This review is for the Roadmasters in Northglenn. I've taken my Jeep there a few times - I should have learned my lesson after the fuel pump they replaced went out (leaving me stranded) 13 months after it was put in (guess when the warranty expired - 12 months). But they were always sooo nice that I didn't question the price or compare (totally my bad). However, the last time I was in and requested to check brakes and oil change ($200 by the way for oil change) - they quoted me and were ready to schedule brakes for almost $1500. Yes - you read that right. Thank goodness I didn't go through with it but did take the Jeep to the shop about 50 feet from Roadmasters - $345.00. If you are a single woman who is trusting and believe this place has your best interest at heart - they do not. Also, don't be naive like I was and do your homework about pricing. Whatever you do - do NOT take your car here because they have no problem smiling at you while ripping you off at the same time.

10 out of 10 would not recommend!!!!!I returned to my truck after my son's piano lesson to find a flat. I was parked In The Same Parking Lot as this tire shop. I figured it would be way easier and quicker to ask them for help. It was 4:50. They refused......stating they were "closing soon".I get it. They close at 5. A tire change by a full service shop should take less than 15 min. That puts them 5 minutes past closing.I can change a tire. I don't need a tire shop for that. But if you want customers, in a market that has plenty of options, be a reasonable business! When you have the opportunity to help someone out and make a positive customer experience please embrace it!! I was more than happy to pay for the convenience of getting back on the road ASAP!!I would advise anyone shopping for tires to go elsewhere. This business is not willing to spare an extra 5 min to help a customer out.For shame.......Since I can not figure out to reply to the response provided, I am adding to this review.Thank-you for getting back to me about my experience. Unfortunately you have me confused for another customer.I walked in through the front door, which was unlocked because you were still open. I do not have AAA, nor did I utilize that service.It may have been 4:53. All I know is that I looked at the time as I walked out, and it was 4:55 at that point.Your technicians were still there. They were not "more than happy to stay late to help".This was on Monday October 9.I stand by my review. 10 out of 10 Would Not Recommend.

Will not go back nor recommend. Broomfield shop. Over a 200% mark up on a part that would cost me $139 (Napa 4N5093) if I picked up myself, was charged $318. Said they test drove vehicle after repair, milage was the same going in as picked up. Was getting starter replaced, was told clutch was not operating properly and they said repaired and bled the master (not needed). Clutch worked fine the morning it was towed to the shop, could hardly shift gears with a clutch that dropped to the floor when returned. Why would you mess with the clutch to change a starter? Very unprofessional work. Mechanics must make over $100 an hour because I was charged $486 in labor. Total repair for a starter replacement $827 dollars and 3 days waiting. I should have done the work myself for less money and less time.

They checked my tires and adjusted the air pressure for free and I didn't have to wait. Employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Never been there before. Will be back. Thank you!!

I miss Finn Moto Tech!! Beware of Broomfield Roadmasters on Alter, especially if you are woman. They lie straight to your face about the services they are perfoming on your car. Tried to tell me my vw passat diagnostics was taking 3 hours because I have a synthetic oil car and they have to go through all the wires on the engine block separately. Called my brother who is a vw mechanic and that was a straight up lie and he would never pay the prices they are charging and would recommend me taking it to the dealership before paying what they were asking. Please note, I was the first one there at 8am, first appt. Oh and they are gonna charge you top dollar for labor and parts. In the past, If i had a turn signal bulb go out, Finn Moto tech would change the bulb and charge me for the part because I'm already getting services done. Not at roadmasters Broomfield. Go somewhere else.I miss Finn Moto Tech!!

Took our family truck here for some routine maintenance and a general inspection to make sure everything was in good working order. They did a great job, were very thorough, and helped point out some potential areas that needed attention without pressure. We really appreciate all the guys at this shop, and I always feel comfortable there! Very grateful for their honesty, patience, and kindness.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Sad, disturbing, embarrassing, and pathetic... I suspect there is a tracking device on my vehicle and this "man" said he doesn't want anything to do with it. Yes, that really just happened.

New Manager Paul knows customer service! He was up front and honest about the price increase, yet said he would do his best to honor an estimate from 3 months ago.Paul and his crew had the car done before the close of business even though I didn't expect to pick it up til the following morning. I'm very pleased with the service. I've found our new mechanic. Thank you Paul.

I had my vehicle towed to this location, initially for a battery replacement. Unfortunately, the tow truck damaged my vehicle (a pin gave out on their truck and my car fell off)--due to the accident, we had my car inspected for any possible additional damage that the tow caused. Initially, it started out that everything was good and just my battery needed to be replaced. Within a 12 hour period it went from $1200 of repairs (wheel bearings, alignment, etc.) to $8000+ by the end of the day (rack and pinion, all shocks, etc.). My car was safe to drive so I took it to a reliable mechanic who inspected the vehicle and what Roadmasters said was necessary. Not only did he say that the work they said was needed simply wasn't (they said my rack and pinion was shot and Leo said it was totally fine)--they would have charged me $8000+ for that work whereas Leo (at Mechanic Project in Lakewood) said it would have been $2500 tops. I ended up only needing one part repaired from Leo.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Battery

Great place.They got my vehicle repaired and found something else that needed to be done while it was there which probably saved me a headache down the road or on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.All the work was completed right on time.Thanks a lot!

This is the best mechanic shop I've been to without a doubt. I've been here many times before with car problems throughout the years and I've never been disappointed. I know that they truly care about me as a customer, and they take their time making sure my vehicle is in great shape. I've always been happy with the prices as well as the honesty which is why I keep coming back. I made an appointment for an oil change recently, and they were very fast and efficient. The customer service alone is superb. I'm thankful that they have fair prices and honest people working there.

updated review after new ownership and company name (old review was for Finn) - took my <7 month old Outback Wilderness in to get an oil change. After driving it for less than an hour, the engine started smoking and half of my dash warning lights came on. I took it into Subaru and the Roadmastes technician had spilled so much oil on the engine and wiring that I had to get multiple components replaced and the engine cleaned. I will obviously not be going back there, I miss Finn MotoTech.....(Finn review->) honest, friendly service that is fast! they won't work on whats not needed, and they always give great recommendations for the longevity of my cars. Can't say enough good things about this shop!

Had an oil change on my Ford Explorer on 6/8, was shocked at the price! it used to be reasonable at about $40.00 +-, today it was $84.29, when I mentioned it to the person on the register he said everything has gone up, when I presented a coupon on their flyer for $7.50 off on synthetic oil he said it only applied to basic but the coupon is very clear including Synthetic. plus $50.00 per hour labor for an oil change?????.Considering another provider in the future,Service: Oil change

Where to even start... So many great things about this shop!! I have to say that they are by far the best mechanic shop in broomfield!! Super trust worthy and they don t mind going above and beyond. Anna blew my customer service experience out the water. She knows exactly what she is talking about and has been in the business over 10 years. My mechanic was Robert and he also is very skilled in his work. There is no half job with this guy! He is definitely the one you want to ask for! Don t waste your money or time messing with other shops that don t truly appreciate your business. One of the things I love the most about them is that they go by the mom rule even if you aren t a mom. Curious what the mom rule is? Bring yourself in to find out! you will not be disappointed.Thank you guys for everything.Service: Transmission

I came to Road-Masters (previously Finn Mototech), 4 years ago for a 2nd opinion for a new clutch replacement. Road-Masters stated that my fluid was just low and they added the fluid and didn't even charge me. This saved me $1,450.00 because the shop prior wanted to charge me for a complete new clutch and assembly. Today(4 years later) my car is still running perfectly and the clutch still work great.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

I've gone to Finn Mototech for year and have to say that the customer service is amazing. They are honest and forthright. I've brought in vehicles for them to take a look at. They then let me know what's wrong, what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, in order to work with my budget. I'd recommend them time and time again.

These guys are the best and I really do trust them a lot. They have always been really friendly and have been more than fair on pricing. Including looking at my Jeep Grand Cherokee multiple times and not charging me for things they couldn't find wrong, or would cost me a lot of money to trial and error the issue. I originally heard of Finn Mototech because of some jeep guys I know that recommended them.

I have trusted Chris and the team at Finn Mototech with my car for several years. I looked very hard for a mechanic I could trust and I couldn't be happier. I first came to them when my former mechanic told me I needed $3000 in immediate repairs (I wanted a second opinion), and they thoroughly looked my car over and told me I didn't need a single repair. True to their word, my car ran without issues for a long time. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else.

I ve been with Roadmasters since September of 2019, starting with them under the previous business name of Finn. I ve always received great service: all the staff I have interacted with have been warm, patiently answering my questions. When they have recommend work, it was appropriate and affordable, per the auto expert in my marriage.

One of the most professional and reasonably Price automotive mechanic in the Broomfield area. I am prone to consider myself handy under a hood. The break line customization I required last year, left me thinking these guys are more magician then mechanic. Relaxed and thorough, the have earned my recommendation from the parts desk I used to work, many times over, from the way they were in equally high esteem with the folks I sent them. All ase certified, and personable too.

I had taken my previous car to Finn Mototech for over 10 years and always had extremely great service. I had hoped that with Roadmasters taking ownership the quality of service had remained the same but after my recent experience there I m not sure that s the case. I recently took my car there recently for a simple oil change. After getting my car back I drove to Denver and when I arrived at my destination my car I had smoke coming out from under the hood. I was pretty shocked and when I opened the hood to see the oil fill cap missing and oil all over the engine bay. Luckily the cap was sitting on a ledge in the engine bay and it was a miracle it didn t get dislodged and go missing during my drive. My suspicion is that the technician forgot to put it back on after the oil was replaced, if it just wasn t fully tightened and fell off I don t know how it could have landed perfectly in the spot that I found it.When I called Roadmasters to tell them what happened they apologized and offered to do the oil change again and clean up the mess in my engine bay which they did. My car is finally getting to the point where it doesn t stink of oil after ever drive. I m pretty disappointed with this bad experience with such a simple procedure and at this point I m not sure I ll return.Service: Oil change

I have been going to this place for over three years. Several of my friends take their cars there too, and we all have have had great experiences on many levels. I have been to other place out of convenience and I know for sure now that Finn Mototech is the most honest, reasonable, and diligent car places in the area. They really make me understand whats going on with my car and are patient when I ask questions. They are very kind and never seem to push anything on me. So unlike the car dealership stereotype. I have lived in several towns over the years and I go out of my way to take my car there because I know its in good hands. I reccommend Finn Mototech with out any hesitation!!!

I started taking my vehicles there after being disappointed by 3 mechanics in the area. It was recommended to me by people who work for an automotive magazine and several people I know now take their vehicles there. I was skeptical at first, but have had a great experience every time. They usually come in under their estimated cost and will let you know if something needs to be fixed right away or can wait. They also seem to go out of their way to provide good customer service.

I had an appointment this morning there, and when I showed up I was told my appointment had been moved to sometime in September. They didn't contact me about the rescheduling, and I had received text messages confirming the date and time for this morning.

These guys need more reviews! My car, my dad's car, and a handful of friends' cars have all been worked on here and they ALWAYS do an amazing job. Not to mention, they are always happy to explain things and be completely honest about the work. Their blog and website are great too. I can't think of a better experience I've had with a mechanic and, owning an Audi, I have certainly been to a few.

The staff is always friendly and helpful it's always difficult to determine if your getting honestly and Jace and his team always have options ready to best fit my needs as a client and the service is quick! Samantha is a gem and I am grateful to have such a good service partner for my vehicles

I am reasonably new to the area and was looking for a shop, that wasn't the dealer, for any of my future needs. After asking friends, this was the place that was suggested to me and I can see why. When I showed up, I had a bit of a list the dealer had given me of issues to be addressed. They were able to take care of any issues I had as well as clarifying the "problems" on that list that weren't problems at all.When I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride to the rental car company, which wasn't necessary but very much appreciated.

Knowledgable, friendly, direct, and just plain awesome. I found Finn Mototech as I was searching for an auto repair shop close to my work. I am grateful that positive reviews led me to them. Not only are the employees who work here patient with my silly questions, but they are upfront about costs, time, and there is absolutely NOWHERE else I will take my families car.
