This is the best Audi service center in the Denver area. I received the best customer service I have ever had in my life here. I was involved in a mild accident and my car needed some repairs. Kenneth was so helpful and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible, and consistently reached out to give me updates. I would recommend this Audi to anyone looking to service their car or purchase a new Audi. I definitely will be purchasing my next Audi from them.

I went to this service center after an oil change gone wrong at Jiffy Lube. Audi performed a multi-point inspection and provided a loaner during the process.Jordan was the service representative who was helping me. He and the team did a great job with their communication and explanation of their inspection.

I love the dealership but service is the worst. Do not waste time with service. They always over bill you and charge you for nothing.Quoted me $2400 pre tax and I was able to get the work done with audi parts for $1200 however They did still charge me $195 for the "diagnostic" which is a scam because it's a free estimate"

Staff have been rude on 2 separate occasions my 2020 Q5 has had constant issues and recalls. The staff is either ignorant to the issues or pretends to forget that I have been in several times in recent months despite it being in their system. They are flat out refusing to replace broken parts covered under warranty because they want to see if a software update fixes an issue that has left me stranded 3 times now. I guess this is the Audi experience.

This service center tried to significantly overcharge me for a simple 60K service. We have had three different Audis with this service center and how they chose to repay that is by trying to grossly overcharge me. Extremely disappointed. Will never return here.
