Jack and Clint are top notch salespeople. They got me into a Certified Pre-Owned Aviator. The buying process was quick, easy and they really took care of me. They even made sure I left with new car mats and set up mobile service to install the security alarm. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and Sil-TerHar Lincoln is easily among the best.

Love my Lincoln, but was sold with the understanding they provided pickup and return service within 15 mile radius for free and now learning that is not the case & not open on Saturday (too bad for working people). Lesson learned on service . So disappointed!update: I went to the Ford Quick Lane and had fabulous service!! Many kudos to Sean Thomas who not only provided an excellent service experience, but also connected me with Robert von Tempsky - who also went above and beyond - could have sold me add-on/extended coverage but dug into my account to find I already had 10yrs/100,000 mile coverage!!! The Ford fellas are really top notch! Shout out to Cole Gilmore too - when Robert escalated my prior concerns, Cole was very responsive and helpful- great guy! Thanks to these fellas (Sean, Robert, & Cole), My confidence has been restored in the team! Five stars for the Ford side!! (Likely for the Lincoln side too; the lady who answered the original phone call for valet oil change service would benefit from some additional training.)

I had a great experience with Sill-Terhar. I had to get a new truck and was helped by TJ Lovato. The deal was a bit complicated, but TJ got it done. He is the man if you need a new vehicle. Not kidding, take my advice here. He is the guy. 5 stars

They always take good care of my vehicle. With providing great customer service.Just found out they have a lifetime warrenty on all the parts they have to use. Fan sensor 1,400. w/ lifetime warranty, I'm OK with that.Service manager Zaye is the best

I brought my car in for service and was very impressed how helpful the Service advisor was and the Loaner Manager, they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. They made me feel like customer service still exists and I am so glad I purchased my car and get the service that lacks in so many places these days. Thank you so much! I am so glad you take such good care of your customers. Makes me feel valued. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my handicap daughter Chris. You were so kind to make sure my loaner car was appropriate for my daughters needs.

Our car trade in process with Bethany and Cole was review worthy. They made the process of trading in two of our cars for the Corsair that we fell in love with very simple. Definitely recommend this dealership and the Lincoln just feels so luxurious. We feel awesome every time we drive.

Horrible experience with the service department. We bought a new navigator and they messed up the electrical and sync screen during a key programming. My 4 yr old and I got lock out of our car because the car will not start or let me change gear and drive. We waited and tried to fix the key from the internet and ended up walking home and have the car towed. And of course, no help on Sunday.When we called to ask the update and ETA, they hung up on us. Then we called their number again, they hung up and decided to text as a way of communicating. We spent 6 hrs waiting and still have no clue if the car will be fix. Horrible service on following up. My husband took a day off work and Uber there to fix our car since it was towed to Sill-Terhar Lincoln yesterday. We don t have a car to go to work or take kids to school so we asked for a loaner and they don t have one!!! How can a place that sells $100,000 car don t have a loaner to assist their customers when the car issues were caused by them. This is my second Lincoln after a Range Rover, no other place treat their customers like this. Very inconsiderate!!!

Our experience with Sill-TerHar Lincoln has been nothing short of exceptional.We met our salesman, Drew Bell, months before we ordered our Lincoln when we were shopping around for cars. He was personable, honest, and didn't pressure us once for a sale. We ended up going back months later not only because we loved the car we ended up ordering, but because we wanted to work specifically with Drew. I've never walked off of a car lot and said "Wow, I really like that guy." He made us feel comfortable and valued and kept us up to date on our order throughout the process.Even the financing was low stress and we didn't feel pressured to buy extra warranties we didn't need. Robert answered our questions honestly, told us up front what we did and didn't need, and made us feel comfortable during a usually stressful process.Long story short - we absolutely recommend Sill-TerHar Lincoln. I didn't know that a car buying experience could be that enjoyable - and the people there truly care.

UPDATE:Recommend dealer to anyone looking for a Lincoln. Friendly professionals willing to assist in decision-making whether for your personal car or your business vehicle.They went the extra mile to reconcile glitches in the sales and delivery process and that you can count on. New vehicle is gorgeous, wife is very happy with decision.Also, I spec'd the correct roof racks for the 2020 Lincoln Aviator, and Yakima is on top of the new configuration for this vehicle. To help add to the customer service depth of services, I took the empty boxes of my new Yakima Roof racks to their service dept and they have that info.For installation, I will be posting more of that detailed info via my own entry on the Yakima site.Supply chain shortages caused me to seek 6 vendors before I had the 3 specific parts for a successful installation. It has been used now for a 14 hour drive from Colorado into central Arizona with the largest Thule Roof Cargo box they make - 22 cubic feet, fully loaded.. No problems.

Visited the dealership a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. That day I was looking at an Audi at a nearby dealership. On my way home I passed by the Sill-TerHar dealership and decided to stop by without an appointment. Wasn t expecting much since I was just dropping in unannounced, but Keith Winkler greeted us and was exceptional. Checked out a few different models with him and really enjoyed the Aviator I looked at. Keith was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my concerns and provided options that I enjoyed. I feel like he delivered a great experience. Really appreciated his help especially when I did not have an appointment scheduled that day. The facility is very nice and clean. There are plenty of models to choose from. The other sales reps seem nice as well. I recommend this dealership as I was impressed by the support they provided. Will be going back once I see the exact spec Aviator show up on their lot.

I just completed an online order and purchase of a new Navigator with Sill-TerHar Lincoln, working with Drew Bell. This was an excellent experience, I got exactly what I wanted, Drew has been exceptionally helpful and informative, never high pressure or anything but supportive. The delivery experience was excellent as well. Plus, it's a great vehicle! I spoke with a number of dealers before ordering and Drew was by far the most helpful and easiest to deal with.

Great service repair experience!! Mitch took great care of my truck after some miss communication on warranty repair. He followed up promptly, and made sure my truck and customer satisfaction were priority after concern was displayed. Final repair was very quick and completely taken care of! Mitch the service supervisor provided EXCELLENT customer service, and changed my outlook from bad at the beginning to five star at the end. Thank you Mitch for your follow through and conviction, Sill TerHar is lucky to have you on their team!

It is truly a shame that you have to give a star to enter a review, this place is either a zero or a negative five. They strongly uphold the negative overcharge, scam, upcharge dealership stereotype everyone knows. Bring a car in in for warranty work, expect nothing to be done other than spending a day developing a fairy tale of things you didn't ask for. Do yourselves a favor, take your car to Christan Brothers or Eagle Auto, pay out of pocket and deal with people that have both brains, integrity, and excellent customer service.

I worked with Keith and Kelly on my purchase of a new Navigator. These two did a great job. They knew their inventory and product, answered all of my questions and were professional all the way through. The process was super fast, its clear they value my time as much as their. I highly recommend this Lincoln dealership if you are here in Colorado. Call Keith or Kelly before you go in, these guys are great to work with.

This was my first ever car purchase on my own and it went much better than expected. The salesman I work with goes by the name of Drew Bell. He was very knowledgeable of the in and outs of purchasing a car for first time buyers. Additionally I traded in my truck for said car and was met with a very fair and reasonable trade in value. 11/10 service, would definitely purchase from this location and from Mr.Bell again.

Took a brand new SUV in for a fix right after purchasing. It took way longer than it was supposed to and we received some grease stains on the driver's seat. Thanks for the awesome experience, Sill-TerHar!!

Luxury cars, luxury establishment and luxury service. I was greeted by an incredible sales person, Drew Bell, who was so helpful in educating me on all things Lincoln. I found the perfect car for my family thanks to Sill-TerHar and Drew, and would recommend anyone to visit this dealership and find their perfect vehicle.Also had the chance to speak with Keith and Kelly, the other two salesmen, as well as their sales manager, Cole, who made sure that we were given the best service possible. A great truck buying experience. Rich was easy to work with and communicative. It was such a smooth experience despite the stay at home order. They arranged everything without us even having to leave our house, they delivered the truck and were very thorough giving instructions on how to work all the technology that came with the truck, along with taking our trade-in. Can t say enough positive things on a whole about the dealership. Thank you!

Called service department to ask a simple question about my Lincoln Navigator.Left a message with lady at service deck said someone would call me back shortly, nobody ever called.Service only cares if your under warranty or make an appointment.I live 100 + miles from dealership or I would stop bye

I bought an escape from here about a year ago. Best decision to go with them because I got a great deal and the extended warranty actually works through ford. Had a tensioner problem that led to having to replace the engine and I only have to pay the deductible.

The sales team at STH Lincoln was so friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They answered every question we had, weren't pushy and even had supplies on hand when our son fell and scraped his knee outside! We would absolutely buy another car from them.

To start, my vehicle was looked at by my mechanic. Once I was told it could be my catalytic converter, I towed it over to Sil-Terhar Lincoln Luxury Service. Zayne assisted me in the entire process, set me up with a dealer loaner, and offered clear and concise communication about the issues with my vehicle. You hear stories of customer vehicles going into a shop and the nightmare that comes with trying to get information about the real problems. The reviews that are negative on here deserve attention, someone dropped the ball. I am confident in saying that Zayne put all bs aside and shot it straight with me. I have zero problem recommending Zayne and Lincoln Luxury Service to any of my friends, colleagues or clients. My only gripe is the lack of attention to the service phone line, using Zayne's cell aleviated any issues.

Very poor guest services - 1st time in they made me feel like I was bothering them to buy a Lincoln, 2nd time in I set an appointment due to the COVID issue, when I arrived the person I had an appointment with said they were too busy. Both times I was in to buy a $50,000+ car - I went elsewhere and will never return.
