Eli has impeccable attention to detail and helped us avoid some mistakes we never would have considered. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process and the final product is perfect- exactly what we envisioned. Eli has been to our home two separate times to help us with our dreams of blinds. Her expertise and understanding of our needs was fantastic. We were quick to decide on an up/down pleated shade for our bedroom and we just love them. Why did I wait 8 years to block out headlights and lights on hwy 82!?!? We highly recommend Budget Blinds!

Budget Blinds in the Glenwood Springs, CO area did an exceptional job with helping us to select the perfect blinds for our house. We have very large windows in our living room that are over ten feet tall and they were able to install motorized blinds that look beautiful. The blinds work flawlessly so far. Highly recommend.

Lee from budget blinds of the high country was very helpful in selecting the right blinds for our condo. With the high windows he helped choose options that make our blinds easy to use. The installation process was very smooth and quick. We've been very happy with the blinds, the amount of UV rays they keep out and the ease of use.

Over priced! Poor customer service.The remote for our daughter s bedroom roller shades went missing. Budget Blinds of High Country offered us no other solution than to order a very expensive new remote which they would deliver for another $150.00. The option to pick up the remote was made challenging because they are open one day a week for limited hours. We asked if they could mail it to us and they said it would be an additional $60. Budget Blinds of High Country uses an answering service and it isn t easy to get them on the phone for quick responses. We called another blind company who answered immediately and offered to help walk us through programming one of the other remotes we had for another bedroom to close the blinds in my daughters room. This took no more than 2 minutes to do and there was no charge. I would have expected better customer service from Budget Blinds of the a High Country seeing that we quite recently ordered roller shades for 4 bedrooms full of windows. Glad We got a hold of someone else who was willing to help us out even though we hadn t even bought our shades there.

This is a great place to get quality blinds! They are a bit expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I couldn t believe how quick installation was once they got here. And great communication throughout the whole process!

I contacted Lee and he got back to me promptly. After my discussion with him i felt very comfortable with him and gave him the code to my lock box with the keys in it for the RV garage. He came and measured and when the blinds and window coating were ready I was going to be gone again so I gave the code again to them for the installation. When I got back home I reviewed the completion of the job and was very satisfied. It was a pleasure working with the company and I highly recommend their service. it is so nice to deal with a company that delivers a good product and is easy to work with these days.

Typically I only like to write positive reviews, but due to the unfortunately poor level of customer service and unresponsiveness from the business owner I want to ensure other consumers do not find themselves in the same situation. When the installer from Budget Blinds of the High Country came to install our blinds on 7/12/21 the color of the shades did not match the colors originally discussed with the business owner during our consultation on 5/6/21. The installer said that he forgot three of the shades at the warehouse and would have to schedule another installation date for the missing shades. After multiple attempts to call, text and email the owner to discuss our concerns and issues, we finally received a response a week later via email but have been unable to have an actual conversation on the phone.During our original consultation with the business owner on 5/6/21 we discussed the importance of safety and the plan to mount the cords along the four windows in the living room so that the strings were not a hazard. When the installer arrived on 7/12/21 he thought there were only three shades in the living room (we ordered four) and said that he couldn't mount the cords. To our shock, he said we will just need to keep an eye out for kids and pets around the strings.Even though every project is "custom" and the three missing shades (one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom) were simply left behind at the warehouse, we have recently been told by the business owner that he is waiting on parts for the cords and doesn't have a magic wand to tell us when this project will ever be completed.We paid for the project in full on 5/6/21 to take advantage of a promotion that was only available with pre-payment at the time of the consultation. Shame on us for trusting this business to complete the project after being paid in full. For multiple weeks we have emailed the owner asking if he has any intention of completing this project (in which he has received our full payment) and have still not received a response.

We moved into new construction in the Roaring Fork area and needed window coverings. Our realtor recommended Budget Blinds of the High Country. It was easy to make an appointment and a rep came out to our place the following week. She helped us choose the type of blinds we wanted and advised us on colors, which was great as that's not our strong suit. Prices were reasonable. After we placed our order, the waiting period was about six weeks. Installation was a breeze -- someone came out from the company and took care of it very easily. He also came back for a quick follow-up to tweak something. Everyone was professional and helpful and the overall process was smooth. The blinds look great and function as expected. We plan to use Budget Blinds again for a patio door covering.

Having completed new construction on our Aspen Glen house we next had to think about window coverings. We shopped several providers and in the end decided on Budget Blinds. They were fair and reasonable with their prices and product offerings. They did all of our window shades (power) and we just recently purchased a drapery for a large sliding glass door. Took awhile to arrive, but Lee and John tag teamed the install and it looks fabulous. Eli was amazing and spent all the time we needed when it came to picking out the shades. Lee is more of the drapery expert and also spent several hours with us until we landed on a fabric. Definitely recommend these guys. Cheers to Budget Blinds!

Elle and Lee were the best to work with. Lee came at the time he said he would for the estimate. The shades were ordered but took a while to get them. Once they arrived the installation was done when Lee said they would be and we are very happy!!

Excellent solar blinds that work well in our southern facing windows. They keep afternoon sun out, preserving our furniture, and are super easy to use. I have used BudgetBlinds of the high country on 2 separate occasions once in 2021 and again recently. Both times they were incredibly professional. It can be hard to get good work done in the mountains but BB has always delivered exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing window treatments in Summit Country.

Thank you, Lee and Budget Blinds of the High Country! From our initial consultation through installation Lee and his installer John have been great to work with for our home renovation. Lee helped guide us through all of the options and ultimately selections that look fantastic. They remained very flexible with us on the schedule as 2021 construction delays on our side didn't allow for installation until well after planned and then they showed up when called. I know why they are so busy and it's because they do great work. Look no further for a company to trust with your home window treatments. I highly recommend working with this team!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! We had measurements taken for a skylight shade and shutters more than a year ago. The owner was present and inspected the location. It has been more than 13 months. We paid up front (more than $7000) and have gotten nothing!!! The shutters showed up "damaged" (they damaged them) and they were left in our garage. The owner insists on payment of an additional $1,000 for scaffolding because even though he came to our home and measured, he now claims the shade is impossible to install. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE AND FIND SOMEBODY ELSE!!!

Lee and Eli and John are amazing! From my first email to my first phone conversation with Lee, my in-home measurement and blind selection meeting with Eli, all the way through install with John, Budget Blinds exceeded my expectations. Our blinds arrived sooner than expected and the installation was quick and thorough. The blinds themselves work very well and have definitely improved the appearance of the house. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of the High Country to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this business. They were professional from beginning to end. Lee came to our home with many samples and helped me work through options. They scheduled my install on time, they came when they said they would and everything looks beautiful. They were quick to help when my dog caused a problem with my already installed blinds too!!

Eli and Lee are wonderful to work with! Very professional, respectful, and competitively priced! Eli gives you the space to browse the product books, takes the time to explain all the different products, and she provided helpful feedback to ensure we picked the perfect blinds for our home.
