and exceptionally delivered, underscoring their reputation as a professional motorcycle shop for competitive pricing and unmatched motorsports expertise. I ll be a return customer.

They did a great job on rebuilding the top end on my 99 ski doo snowmobile. Darrell kept me updated through the rebuild. They got it done in a timely manner and fair pricing. It runs great now!I recommend them.

Great honest group of people! For sure. Highly recommend. After another shop failed to take care of a problem that was caused by them the guys at bloody knuckles took care of it for a fair price. After purchasing and having tires installed at another shop, we won't name any names, but after getting it back it had terrible wobble in the rear end they told me if have to pay $79 a half hour for them to fix their mistake. Well happy to say after getting back my ninja from bloody knuckles garage no more wobble! I feel safe riding again. Thanks guys!

Absolutely refreshing! The depth of knowledge was truly impressive, and the pricing was refreshingly honest. We can't say enough good things and wholeheartedly recommend this as the best service we've experienced for our Polaris machines in over a decade.

In a world where nobody wants to work on classics, these guys are gods. They know what they re talking about and the hourly is comparable with everyone else. So the job gets done in half the time. My go to classic Harley shop.

Finding someone to work on my 2000 Bourget was difficult until I was referred to Bloody Knuckles Garage. I had multiple issues including oil leaking out of the frame. Troy welded it up and replaced a bad starter. Since they did such a good job I am having them replace my clutch and cables.I'm so happy to have found these stand up folks to take care of my baby. You can trust them too.

I have an older Arctic Cat ATV. I was having trouble with the carburetor the ATV was hard to start and lacked power when it did. I took it to Bloody Knuckles for repair. They said after they had a chance to look at it the carburetor needed cleaned and needed to have the carburetor jet changed to adjust for altitude. I have to say that whoever worked on it knows his stuff as I don't ever remember it running this good.

Update:I find it very unprofessional for this company to post customers personal information multiple times, which goes against Google guidelines. They are being pushy in trying to get us to remove our review by questioning our character and personal experience with their establishment. This cost us extra money all because of their mistake and are decidedly not taking responsibility for actions they directly caused by overfilling the oil. If you want a good mechanic, please contact me personally. I found someone that actually knows what they are doing. Bloody Knuckles has decided to post our names over and over again below, so I would be happy to answer questions you may have. Again, feel free to contact me.We had a very disappointing experience at this shop! Our Atv was serviced here and cost us $700.00. This included an oil change, boot replacement (who knows if it truly needed this done), and inspection. It took 3 weeks longer than we were told it would take, but we let that go. When we got it home, the Atv was running worse than before! My husband thought it was due to the replacement part and would just take a little time. This was in winter of November and we rode it very little (maybe 10 hours). Each time it seemed to run worse. We don t have a truck and trailer, so we couldn t bring it in without a major hassle. We finally took it back in and they said it needed a fuel pump and that it would cost about $300 more dollars. I didn t trust them at this point and found a master mechanic that works on Polaris atv's. He diagnosed the problem and it was that the oil was overfilled (Bloody Knuckles), leaked into the air box, damaged the spark plugs, and in no way needed a new fuel pump. This garage can t be trusted to do work correctly. Very disappointing!!On top of that, I got into an argument with one of the men that works there. He raised his voice to me over the phone and when I called him on it, blamed the loudness of the garage. All we hoped for is that this shop would be honest and do quality work worthy of $700.00.They could have ruined the engine on our ATV by putting in too much oil, which caused the fuel pump (it was fine) to act like it was not running correctly. Instead of checking their work, they blame us for waiting because we did not ride it during the winter months. Now, we are out more money to fix their mistakes!I am done dealing with this company.

Prompt, friendly, concise, and fairly priced. I was advised AGAINST doing service that they didn t deem necessary what more can you want? Definitely my new go-to moto shop; thanks BKG!

I really appreciated Sam and Daryl last Saturday.I figured the day was a no ride day.A friend of mine just got a new bike, a lighter, powerful one like my fun bike.We ve been riding the heavies/tour bikes for many years together, probably around 40k miles and because of Sam and Daryl, we were able to carve and fly like never before down to Pine/Deckers and back same day after Sam fixed my rear brake.Check this place out, good service exists still, we all know it s rare.Tight, clean shop. Things you look for, is all there.Give them your biz, I doubt you ll regret the decision.

Worked with all three of the main guys at this shop back in spring-summer 2022 and I really appreciate everything they helped me out with. My bike had a plague of issues that were hard to root out but they got me going as quick as they could get the Parts in. They were easy to get a hold of and helped me out whenever I've needed advise! Appreciate Darrell, Sam and Troy's time and skill in their work!

I took my Indian in for regular maintenence and new tires. They got the job done and were reasonable with their charges. A couple weeks later a random check engine light came on (not their fault). They checked the code and cleared it for me immediately - no charge.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil changeServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Great place, very nice and very helpful people. Called them after hours on a Fri left a message asking if there was any possible way they could get me in to look at something before I was leaving town on Tue. Called me back the next morning to gather more info and let me know they were closed Sun and Mon. Told me if they got a window on Sat they would call me to have me bring the bike in to look at and if it was a quick fix and they didn't need and parts they would get it taken care of. They did call me and got the bike fixed, even bleed my rear brakes while they had it there after riding the bike and realizing that needed to be done. Was a quick fix so I wasn't there long, they still kept me informed the whole time and were great all around to work with. I will use them again in the future for sure and highly recommend using this shop for all your motorcycle, ATV, and side by side needs.Service: Engine repair

BKG has been a god send. I am a rider with a permanent disability that requires me to modify any bike I buy. After purchasing a Honda Rebel 1100 DCT last June, I had taken my bike to a shop to have all the left hand controls moved over to the right side. Long story short, after 7+ months the shop still hadn't completed the work and charged me ~$2K. I took my bike to BKG and they had my bike up and running in a day! I can't thank these guys enough.

These folks know their stuff, brought in a 07 Polaris Sportsman 500. Dealership wouldn't touch it. They got it up and running again for a reasonable price, they even looked for ways to save me some money, however the part that failed could not be refurbished. It was totally fried. Had to go with a new oem part.

Solid team that knows what they are doing! They are not just about making quick money. If your bike needs work, so it will be and they will be up front about it. If it does not need work or they cannot assist in the process, so too they present with honesty and provide advice and feedback to the best of their abilities. I have called many times and received free guidance in areas they could not do the direct work on at the time, or knew their solution was WAY too expensive than it should be (usually due to parts cost), so they offered other realistic options that did not break my bank account. Most people who leave negative comments seem to present in a way as though they forget that technology can be complicated at times, and not one single person will know the absolute fix immediately. Sometimes the solution can take a few visits. But rest assured, these guys know what they are doing!

These guys were excellent - I had 10k servicing / new tires / latch fix / emblem replacement / gauge replacement for my Harley CVO - they did a great job. My only note is their busy very busy so you might have to wait to get your bike in but what s the rush ? Quality over speed is priority. I highly recommend this shop for all your work . All the guys are very customer oriented.

Don't own any toys for them to work on, but they were awesome to us when we were unable to get to their neighbor to pick up parts for OUR baby, a 68 Ford Bronco. They were friendly and made us feel welcome during our interaction. Loved the show room! I'd recommend them just based on their treatment of us, non customers. Great guys! Thanks for the help!

No appointments taken so there is a bit of a wait once you drop your bike off, but the guys know what they are doing and take their time discussing options with you. Much preferred to the bigger shops attached to dealers that treat you like a number/only have service because they have to. They did a great job putting new tires and a new LED light on my bike. The light made riding at night so much better.

BKG did a phenomenal job on my 2006 Polaris Sportsman. I brought it to them with a huge mess that involved the wiring system and they put it back together so it looked brand new! Wow, I was super happy with their work and their customer service! They charged me less than they could have. Amazing company, highly recommend them!

Bloody Knuckles went out of the way to get my UTV ship shape. I had them pick my Polaris Ranger up for its virgin service and they heard something that did not sound right. Found a problem with the valves. Took my UTV to the Polaris dealer to have it fixed under the warranty and explained the problem to them. Did not charge me for their efforts other than delivery. Great job finding the problem and arranging for repair under the warranty. Honest, helpful, and just plain good folks. My thanks to a quality shop.Service: Engine repair

I was in an accident on my bike. While I was recovering Troy from bloody knuckles heard about it through a friend. He went and picked my bike up from the tow yard, so I wouldn't get charged for my bike just laying there. In the next few months Troy worked with my insurance company, and not only repaired the bike, but also made it look very custom. If I had any questions they were always answered immediately. After getting my bike back, I got compliments everywhere . Since then I traded for another bike, and wouldn't take it anywhere else. Darrell is also amazing. Clean shop, and very friendly staff!

Seemingly very overpriced. The guy that checked me out seemed confused by the total amount of the bill, he implied that it seemed high. Oil change and safety check were almost $200.I got a quote on tires for a 2006 Yamaha V STAR and was told $400 + installation. This is also very high compared to Fay Meyers and other known garages.I felt this was because I'm female and was paying for my son's bike. ( He saved for it himself and doesn't have a car.)I felt an assumption was made about me as I live in Castle Rock.( I'm a single mum of 4, I work 60-90 hours a week at a local hospital mainly with Covid patients. I do not spend my time drinking Pumpkin Spice lattes while shopping with hubbies money in my Uggs!)
