I was here this morning to replace a broken wiper blade. The employee who helped me, Kegan, asked me which brands I prefer, and then walked me through my options and the price ranges. He recommended a particular blade, explaining it is very durable, performs really well in snow and rain, tends not to leave streaks, and also happened to be in the lower half of the price range for my preferred brand. He also said if I have any problems, come right back and return it for a replacement or a full refund. As soon as he handed me my receipt, he already had the blade out of the package and was on his way to my car to install it for me. My entire visit was less than 5 minutes. This is my second five-star experience at this store. The employees are honest, helpful, and provide excellent service! Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here! Usually I go to Auto Zone right next door to you guys. Unfortunately the were absolutely no help to my issue. I went over to O Reilly s with zero hope that anyone would be able to help solve my problem. I got my rims scratched up so bad at Big O Tires by some careless techs, and they said the couldn t find the replacement wheels anywhere. I needed to fix it ASAP. The man in the store who helped me was 1. Reassuring that it was in fact fixable 2. Had a great attitude about helping me 3. Was so knowledgeable and kind. I will forever go back to this location because of him. I appreciate you guys! BTW they look brand new so thank you!!

Only came here because I thought they could help me install a bulb I had purchased from them on my brake light. (I usually go here or auto zone because of the quick free installation) but when I asked they said they don t typically install bulbs . Then why advertise that you install bulbs on the website? Other than that the cashier seemed annoyed by having to help me find the right bulb. Probably just gonna stick to autozone after this experience.

I needed batteries for my key fobs for my car. The young man who waited on me with the manager I believe. He brought the batteries and put them in the key fobs for me. I was so happy he did that and he was such a nice guy. Prices are great. Would never go to any other parts store

I had the best experience here today. All thanks to Brit! Short story: two months ago I got a new battery from Auto Zone, located in the same plaza. Yesterday morning the battery was dead, so I got it jumped and it was fine the rest of the day. This morning it was dead again. I went back to Auto Zone, the attendant did the bare minimum to test the battery and recommended I got to O'Reilly to get the alternator tested. Brit was not only genuinely concerned about my poor experience with Auto Zone, she cleaned the connectors, tested the battery, tested the alternator, then proceeded to give the battery a full charge (all for free). After removing the battery from the charger, it was deemed to be bad. I got it replaced by Auto Zone under warranty (after they offered to sell me a more expensive one!), then asked Brit to come take a look and make sure they cleaned and connected everything correctly. Which she did gladly. She was amazing! I'm never going anywhere else, all because of her excellent service. Thanks Brit!

I always have good experiences at this location. Michael was kind, helpful and professional today. I had a bettery that kept dying and he sorted it all out, made things easy.For those concerned, all customers and employees that I saw were wearing masks and maintaining appropriate distance.Thank you to the staff, I appreciate your help!

Decent selection of parts. The store is always cluttered and the staff consistently leaves one person to man the counter while everyone else chats in the backEdit: went in last night for oil dry mats. Employees were not in uniform and not wearing masks. Brake rotors behind the counter were stocked on their ends. I worked for O'Reilly for 6 years. All of this is strictly against policy. Seems like the management team there doesn't have control over their people.

Rob, Michael, AJ and Cal are all amazing! Recently purchased a truck from the 70s with a bunch of small issues and they have been astoundingly patient and helpful in answering my questions and lending a hand.Extremely knowledgeable! Very friendly! Couldn t say enough good things about the guys at this store.

James F. was incredibly helpful. I came in for oil and when filling he pointed out I needed a new serpentine belt. When I got home, decided it should be fixed asap and I called to check if they had what I needed, he checked and pulled for me and had ready when my friend came back to pick it up. I'm going on a long trip Friday and I'm so glad he pointed that out. He was very friendly and helpful both visits and just had great client service overall.

I went to my usual Auto Zone first (maybe 20 steps away in the same parking lot) and they didn't have what I needed, so decided to try this O'Reilly for the first time. I'm sure glad I did because the service was above and beyond! AJ was super helpful, friendly and engaging! I will definitely be back!

I stopped in to grab two air filters for my car. It turned out that my car has a weird issue with part numbers for the engine filter. One of the counter guys realized it and we swapped it out. They have always been very helpful at this store! It's actually why I patronize this store instead of a competitor in the same parking lot!

O Reilly s is always good to me but this location goes above and beyond which is why I go to this one. Always friendly and extra helpful. I saved $400 by asking them some questions and taking their suggestions and doing the work on my own. I appreciate that they are knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge.

I went there because my car lights got burned. I checked how to replace the light bulb on the internet and it was a simple 2-3 minutes job. When I got there to purchase new light bulbs I asked the staff if they could replace it. They looked under the hook and said it was a complicated job so that they couldn t. I got home and replaced it in 3 minutes.

Came in today with a suspected bad battery, car barely started before driving over to this store. Sales person tested the battery, verified it was bad, alternator was good. Replaced the battery for me and I was literally in and out in less than 15 minutes. Awesome, speedy, friendly service.

Posting this after my second visit here; first time was for glass cleaner, and today went in for wiper blades, interior cleaner and cleaning cloths. Cal was super helpful and a great person to bounce ideas off of considering we have similar vehicles, even installed my new wiper blades for me. Definitely will be returning for future purchases.

After going to Auto Zone I went here to get a part they didn't have in stock also,a common battery terminal. I ordered this part at 12:30 pm and was told it would be there by 5 pm. Called at 5:15pm no part delivered. Ordered again for morning shipment. Nothing, never going there again. A total waste of a complete day

SO helpful and I'm so appreciative of the good customer service! The emissions testing place said the port in my car was gone but the guy at the front desk, I wish I would have gotten his name, hooked me up! Thank you!!!

I had borrowed a friend's car and needed help with a couple things....mainly checking the oil! I wasn't quite sure if I had done it correctly. I stopped at O'Reilly and went in and asked them for assistance. A young man jumped up, rag in hand, and said let's get this taken care of! He checked the oil and I was down a quart. He went in a after buying one, grabbed his funnel and added it to the car. I have to admit I felt foolish but the counter guy never made me feel that way. He provided me with great service and I believe went above and beyond his job in doing that for me! I highly recommend this store.

I went in to replace a loose battery terminal. Not only did I receive fast and friendly service, the employee ( I should have gotten his name, he was so nice!), actually fixed it so I didn't have to buy a new one but had me back in the road in less than five minutes. Thank you!

Awesome service!! Manager Matthew went above and beyond for me. It was a very tough day for me personally and he just made the whole experience delightful! Don t go to Pep Boys in Wheat Ridge. Worst service ever on 3 occasions now. Go to O Reilly!

Standard issue O'Reilly as far as the store is concerned. The staff working are pretty good though. I had to flip a ball on a hitch and 2 of the guys went out of their way to help. Reese overtightens their hitch balls to the point of digging into the steel. It took all three of us to loosen it but we got it. I am very appreciative.
