This is a busy place but they get the cars in and out faster than you'd expect. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They won't try to sell you services you don't need but will make sure your car is where it needs to be.

Every time I've visited, the price was much cheaper than I had expected. Everything was taken care of, they did a few things for free here and there, and I don't have one bad thing to say, they're fantastic. In general, they're very kind and respectful professionals who take the worries out of car care.

Roger and staff are the greatest. He actually came up to my house to put a new battery in my car. Always going above and beyond for incredibly reasonable price!!!! Recommend highly.

Juan is a really kind guy; he assisted us in maintaining our vehicle and I was really helpful. He was respectful and professional in his treatment of us. I also would recommend this place if you needed to change oil or inspect your vehicle. Thank you team for the good work

First time going there. I walked in and was welcomed by Misael who was very helpful in assisting me with my options for an inspection and oil change. He also was very patient as I wasn't sure which oil I should use for my '05 F150 with 208,000 miles on it. So he retrieved Roger and we went over High Mileage with additives vs synthetic and standard. Roger also assisted with inspecting my tires when I pulled it up because I had concerns about them. He gave solid intelligent advice and I'm not concerned any longer.The work took about an hour on a Saturday in late July around 11am which is very timely. They determined a few minor issues to keep an eye on and made suggestions for the future without pressure.Anyway thanks guys and I'll be back as well as let others know that y'all are a great choice in the valley. Also the Panaderia San Miguel is across the street and has amazing food.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very thorough re oil change service. The came back re battery issue, they immediately found the problem, went over to Napa, got a new part and fixed problem for very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

After driving from IL to Basalt CO, I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I also had a rock stuck in between the caliber and shield of the brake assembly. I was skeptical at first because I ve worked in the auto repair industry for a while. (I always like doing things my self because of that) After reading some reviews I thought I d give it a try. They said they d have it in the air in 45min. Well they had it up in like 15. They did everything I needed extremely fast and well. They were sure to torque every wheel to spec, got the rock out of my brake assembly and they had excellent customer service. All for a pretty good price. I would STRONGLY recommend!Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys are the BEST, incredibly professional and they're not trying to blow smoke up your you know what. Lol. Would highly recommend anybody in the roaring fork valley these guys are professional, courteous, and the price is always right!

Estimated 30-45 min oil change turned into 1 hr and 45 mins.....people have life and other places to be at....if you estimate time it should be done at estimated time....not happy

These guys do a great job and they never seem to waste any time. Honest workers that aren't shady like many of the other places I've been for service.

I go here EVERY time I need anything done with my car. They always do a 10/10 job. I ve never felt scammed out of my money, they always go the extra mile and check things I never asked for and don t charge extra. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.I m sorry to see they re low on staff.Services: Tires, Oil change

I love this place! It is so nice to have a local mechanic that is friendly and knowledgeable. I always go here for my oil changes which are extremely fast and thorough. They make sure to let me know what else my car will be needing in the near future. They are not pushy and don't try to rip you off like most places. Don't go anywhere else!

Was out on a 90+ degree Saturday, towing an 18 trailer with my SUV. All of a sudden smelled antifreeze and saw steam coming out from under the hood. Strange because the temperature gauge was reading normal. We pulled off in this little town and at 4pm everything was already closed, except this Valvoline Station. ROGER was extremely helpful. He offered to give me some coolant for the reservoir but he opened the cap just a tad and the pressure released and we were good to go again. I offered to pay him for his time and he was not having it! If you stop at this little shop, ask for Roger. He s the best!!!

My first time using "Valvoline" Express Lube in El Jebel with my personal vehicle. Good service, knowledgeable, honest, I felt, and pretty quick but only 1 other customer there today. Listened addressed my questions and concerns, and fixed some of them. Gave quotes and seem reasonably priced for our valley.Good so far, almost had me for life! Until I tried to use a small Valvoline coupon($7 off). Pretty sure was the owner or a manager said no we wont take any of those kinds of coupons here. I asked about using the ladies day discount since I was a new customer & wasnt aware that I needed to come on a Tuesday(came on Friday). He denied me, nope, too bad! I take care of many clients vehicles & was just about ready to make a complete change with all of them for servicing. Bummer! if a new customer could get a tiny bit of appreciation for trying a competitors business out for a switch, I'm not likely to give them my appreciation & all of my client business as well. I understand keeping ur profits, but he could have.asked me a couple questions about what I could do for him too? $7, Too bad, I was genuinely pleased.They did a great job, really. Wont say anything bad about them. I need a little give in and know when I call they will get me in if I have a time sensitive situation. That told me they probably wont is all.

****COME HERE FIRST*** I have used these guys many times for oils leaks to heater hoses and fluids being flused. They are awesome and are very accommodating. They are also VERY responsibly priced for the area. Thanks guys!

Class, integrity, and fast service. I came in for some warning lights, they identified the codes quickly and helped me decide what to do. I got honest answers, super useful information, and they didn t try to sell me anything. I would send anyone I know here.
