I just bought a vehicle from Phil and the process was so smooth and easy! Phil answered any questions I had, disclosed all info about the veh and was just very kind. I would most definitely recommend anyone to go to Phil for a veh!

Phil was awesome. My title was delayed over 3 months from the auction but Phil always picked up, or called back, and was transparent and honest. Thanks Phil! Hopefully will see you again

Found a car on Craigslist that seemed like a great deal.Carfax showed structural damage - Phil told me that a bumper was scuffed up and that was about it. Said I could get that pulled off the carfax with an inspection from a shop.Drove 2.5 hours out there, and the truck I looked at was very severely damaged- likely in a very serious accident . As a car sales professional, Phil would have absolutely known the condition of the car- and could have shared the truth with me.Additionally, the car was listed as for sale by private owner on Craigslist. Not by dealer. And close to 3000 more miles than listed for. And the carfax he showed me has info redacted off it to make it look better. Thank god I pulled up my own.This guy is not ethical- and if he was this dishonest with this transaction, I can only imagine what s going on with the other cars on the lot. I d steer clear!

If zero stars were possible I d do it. Bought a car and once we got home it had no coolant and when we went back and said something there was nothing they could do the car I bought I ve had for most of the summer and I ve only been able to drive it 2 weeks out of the 12 I ve had it for. It s been problem after problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE it s still surprising that they are still in business.

I just bought a 4wd dodge from these gentlemen. Phil and his dog were great to do business with. Honest..helpful...and great to do business with. I would recommend bv auto sales anytime.
