Took my Ram 3500 in for a transmission flush, front end inspection, brake inspection, and overall once over. Jeremy and Will went above and beyond. They performed the work I asked for, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, gave me a very detailed report of work performed and what they saw needing to be addressed in the future. I will be a return customer at JW diesel in the custom printed hoody they gave me!

Great local shop, friendly people. I had no appointment but Jeremy helped me out with an issue on my truck to get me back on the road. Highly recommend JW diesel.

Absolutely fantastic little shop. I had a major issue with high levels of diesel particulates in the exhaust filter that was not being handled by normal regen on the highway. Engine power was being artificially limited and this was going to strand us on our trip towing a camper trailer. They were totally booked but Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to pull engine codes and run two forced regens to clear out the exhaust filter and get us back on the road with full power. All the while he was checking on particulate levels and even took the time to take it out on a test drive to make sure the warning was not displaying anymore. Very kind people, know their stuff and genuinely want to help the customer.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Have you ever been out of state and stranded because your diesel needed repair and dealership service centers couldn t schedule you in for two weeks? Me neither, because the team at JW Diesel & Automotive understood our urgent need. We were 1300 miles from home. They completed our repair in ONE DAY. This group of skilled and conscientious mechanics got our Silverado 3500 back on the road and saved our vacation. I highly recommend this service center to everyone in the Roaring Fork Valley, and beyond.

Will at JW Diesel went far out of his way to come to us in a stuck situation, got the car running to get it back to his shop, resolved our problem quickly and got us on our way to enjoy our family camping trip. AND the service was very reasonably priced. Thank you!!!!!

We were in an RV and our water/coolant filter failed coming over Mclure Pass. Pulled into Carbondale and these guys had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. Super nice you men that know what they are doing!
