Sonny, founder of S&R Powerstroke, may be the best Powerstroke mechanic in the country. I drove 800 miles to have him do my injectors and clutch because I trust him to do it right.

Sonny and his crew are awesome! Took my truck to a couple of other places to get it fixed. Both places had the truck for 2 to 3 days. Still had problems with the truck. Took it to Sonny and he had it for 4 hours and had it running great! I would highly recommend this shop! They will be getting my business in the future!

I have a solid running 6.0 thans to these guys. Man, there are so many great things I can say about this company and group of men. Sonny and the crew over at S&R are the ONLY men I will ever allow touch my trucks engine again. After being in business going on 7 years I have had some very bad experiences with other shops, finally we got fed up and looked up 6.0 power stroke repairs, and this shop popped up. I had recent taken my truck to another mechanic who screwed up everything he touched, Sonny and the crew quickly diagnosed my engine and immediately identified the problems and were willing to help get me back on the today, as my truck is how how I make a living. Thanks to their amazing and quick turnaround, I was back on the road in no time. I HIGHLY recommend S&R 10/10 hands down.

They should be embarrassed to callthemselves a "powerstroke specialist"I brought my truck to sonny for a headgasket repair along with a glow plugissue. I'm the process of removing myBulletproof Diesel radiator they brokethe quick disconnect fittings and hadme replace the because they couldn'tsource new ones. While my headgasket was fixed the glow plugs werenot. The truck is still giving checkengine codes for multiple cylindersand had to be plugged in to start uponpick up. I got 2 new exhaust leaks thatI didn't have before. One on the uppipe due to a used damaged gasketbeing installed, and one on the driverside header due to a missing bolt. Inotified sonny and he promised me itwas a new gasket they installed. Justdays later my Sinister Diesel alternatorstarted to smoke and melt wires. Afterhaving it diagnosed by anothermechanic it was determined thealternator failed due to improperinstallation of the wire harness. AgainI contacted sonny and he refused toreplace the alternator, and said take me to court . Ford parts weren t used on multiple parts, oil cooler, fuel pump, and glow plugs.

These guys are Awesome!! I definitely recommend coming here and letting these guys help you with your Powerstroke. I brought my truck 4 days earlier than my appointment, by accident. They didn t batt an eye and worked their butts off to fit me in. The environment is very friendly and you get the vibe that everyone there consider themselves a first class team. I m definitely coming back to these guys.

Own a 2008 F450 super singles with a big truck camper on top. Used S&R for oil changes, intercooler /transcooler replacement, Alternator replacement. Very reliable, good communication, great work. They are my local shop for all my 6.4 diesel needs.

Thank you Sonny for taking care of me. I was in a bad spot with a failed injector on the F250 6.0 PowerStroke.Sonny fitted me in that very day because he understood that it was my only truck and I seriously needed it done that day.Sonny was very honest and treated me with professional courtesy.Very fair pricing!My truck runs better than it did driving off the lot where I originally purchased it.I watched another desperate person swinging in right behind me and was incredibly impressed with how he was treated.One thing is apparent to me though in the fact that this shop is by far an expert in these Ford Diesels. Sonny's lot is full of them and my injector was finished in two and a half hours after I dropped it off!!! My original mechanic of 23 years scheduled me out three weeks. I'm not going back to him after dealing with Sonny.I'm now a permanent customer. My truck runs incredible now. Knowing that I now have a great shop to take this truck too I am willing to put money into it.Thank you so much Sonny! You saved my life!

Needed a quote for my van done, wanting to get in this shop. But timing it perfectly is the challenge. I can tell you most businesses do not follow up what s so ever and so I was super surprised to get a text from the owner checking in on my situation. That s how you run a great company. Give this guy all your business. I ve called other power-stroke specialists and they don t want to give anyone the time of day. When I can get dates lined out, I m 100% taking my truck here to be fixed. Come here if you want great service and a knowledgeable staff that wants to make your truck runs in it s absolutely best shape. This guy will make your truck drive better than new. I can guarantee it just by the way he treats clients and potential clients.

I had a great experience with Sonny. He explained everything in detail and why certain fixes were required to get the reliability I was looking for on long hauling trips. All the work was completed on schedule and within the budget he quoted. I spoke to a few other shops before him and he was by far the most professional and experienced with my 2008 Ford F350 6.0 liter diesel. I would highly recommend!

Not very often do you find a new business owner that has opened up shop for all the right reasons. I believe Sonny has, he cares about his customers and has the knowledge and experience to follow through with the work. I had to have extensive work done on my 2014 6.7L( effectively a new engine). And Sonny was able to complete the work in a timely manner(always based on parts availability). And just as important, he has stands behind his work. I would highly recommend S&R.

My experience with S&R Powerstroke was the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. He worked with my extended warranty company to get all covered work completed and the work done correctly the first time. I especially appreciated his communication. Every time I sent and email with a question it was quickly responded to. I highly recommend Sonny and his team for any Powerstroke work.

Found S&R through google and brought my new to me used truck with what I thought was just an oil leak. Turns out it basically needed an engine rebuild, but Sonny kept me informed the whole way (with pictures of everything, super cool). Sonny got my 6.0 up and running with a new block, injectors and all the main 6.0 failure points. Now the truck runs like a champ. Sonny's communication and knowledge is superb and I'll keep coming to him for everything for this 6.0 so it can run another 200k miles.

I m thankful to have taken my Ford F-350 6.0 to Sonny & his team. They are very helpful, nice, reliant, honest, and knowledgeable mechanics. Glad to have found this hidden gem of a shop! They had all the right tools to get my vehicle working again like new! Kept in touch with me of all details of the repairs needed in a timely manner. I will definitely bring back my vehicle to them for any other repairs. 100% recommend.

Sonny is top notch. I wished I found him sooner. Hands down the best mechanic I ve found for my Powerstroke. He s very knowledgeable and affordable. What he quotes you is what you will pay. He stayed in contact with me while my 08 was in his shop for turbos and was ready to roll in a timely manner. Thanks Sonny you now have a lifetime customer and I will refer everyone I know to you for Powerstroke work. I highly recommend S&R Powerstroke

Sonny does great work. I arrived from Indiana in a converted ambulance I had an oil leak. I just showed up without an appointment and Sonny was able to diagnose and fix the problem with silicone around the nut at the base of the dipstick. Evidently this is a common problem on 7.3 s. Due to the cold weather it had to cure overnight inside. Sonny made a special effort to meet me on Saturday so I could continue my trip to California. I would encourage you to consider S&RPowerstroke if you need work done. Highly fRecommend this small business.

Sonny and his team were great! My truck had been into the dealership twice and they could not find the issue. I had it towed from the mountains to S&R on a Friday, Sonny called me by the end of that same day with a diagnosis. They had my truck fixed the next business day. I will be taking my truck their from now on. They are willing to talk you through what is going on and help you understand your issue.

S&R and Sonny are awesome. I met Sonny this summer as I was having an issue with my 6.0 right before we were set to leave on a long road trip. He helped me diagnose the simple issue at no cost and I was able to fix it and hit the road. This fall my water pump failed and Sonny suggested it was time for the ARP headstuds and new headgaskets along with other things while in there (245k on the engine). The job wasn't cheap overall but he was below cost compared to other shops in my area and had me back on the road in a little over 10 days. He's a hard worker and honest mechanic, both attributes which are hard to find these days.

Sonny is great! I had my 6.0 powerstroke bulletproofed by them. He took more time than most places would to help me understand all the options and make sure we took care of some other potential issues. 8 months later the truck is still running great. They do great work!

What a find! I've been searching for a trustworthy diesel shop for years, and so fortunate to discover S&R. I brought my truck in for an oil and fuel filter change and also had a few issues I had questions about. Sonny and his team were quick to diagnose the problems and give me estimates, on the spot for the work needed, and helped put together a service plan that will work for me. No more wasting days at a dealership waiting for answers. All the reviews are true, these guys are the best! Tell all your friend with Fords, this is the place!Update:Brought my 6.7 back to work on the issues discussed above. Oil change, filters, cooling system service, front brakes, replaced a leaking hose and thermostat, all done in a day! Sonny stayed late to get it done. Best service ever. Support this business!

I m a combat veteran (US Army OIF/OEF) and small business owner. Sonny fixed my truck for me on Veterans Day. I got a veterans discount and there was a BBQ. Amazing service and results. Sonny at S&R Powerstroke is the man! After my 6.4 sprung a massive radiator leak, he took care of me quickly and reasonably. He kept me up to date with progress photos and taught me what I needed to know about the process, easing my nerves while our RV trip was interrupted.

S&R Powerstroke has made a life long customer out of me. I was provided an initial quote and walked out with the truck fixed for exactly what I was quoted. I was in a real bind and needed my 6.0 turned around as soon as possible and Sonny made it happen. I dropped my truck off at 9:00 AM and it was ready to be picked up by 2:00 PM the same day. I will definitely be having them replace my head studs when the time comes.

I have used S&R only once so far. Sonny has a good vibe and his expertise with Powerstroke trucks is apparent. It s difficult to find a decent, honest mechanic. I will be using S&R in the future.
