It's hard to "love" an auto service shop, but Randy's is awesome! They have never let us down, and we do services every 3 weeks on 2 different cars. They've done major service on our Nissan Murano (transmission replaced) and plenty of other work too, not just oil changes. Jen in the front office is very knowledgeable and helpful. We also do regular service on our Subaru Outback, and even on our Dodge Charger SRT every so often (that car doesn't get out much, because WINTER). We trust Randy's for all major and minor services. As long as we live in this area, we will be their customers.

Randy's was quick getting my tacoma a new catalytic converter to pass emissions. They even took it over to the emissions testing facility to have it retested. Quick quality work

Always have had great experiences at Randy's. My bill has always been under what they have quoted and they will try to work within a budget if possible. I do not have a lot of knowledge on cars but have always been able to understand what is going on at the time and why the repair is needed. They don't nickle and dime like corporate shops do on random unnecessary stuff.

They said will fix my car problem with $1900 ,after 3 days ,they said have another problem which cost $6000 which is unbelievable.i said no I need my car back so ,when I got there they charged me $763 for just checking my car .i pleased them and said that s not fair and they don t give my car key unless I pay !!!! I tried negotiation but I paid $378 with no any other options.which is very unfortunate and sad reaction from that lady who works as manager or manager ..

So we brought Randy a real challenge. We purchased a 1988 F350 that we thought we could easily add some cats to to make it emission compliant. Needless to say it was not that easy. Ended needing a whole new engine. Not what we wanted, but Randy and team were able to get er done. Lots of trials and tribulation and more to the story , but Randy did not give up and it runs great. I would definitely recommend these folks.

If I could give out 6 stars I would. The team is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They are trustworthy and talk you through the issues in a way that makes sense. I brought Randy one if the worst coolant leaks he's ever seen and he got my car back in tiptop shape. One of the new parts malfunctioned and they got me back in the shop quickly and got it replaced for me. I was back on the road the next day.We bring both of our vehicles here and can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a good place you found it!

Do not go to this place. I went here having trouble with my tensioner pulley and they wanted to charge me 700$ to replace everything to do with the pulley. I took it to two different mechanics to get a second and third opinion and they all told me that I did not need to replace everything and that they had no idea why Randy s would tell me I had to replace everything. So by coming here they tried to scam me out of my money and did work that I never asked them to do. Overall not a good or reliable place to get your car fixed.

Where do I begin with how amazing these people are. I went in there and not only did they take care of the problem I had with my steering wheel, they also fixed a bunch of other little problems I had cosmetically with my vehicle. They were beyond professional and made me feel that everything was going to be okay . I highly recommend coming here for any and everyproblem you might have with your vehicle you will not be let down . 10 out of 10 I recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

I tried to get service on my truck but they refused because they didn't have control over the parts I needed. I knew the issues with my truck and owned the parts that I needed work on but they refused service. Why is that? They seem to value their own third party service parts and refused service when someone wanted service on known issues? Is that real costumer service or do they just want to take advantage of customers who aren't aware of known issues on their vehicles? Something to think about.. For such a highly reviewed company this is incredibly disappointing and quite frankly I question their integrity. Just my experience.

Jen was amazing! She did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my car.The mechanic was also very nice to answer any questions I had.Randy's got me back on the road ASAP and am so very grateful.

Jen and her staff at Randy s are incredibly professional, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. I highly recommend them, and in all honesty you pay for the service you get and it is worth every dime if you want your vehicle done right. Randy's Auto Service is great! They are honest and polite. These are guys you can trust and won't screw you around. They know what they're doing and will do a good job for you especially when it comes to your vehicle you want a company and people you can trust, this is the place to come. I'm a single woman who needs an honest mechanic not a mechanic who thinks they can charge me for repairs I don't need. So ladies if you're looking for an honest company to work on your car this is the place to come.

Did a great job fixing my Toyota so it passed emissions. They even took it to Air Care Colorado and had the emissions test done. Awesome!

Did a great job on my truck. They were fast and didn't rip me off or treat me like a idiot, I will definitely go back the next time I need work done on a vehicle

The people here are very understanding and friendly. All of their time and cost estimates have been extremely accurate. This is one of the few places that could do a proper alignment on a dually, even with 35 inch tires. They've helped me with multiple issues I've been having trouble with for years ( more specifically steering issues). I'll definitely be going back here again when service is needed!

We've been taking our personal and company vehicles to Randy's for a couple years now. It's hard to find a shop that treats their customers so well. After finding myself with a new job in a new city, and a recently purchased 2007 Suburban, I wanted to find a trust-worthy shop to have the brakes serviced. Previous experience with auto shops and dealers has been less than satisfactory, so I did my homework online looking for a shop within biking distance of my work. Randy's delivered with flying colors. Prompt service. Clear and concise communication. Quality work. They even reminded me I was overdue for an oil change which they gave me a deal on due to the large volume of work I had to do on the brake system.I'll be using them for all my future work on the Suburban.Thanks Randy's!

Randy s did a great job. They were kind, approachable, gave me a solid estimate that was pretty accurate (a tad bit of an overestimate). They have made some adjustments to the way they run things in then office in keeping with COVID precautions. I felt safe doing business there.

I am an Uber/Lyft driver and put over 75,000 miles a year on my car. So I need a great mechanic. I have been using Randy's for about 6 months and they are PHENOMINAL! There have been several times when they could have taken advantage of me and made more money but every time they were completely transparent and honest. I highly recommend Randy's. Our car broke down while on vacation in Colorado. These guys were amazing. Very patient with us and understanding of our situation. They took the time to listen to what was going on and were able to work us into there schedule that day because we where needing to leave the following day for home. What impresses me the most was they were not willing or wanted to do unnecessary maintainable or repairs if they were not 100% sure if it would fix our problem. Amazing people and we made it home safe to St Louis because of there help.

Had my company fleet vehicle breakdown. Jennifer was able to squeeze me in for a repair even though they were fully booked. They value customer service at this company and is the reason they are always busy. Thank you Randy's Auto Service. You have won my business moving forward.

Our car was towed to their shop in the morning and the work was completely done by the end of that same day. I was able to pick up my car in time for work the following morning!The work they did was perfect and they were able to give us the best rate possible, which was the lower quote.They were honest, kind, efficient, and affordable! We will be returning to them for all of our vehicle's need in the future.

Had an amazing experience with this shop. They have made a life long customer out of me. And to be honest they didn't even work on my ford. But the staff was upfront with me and honest about everything that was wrong with the car. Owning a car is stressful when things don't run right with it. But at Randys they understand that stress and really work with you. I will bring all of my cars to this shop.

My 12 year old car failed emissions testing and I took it to Randy's. Not only did they fix it quickly, but they also took it back to be retested so I got my car back with a passing emission report. Randy's is competent and their staff was very courteous. I highly recommend them.

My Ford truck had a clutch problem on a Friday afternoon. Randy's got my truck in the door and had an estimate for me by Monday morning. They carefully explained to me what was the problem, what were my options, and delivered the repair within a few days. They did not charge me for anything more than what was necessary, yet they did a complete inspection and report on the transmission, brakes and everything related to the proper function of the gears and clutch. They even fixed the loose handle on my gear shift without being asked and without extra charge. The repair was done in the time promised, and for the price originally quoted. I will return if I ever need my truck repaired again! Thanks to Randy's Auto!

I needed a Pre Buy Inspection done on a truck and they were amazing. They looked it over thoroughly, told me exactly what they found and how much to fix, and even told me what wouldn't need fixed right away. As a single mom, people being honest with me is a huge deal. I plan on going back to them for my car buying process and if I need work done just simply because they didn't nickel and dime me. Thank you guys so much!

They're the best every time I go over there they're friendly. Jen the receptionist is always got a smile on her face and has a positive attitude and she is very informative. Mr Randy is always working hard but still takes time to speak and answer any questions for his customers
