We had a long (40-mile) tow from Lake George to Colorado Springs during a recent snowstorm. Despite the miserable weather, the driver (Jesse) was patient, affable, and he took his time and drove safely. Considering the distance and time involved, we thought the towing charge was very reasonable. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We love these guys. Family owned business that always delivers. They have always been there when I needed them. Drivers are super friendly and courteous. Trucks are clean and operational, all around just great people

Got stuck in the snow twice during a storm, and they arrived 15 min ~30 mins right after the call ended, of course I wasn't too far thankfully but they got me out in less than 30 minutes as well, great service kind people, don't quote me tho

my motorcycle broke down on 94 then they came and got it with the flatbed drop her off at my house really helped out great driver

They were amazing! Drove almost 30 miles to my house, and loaded my truck up in under 15 minutes. The driver was very cautious and careful with my truck. Their rates are very reasonable and I will 100% be using them next time I need a tow. Will definitely be recommending them!

Your guy just said, turning now, good luck everyone.Just had one of your flatbed trucks pull out in front of me @~1610 hrs on 6/9/23, nearly killed us. Wet roads too. No turn signal and didn't have enough time, on Constitution near King Soopers/24. If I hadn't locked them up and swerved, we both would be having a worse evening.Based on reviews, you have a pattern/history. Had some unfortunate car trouble and AutoCraft towing was able to come to my rescue tonight via AAA. Got to the location extremely promptly, blew away the estimated wait time. Jeff was professional, friendly, and possibly most importantly treated myself and my vehicle with the utmost respect. The driver was polite, fast, and professional. He carefully loaded our car in Falcon and got it to the repair shop in Colorado Springs on time for our appointment.

James had to tow me two times in a week's span, and was fast and friendly both times. He stayed with me while I waited for a ride and made sure I was good before departing to my mechanic's shop. 100% would recommend, especially living out in the Falcon/Peyton/Ellicott areas, or in Colorado in general.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

James is fantastic, for 2 days and 3 other towing companies I had Been trying to get my car towed. I had a problem with my shift cable, and the car was stuck in park facing a building. (Front wheel drive) well three other companies came and left unable to tow my car. It took James 5 minutes to get it into neutral and tow it. thank you James and Autocraft towingService: Car towing

Update: I did get the chance to thank this company. I had a guy in Denver putting a new engine in my F250 Super Duty on 38's. Very large, heavy pickup. This company had the equipment and expertise to haul it promptly and I obviously didn't need to shop around.High praise for the gentleman from this company who helped my wife and son and then refused to accept payment. Our jeep lost a wheel due to failing lug nuts and more likely due to stud shortening for spacers that had previously been done and then removed, unknown to us. He and another gentleman who stopped (Canadian Air Force stationed at NORAD) noticed that the studs were usable, he used his truck to lift the jeep high enough to mount the wheel, and then they mounted it with lugs from the other wheels (all wheels now with 4 lugs instead of 5) so we could limp home slowly at odd hours. My wife offered to pay or buy his family supper and he refused. I have entered their info in my phone in case I ever need a tow. I am not affiliated with this company but my son will take care of people in future difficult situations as he was taught by this gentleman.

Great experience with these folks! They were able to quickly address my issue and handled getting my truck out of a tricky spot like pros. Obviously I hope to not need a tow any time soon, but if I do then this is who I plan to call.

Robert is great, came on time and was patient. My ball joint popped off my tire and he put a block under the control arm so my tire wasn't wedged under my fender. I was so lucky to cooperate with these guys! My car was broken in Woodland park and soon after they were assigned to me, the guy came even before scheduled ETA. His name was Travis (I am not sure did I spell this well) very polite guy, very professional service.They are responding to calls immediately and resolve problems efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Autocraft towing. We have called them several times now on weekends and evenings, and they are ALWAYS HAPPY to help. Hearing a friendly voice, and having a caring professional come out when you are in an otherwise unpleasant situation makes ALL the difference. Their trucks are new and CLEAN, (it was so nice to sit in the warm truck on a cold December night while James loaded up our car). James and Jim run a wonderful company with old-school standards of great customer service and professionalism. My husband and I decided to drive out during the winter storm warning (I know we re not very smart lol) and we took a small unserviced road and a few hundred feet in we got stuck in about 2 feet of snow.. we called AAA towing and they wouldn t send anyone out, they said they were advising the drivers to not go out and another Rep had said there s no way they could send anyone out because hwy 24 was closed... even though we drove up through 94. Another towing company didn t even answer. Thankfully this company was able to send someone to our rescue right away! There was too much snow to tow the suv out but he happily took us home after trying to get the job done for about an hour. Thank you Jeff! 110% would use autocraft towing again!Service: Car towing

I am the owner of Autocraft Towing We opened this towing company to help people, we try to please every one and if anyone ever has a issue with the service or driver you can call me and I will do every thing I can to resolve the problem the phone number is on all the trucks use it . If I have a driver doing things unprofessionally I need to know so please call me and give me the opportunity to fix the problem before you give a bad review. As Google will not let me respond to you. We do not tolerate bad drivers. You can see by the rest of our revue's we do a good job but you can't please everyone and some people just like to complain and there are always two sides to every story . Thank you and stay safe and share the road.

So had them tow 2 classic cars for me and specifically told them to leave keys under my mat near front door where my cameras are on and he leaves my keys in gutter out in the street. Very unprofessional and won't be going back to them.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

James is a great guy. I got stuck and got a girl stuck that tried to go around me. He agreed to come out in the freezing cold and pull us out, and his rate quoted was also reasonable.

Tow truck driver thinks it's funny to cut people off, slam on breaks, and flip off passing cars. Very professional, maybe drivers should be screened better before being hired
