Always professional, and very reasonably priced! However, glad I had different plans for the day. Appointment was to wait for my car while working on it. They were not able to complete the job until mid afternoon. We dropped off first thing in the morning.

I have a 2008 4Runner with aftermarket suspension/control arms and it s hard to find a shop that can get my alignment right. Adam s Automotive is awesome; steering wheel is straight, steering is tight, drives like a dream. Scheduling the appointment was easy, drop off was seamless, and the tech was done in less than an hour. Highly recommend Adam s Automotive for all your vehicle needs.

Trustworthy. You read that correctly and I'm still taking about a local mechanic!! I won't take my trucks anywhere else. Service work is solid, they keep you up to date promptly through preferred contact method and they're human, meaning, you can talk to them and not get condescending remarks or treated like you're an idiot (even if you're an idiot like me!!) Top notch gentlemen

Very courteous and friendly staff. Brought in a 1994 Plymouth Acclaim with suspension and transmission in rough shape. With my older car with very low value, they were willing to work with only the important repairs to get the car roadworthy. Both the repair techs and the front desk guys were helpful with suggestions and advice of balancing repair costs on an old rust bucket versus the cost of buying a used car that runs well.One repair tech did say they don't actually do transmission repair that requires opening it up, all they really can do with a transmission is checking fluids and installing a new one. He did give me some tips about mine, and suggested I find a transmission shop who can open it up and see if it can be repaired or just needs to be replaced. They really should remove transmission repair as one of their available services on Google.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

My husband works crazy weekday hours which often leads me to do the dirty work , like taking vehicles to get repairs. There have been a few times where estimates and work have been questionable at large name companies. He asked that I try a small local company for the most recent repair and I m so glad he did! I called with little knowledge of what needed to be done, and the gentleman that answered the phone and got me scheduled (maybe Jacob?) was confident in understanding what I was asking about. I was scheduled for first available and quoted about an hour and a half for the repair, which was perfect for my schedule. The repair took about that amount of time and I was on my way with an explanation of what was done for a great price. We will definitely be back to see the guys at Adam s for anything other vehicle needs!Service: Wheel alignment

Adams replaced a wheel bearing and performed a tire rotation and oil change. They kept me informed on the work needed and the schedule. They are a professional shop with excellent customer service. Solid work, and they put it extremely fast. They managed to not only squeeze in my car inspection while being extremely busy, but get the brake rotors replaced within the next day. Crazy good work from guys that actually know their stuff, well worth the price.

Adam's is always honest, quick and reliable. They have a small but convenient waiting room with conference table, coffee, tea and several chairs so you can work if needed while waiting for your repair. I've had several oil changes and brakes done here and the people are the best part. They always shoot you straight, giving you the summary of their overall inspection without being pushy so you know how quickly any other updates noted are actually needed. And they're very convenient if you're located in Castle Rock. All shops have increased in price to some degree but here you can at least bank on them not tacking on additional, unnecessary charges.Service: Oil change

I have an older second vehicle that I have taken to two different automotive repair centers in Castle Rock and spent money on needless repairs that did not help pass emissions. Adams diagnosed it and took care of it. The truck passed emissions and is running great. Technician ran diagnostics as to why display was throwing codes and would not display what gear the Suburban was in. Chevy SDG module required an update. Communication throughout the process was clear and concise. No hidden fees or trying to find extra repairs. I've been a customer for over 14 years. I'm very appreciative!

Adams has worked on both of my vehicles, one foreign, one domestic and the service is always top notch. Adams is open six days a week. Try finding another shop open past five on weekdays and also with Saturday hours, you won't. There is no up selling pressure. They trouble shoot the problem, tell you just what is needed and give you an estimate for approval. Work is done when promised and the garage area is spotless. They are honest and friendly, hard to find those qualities at a lot of merchants these days. Give them a try.Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance
