Big shout out to Bret!!! You're an amazing salesman! We had the most amazing experience here and all Bret literally did was sell us the exact camper that we wanted with a great price. The entire staff is most helpful, friendly, hilarious, and will not push you into anything you don't want. Very comfortable experience.

Loving my new little SUV!! Bought a 2nd vehicle here. 1st one was more than 10 years ago & I still have it. I'm looking forward to many more years with my new one too. The prices are very reasonable & the cars are reliable. You won't get a "lemon" here & you'll be treated well by their no pressure sales guys.

10 stars for the buying experience. Very friendly trustworthy staff. I recommend buying anything from this dealer. Easy financing and great payment options. Best used car buying experience I ve had yet. The car I bought has immaculate interior and was very well taken care of.

Update: My engine blew and I need a new one. I've done the proper maintenance on it. I've had this car less than a year.My car was totaled between Christmas and new years and I loved it so much I wanted to replace it with the same exact car. Through a few website searches I found one and Berkenkotter. I went down to look in January at it and fell in love. I was deciding between this car that I could pay in full or a new car and get on a payment so I left it to sleep on the decision. A week later the car was still there so I set up to test drive it. I had a wonderful test drive that made me decide I wanted the car. We went through steps for the purchase and left in my new vehicle. 2 days into owning it every single maintenance light came on. I took it in and it needed a master break cylinder. The sunroof is also broken and rattles while driving. Also, a bracket on the bumper broke after one drive. In April they sent me my title and paperwork needed to register this car with the state. I went to register and was turned away at the dmv because the title didn't match up with the sale. The title was from a CarMax in California. I took the title back to castle rock and they assured me they would fix it. Through the next couple months I called periodically to check in they assured me it would be very soon. I finally got the correct title July 24th. 7 months. So between the broken car I was sold to the title fiasco. I don't recommend. Extra star for the hot sauce

I refuse to buy a vehicle anywhere else. Been driving Berkenkotter cars and trucks for almost 20 years now. The transparency and follow through with this company is unparalleled. The staff and mechanics are amazing. I Absolutely love my new jeep and it's perfect for my family. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Dan and Frankie. Much love

I sent a request in to see about a car. Never got a call. I end up calling them. They sent me a credit form to fill out. Never heard from them . Decided to stop by in castle Rock location where I thought the car was. Wasn't there it was in Parker. And still no call. I wouldn't buy from them. Guess they are to good to sell cars to people from out of town

Not sure who the person was that I was communicating with, about a vehicle. I feel they were very short and rude. Customer service skills lack big time. Make you feel like its an inconvenience to ask any kind of questions. Glad i was able to find the car i wanted the same day with a MUCH more enjoyable experience from that company. They cared about customer service.

They are very nice and will not pressure you, but we feel the car was sold to us under faulty conditions. They missed a problem with the rotors that happened before we bought it. Will end up costing over $1,500 we ve only had the car a little over a month. Be very cautious if you choose to buy from here.

One has to appreciate the financial aid too, for it is the bottom line when buying! What an experience! Top notch dealers. I went up looking for a truck and saw an ambulance on their lot. I have been looking for "The right one" for 2 years and here it was.They let me drive it down to my mechanic in Colorado Springs! Who does that?Bottom line, I felt like they went out of there way to make this deal happen. Professionalism from the 1st moment I walked on the lot to driving the Ambo home.

The deal I received was extraordinary. Dan is a great person. He heard of my situation and I know that he gave me a deal he probably doesn't give everyday. I would definitely recommend anyone go there. I know I will return for my next truck purchase!

This place is definitely the spot to go too I went to a dealership in Colorado springs and they made it difficult for me to trade my jeep in and I found this place and it was great (BRET) is a really good guy to work with and including everyone else I do recommend coming and making a trade or buy a car

Dealing with Wade was a great experience. Purchased a fifth wheel RV essentially over the phone, just came in for paperwork and pick up. Very pleased and will highly recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoyed all of them at Berkenkotter! I worked with Bret and he really had to work. Ha! They are chill and fun. They seem to enjoy people and cars. I really am glad I stopped there. And then left with 2. Oh, and a Cayenne? Perfect for the mountains.

Bought a camper back in October and purchased a great warranty. Had a couple simple fixes regarding some fuses and such that were able to be taken care of in less than an hour and felt as if I was apart of the family. Thanks so much for your help and tentativeness. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return in the future.

Amazing service all around!Dan Berkenkotter and his team are incredible. I've had a few mechanical failures and one accident, each time BKM has assisted with every aspect of repair and had me back on the road in no time.I highly recommend Berkenkotter Motors!

The guys down there are great! Made the sale of the vehicle pretty easy.Here s what the Two Stars are for. Hood was up when I arrived to the dealership and I quote Just Checking Fluids . Maybe true? Maybe not? I drove the vehicle around the block everything seemed fine, Yes I understand I was test diving then bought a used vehicle. Everything went fairly smooth. On the phone I was told no problems on the truck it s ready to roll. I get there and the brake and ABS light is on. I m then told that s been on since they got the truck in and that s just how it is.So I drive the pickup 1100 miles back home. This is where things get fun.Day 1 I bought a set of batteries for the truck the current ones in it were junk (My guess that s why the hood was up).Day 3 Driveshaft, Hanger bearing, and U Joints. This little incident left my family and I stranded on a highway.My advice to anyone looking at vehicles from this place is do your homework and don t listen to what Their mechanics have done. The oil in this truck alone is old as dirt and the goofy buggers couldn t even put the valve cover back on correctly..Good people - Junk Vehicles in my experience

I would stay away from these guys. They are very unprofessional. Go to a real dealership. I went to their second location in Castle Rock to look at a GMC Yukon XL for my luxury transportation business. They assured me there was nothing wrong with the car. I took it to get independently inspected at the GMC dealership down the block, and they came back with almost 5 grand worth of repairs. Not only did Berkenkotter not disclose any of this, they ran a credit check beforehand, which then impacted me getting a loan for the vehicle I did end up purchasing later in the week.

Best place in Colorado to purchase a vehicle. I got a fair price for my trade and love my little motorhome. Frankie, Eddie and the owner, Dan have all been wonderful to work with. I d recommend them highly to anyone with credit issues. The experience so far has been top notch!

My husband and his family have been buying cars from Berkenkotter for 20+ years, they are the best! Just bought an F-150 from them and had the best experience. Dan, Bret, Alan and BJ are always great to work with, they made the process fun! Highly recommend buying your next car from them.

Had a great experience here. Needed a RV for a work related trip so I could bring my family along. Had a solid selection and found an amazing 90's model Rambler for a fair price. Frankie was very helpful and got me the info I needed to prep a loan. Then when my bank didn't want to underwrite it, they offered us a good deal for a better interest rate, The down payment was a little steep, and when I called to let them know we couldn't quite hit the mark, the owner answered, After Hours, and offered to take $2000 off the down payment. These folks really want to help you get what you need, and they are extremely fair minded and genuinely want to get you set up with a good vehicle. I had a great experience and look forward to dealing with them on my next 9 to 5 vehicle.

We bought a 2007 Tundra this week from Bret he was an amazing guy. It was a good experience. Very Friendly Dan the owner also great. We feel we got a good deal on the truck. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle

Super helpful staff and really nice people! They work with all credit types and got me approved with less than par credit. Very impressive! I'll come here for all my car buying needs.
