Wonderful experience. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I really appreciated being told that the couple of issues on my car may still be under warranty and that I should contact the dealership in order to save money instead of having them do it. This will be my new go to car care shop!!!

I absolutely love Rocky Mountain Car Care. I have been going here for 5+ years after a coworker referred me to them and am so fortunate for it. It s hard to find a mechanic you can trust and I am super grateful to have Rocky Mountain for my car needs. They never try to sell extra services unless it is truly needed. Not pushy whatsoever and more of a matter of fact mechanic. They have a comfortable waiting area and a desk for those who want to work remote as they wait. Best of all? Their cute golden retrievers who greet you upon checkin. I love this place :)

Had a slow tire leak on my way through town. They helped me right away and didn t even charge me! Very friendly and a very comfortable waiting area. I wish I lived closer to be able to support this business.

Recommended to us by a co-worker for tires and I've got to say, we are not disappointed! The staff was so friendly and all of the information was straight forward. The atmosphere within the shop itself was also very calming. Highly recommend.

We needed a battery, and the details are complicated.However, Brandon managed our expectations and Rocky Mountain's work exceeded those expectations.They communicated with us and honored their commitments.We are pleased with the results, back on the road in reliable transportation -- with gratitude.We will be going back to Rocky Mountain Car Care.We've found trustworthy, dependable auto care![btw, the Dealer did not respond to our requests for service, and when I called the dealer, I was transferred to voicemail and so far have not received a callback. Really appreciate the care and kindness this business and its associates showed me! Quick service, great price, and superb customer service. They take the time to explain any findings or recommendations, without being pushy or trying to sell me unneeded products/services. I've been to other shops that have given me partial reports on the health of my car, but they did a complete inspection and walked me through every finding giving me professional and non-salesman advice. It's hard to find a reliable and good mechanic shop, but you can tell that they truly operate on a family-owned model. I can truly trust them and will be taking my car and my family's to them to keep us all on the road!

I have had work done here for many tears, they have always been quick to answer the phone, they have been quick to fix everything I ve asked for (even my turbo replacement I got back in essentially a day). Great experience with Rocky Mountain Car Care from the minute I walked in the door! From the two sweet dogs that greeted me to the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Kept us up to date on what needs to be repaired on our vehicle. Repair costs seem to be reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

I m pretty sure they didn t fix the part i asked them to and they charged me like they did. Engine started miss firing when i picked it up. They also did not reinstall some brackets for the engine cover, so that rendered my cover useless.

Had an emergency where one windshield wiper blade stopped functioning, and was heading into a snowstorm in the mountains. Stopped by many spots that were not able to make time to see me, but these guys at Rocky Mountain Car Care were able to take a quick peak and make adjustments on the spot. I'll be back here for sure! Plus, dogs in the lobby were great too

Been going there 23 years but was very disappointed this time. My serpentine belt broke and required other major item replaced. After repair I drove 2resedential blocks and heard loud clunk. Under my car a large 8" pully fell off. Immediately returned to the repair shop. Service manager tried to blame it on defective part from manufacturer. Wrong! They wouldn't admit that their mechanic set the pully aside and FORGOT to screw it on during replacement. No quality control of parts and no post installation inspection. What if this heavy pully had fallen off while driving down the freeway at ,70mph??? I won't be going back to this car maintenance facility ever.

My vehicle recently had a major engine issue, and I had it towed to Rocky Mountain Car Care. They took a look at it within the next day and gave me a quote for repairs. Everyone was very helpful and explained the issues clearly. I ultimately decided not to pursue the repairs, and they gave me plenty of time to figure out how to get my car out of the shop. Steve especially was kind and patient while I figured out my next steps, even though they were not going to fix the vehicle. I cannot recommend their customer service enough.

Rocky Mountain Car Care is the only place I take my car. The family owned business is honest, fairly priced, and prompt. The expertise they have is next level and the team truly cares about you. Have had to come here a few times recently because of some maintenance issues (all non related to each other: headlight went out, oil change, flat tire) and I give it 5 stars every time! Everyone is friendly, they explain the issues well, and most importantly I never feel like I am being ripped off. Every other car place I ve been to, I leave feeling like I was probably taken advantage of. Highly recommend!!!

Great service and work provided! They even did a full inspection and told me I did not need all recommended services my dealership provided. Really care about their customers and do an awesome job.

Rocky Mountain Car Care is absolutely one of the best car repair places I've ever been to! Great customer service, high quality work, and at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for! Shout out to Ryan and the rest of the team for great communication and the friendly, helpful atmosphere. I give my highest recommendation for this Auto Repair business!

SO HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! I am not even sure this review will give Rocky Mountain Tire & Auto the justice it deserves. Everything about my experience with them was top notch!The first phone conversation was so professional and friendly. When I walked in for my appointment, I was so impressed with the joyfulness and friendly nature of everyone there. I was immediately acknowledged with a smile upon entering their facility. The place was sparkly clean like a showroom and the entire energy of the place was so welcoming. They performed the service at a very fair price and even replaced some bulbs complimentary, which really surprised me. It is very obvious they care about their customers. I highly recommend checking them out. If you do, I believe you will be a customer for life. I know we will!

For once I finally had something done right and on the first try! I called and got an appointment super quick, when I came in and dropped my car off Ryan was very polite and helped me with some of my concerns. He even called me and provided me with an update on my car and when they started working on it which was AMAZING to me because other places I ve been to kept me in the dark and waiting all day, it was done on time when he said it was going to be and fixed on the first try. I highly recommend going here if you want things done right and fixed on the first try. Thank you so much Ryan for all the help!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had an awesome experience at Rocky Mountain Tire and Auto. I needed my ignition cylinder replaced and another auto shop quoted me $825 for it. I decided to call around and saw great reviews here. Rocky Mountain Tire and Auto gave me a quote $300 less than the other place and got it done super quick! Will definitely be coming back for future repairs! Also, shout to Ryan for taking my annoying calls and providing great customer service!

Rocky Mountain Car Care has been absolutely exceptional in taking care of me. They have phenomenal customer service and great pricing. They have replaced my breaks, rotors, calipers, oil and more without any hiccups. I will be going to these guys for as long as I live in the Colorado area. There are a lot of bad shops out there and Rocky Mountain is not one of them.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Recently took my vehicle to Rocky Mountain Tire and Auto. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated with respect. I didn't have an appointment, but they took my vehicle without question. They offered shuttle service which I found to be very convenient especially being that I had just walked in without an appointment. To my surprise, the owner was my driver for the shuttle. He asked me about the issues with my vehicle and was very genuine in his approach.Having not had an appointment they mentioned they might not be able to get to my issue that day which I expected. To my surprise, I received a call the same day and they had found the issue. They explained the issue, the time it would take and the cost. As promised they delivered on time and on cost.They will definitely get my business moving forward. Very customer friendly and affordable.Great staff and great work.

Brandon was great! I had called him multiple times to get a time set and he was always very kind and never got annoyed. They were always very straightforward and honest about everything. One of the best auto repair shops I've come across and I could not recommend them more.

We had a great experience with this fine company. We had a flat tire on a vacation trip in Colorado. AAA put on a spare tire and we looked for a repair or replacement tire shop in Broomfield. My wife first took it to another tire shop and that shop insisted that the tire might be able to be repaired but they had no techician working that day. They said we should replace all 4 tires and they would do that. The tires had only 20,000 miles on them. My wife said no. Then we took it to Rocky Mountain. The family that runs the shop could not have been nicer. The shop was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. They took one look at the tire and said it could be successfully patched, which they accomplished in a few minutes. Then they said that they don't charge for simple patching, and we were on our way. We drove home to Indiana the next day and have had no problems with the tire.Service: Tires

Courteous, kind professionals!!! They even worked out a payment plan for the mechanic work when I was in a tight spot! Unheard of!!! In addition, they gave me FREE shuttle rides to and from the shop, saving me on Uber rides! If I could rate them higher I would!!

We regularly use Rocky Mountain to take care of our cars. They are friendly and flexible. Their wait area is very comfortable for both myself and my kids. I have teleworked from there while they service my car, as well as just hung out and amused my kids.Their work is reliable and I feel like I can trust their work. They are honest and upfront about the cost and time needed to complete the work. And have gone out of their way to get work done on my car, even when they are already completely booked up.
