I ve never left a bad Google review, this place is the absolute worst. I ve been here 3 times now, and none of the vacuum s work. They only accept quarters so it s a royal pain to collect them all just to have a broken vacuum. The trash cans are always overfilling. Absolute waste of money and time.

This place sucks!! It's really gone down hill. Vacuums suck and that's not in the way I'd like, no water pressure...I spent $24 just trying to wash my vehicle. I've been coming to this car wash since it first opened. I'm never coming back. I got a glimpse of the owner one time and he was one angry looking character. I know there's no way he ran this place in the beginning because everything worked and I always got a great!! Clean on my vehicle.

Don t waste your money. The cheapest wash you can get anywhere else is better than the most expensive here (which is way too expensive). Can t even tell I drove through the automatic wash. My car is just as dirty coming out as when I drove it in. I ve given them a few chances thinking after they bought better equipment that it would improve, but it may just even be worse. I had texted the owner multiple times with no response. So I called a few times and finally reached them and politely spoke to them about it. The owner s wife got on the phone and called me a Karen, and the owner hung up on me after I explained that I was dissatisfied. I sent him pics of my car after I drove through and it was still just as dirty. He texted me a voucher number for a free wash. I went back to use it only to see that the voucher number was invalid. He blamed it on the temps, but that was not the case. All bays were full when I went. He said I caused him $2,500 worth of damage to his new equipment but when asked to show me a receipt, I was hung up on again and blocked..lol Completely unprofessional. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn t allow me to comment without leaving ANY.

The high pressure was a joke. I get better pressure putting my thumb over a garden hose. The card reader did not work and the change machine gave me $4.50 for a $5. No contact number available. The owner is lucky this is a small town cause this biz would mot survive in a competitive market. You should be ashamed and the city of BV embarrassed!

This place is falling apart. Screens on the payment centers have been destroyed by the sun. Often times, rather in the automatic wash or self service, soaps are out and only water comes out and the pressure sucks. Also, the spray nozzle hangers are broke. Nothing works. Once was a good car wash.

Save your money. A garden hose has more pressure.Reply to owner....my car doesn't have mag chlorine on it. It's BRAND NEW and your wash couldn't manage bugs and dirt.

Don t waste your time or money. Their place is a broke joke. You have to try multiple stalls till you can finally find one that doesn t have something broken on it. You might as well clean the inside of your car by hand because the vacuums won t do it.

So many things are broken. I got halfway through washing my car and realized that the foam brushes didn t work. Broken mat clips, the shampoo machine doesn t work either.

This used to be the best car wash in town and now new ownership does not maintain it. There's huge mounds of dirt, it consistently does not work, brushes unmaintained, no soap, and whoever you call if there's a problem is a total jerk.

Busted screen, frozen card reader, and a small barrel in the middle of the entrance of a stall with no sign was my experience, attempting and not being able to, wash my vehicle in every stall. So good luck with that. It was around lunch time. Some guy came groaning and mumbling around. He told me I couldn't use the stall blocked with the barrel. Ironically, it looked like the only stall that worked. One stall is leaking from the ceiling where the hose starts and freezes a pillar of water a foot thick from the wall all the way to the floor including over the screen and card reader. If it wasn't running down the wall that could be a potentially dangerous icicle. I didn't stand around to find out and went somewhere else. I understand you can't control the weather, but you can fix the leaks costing your own business money and wasting potential customer's time with equipment that wouldn't be frozen otherwise.

This is no ordinary car wash. The auto wash uses Karcher equipment. This is a German company with maybe the finest high pressure wash systems available. This wash is so good I make it a point to stop here whenever I am in town. Watch it in action. Amazing quality and great results.

Stopped to clean my work truck, $3 got 1/4 of the truck "alright" at the rate the time went away, it would of taken around $40 to fully wash. Also, water didnt seem to be heated at all and had a hard time washing the soap away. Would not go back.

3/4 if the features for self wash don t work. Owner doesn t leave contact info so if you have a problem no way to contact them. They owe me $5 because of this. Do yourself a favor go somewhere where your business is appreciated and the people are honest.

After going through the automatic car wash my brand new white truck was covered in what wiped off as tar. Not exactly sure what splattered all over but I had to hand wipe everything with soap and water myself after I came out of the wash. The entire truck!! weirdest thing ...Not happy.

With the nature of mountain towns such as Buena Vista, this is a horrible car wash. I stopped here filling intendeding to wash my car, and vacuum it. I left early because the owner told me I was taking too long cleaning out my car. Very frustrating for any transient who needs some time to move stuff around to vacuum. I d give it 0 stars if I could

This car wash is awful. The water is ice cold, hardly any soap and expensive. I spent $10 to wash it and it doesn't look like it was washed at all. Still completely dirty.

Literally charged me $12 and then wouldn t actually let me park. I went back and forward a million times don t know why it wouldn t work but losing $12 is brutal.

VERY EXPENSIVE and one bay doesn't count your coins correctly. In the same bay the hose for the brush is cracked which causes foam to go everywhere except the brush.

Needs to be renewed. Old and worn out. Does not get your car clean like it did 15 years ago.

Open 24 hours and the bays are well-lit. Little tip, the vacuums are located on the street side of the building

What a rip off. 25 cents for each 15 seconds of wash time. Handle leaked more water than what came out under pressure at the tip. Avoid this place.

We stop by here all the time and never had an issue. Cost is reasonable compared to others in the area.
