I had a 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport and loved it. Unfortunately I was in an accident and it was totaled. I immediately went back to Land Rover Flatirons and they helped my find a new 2023 Land Rover Discovery Sport. They made sure I found a compatible vehicle and I was back on the road within a week of my accident. Great car. Great dealership. And great staffing. Sells representative Aaron was spectacular and service representative Brian is equally as great.

Super disappointed in the level of Customer Service from the Service department. When calling in for a normal service after being told they were booked out 2 months I asked where other Land Rover locations are so I could contact them for availability. I was told "I don't know that information...sorry". I had better service from Lexus when I owned that vehicle, and it was half the price of my Defender. I expect a better level of service from a company that claims to be a Luxury Dealership....

My experience w/Land Rover Flatirons was amazing. Quick in and out process with no runaround. Michael was a great sales rep and made the process super easy and transparent. I'd certainly recommend friends and family to purchase from here.

The two stars is only thanks to the experiences that I have had with the sales department. The gentleman that helped me a while ago with a Defender was very kind and when I speak with their operator she is always helpful! However, the service department is a joke to say the least. Trying to get a hold of anyone in service is going to take you DAYS at least, getting an update is unheard of, and receiving quality work is unimaginable to these people. There used to be a couple of service workers by the name of Eric Montoya and Mackenzie Lockwood that actually knew how to do their job, but that seems to have been the last bit of common sense their service department had. I live in Castle Pines and had terrible experiences with Land Rover Denver which was the reason I began servicing at Flatirons. I initially had a positive experience, and it has quickly turned into what seems like a Nissan service area. The lack of customer service from this service center makes me never want to purchase another Range Rover again. The best part though, they will damage your vehicle and point the blame right in your face. Also, if you want to bring your Rover in for any factory maintenance, DO NOT count on your "maintenance required" light to ever shut off, they are incompetent in this field as well and when you call to try and have it addressed, you're the moron, not them.UPDATE: The general manager at LR Flatirons had reached out to me acting apologetic and offered assistance to have my maintenance light reset via a technician coming to my house, but the dreadful service manager shut that down real quick after sitting in to listen to our conversation... so just know that the GM too, has not a clue to what is going on, has zero backbone, and is babysat by those who are below him. Additionally, my most recent service on my RR Sport has proven to not be fixed properly as my "suspension fault" light has come back on. This dealer is a scam and will trap you in just to steal thousands of dollars from you! If you have issues and leave an honest review, fully prepare to get a fictitious story from the GM where he will then overpromise and fully under-deliver. DO BETTER LAND ROVER!

This was my first auto purchase that wasn't from my trusted hometown car dealer and I had a really positive experience as a solo female purchaser. Worked with Mike P, who was low pressure, knowledgeable about the product, and extremely responsive. Everyone I encountered in the sales and finance dept (thanks Michelle!) provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend the Land Rover Flatirons location if you're in the market!

Unfortunately, the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. After 8-months of anxiously waiting for our custom ordered LWB Range Rover, we found out this dealer had not submitted our order with the factory when they took our deposit. To make it worse, there was no attempt or offer to work toward a solution...simply an offer to refund our deposit. Still love the Range Rover vehicles but would not go anywhere near this dealership again.

5 STARS, Hands down, the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. From the manager, Eric to both Aaron and Elijah, as well as Michele in finance, my wife and I felt like we were the only customers in the dealership. The attention to detail was phenomenal and any questions we had about our new vehicle were answered in the most expert and expedient manner. Other dealerships should model their customer service platform after Jaguar Land Rover Flatirons. Great Land Rover Location - has a more personal feel to it. I bought a Defender here and love the car and the sales process was friendly, very easy, no hassle, and no pressure.I had some accessories added and they handled all the details with that. David in service is fantastic- he feels both professional and also like a friend at the same time. He s very genuine.While there I spent a lot of time talking to Elijah in sales and it s easy to tell he s also a car lover. He spent a lot of time answering my questions happily even though I was there for service and not to purchase.I m very happy at this dealership and glad I made the change from the other location. Looking forward to more good experiences in the future!

I've bought 2 used cars from them and both were very poorly maintained when sold to me. The Jaguar F pace I bought needed new brakes a few months after I bought it. I ended up trading it in with them for a 2019 Land Rover Discovery Sport about a year ago and it has multiple problems with only 30k miles. The check engine light is on and there are 10 codes of things wrong with the engine. It's impossible to get a service appointment and that's if someone actually calls you back. I called today about the check engine light and they said they can't get me in until May. I would not recommend buying any car from there if you want any sort of customer service or to be able to get the car in for servicing

Our experience at this dealership was excellent. Michael Prasad our sales executive was terrific handling the transaction and more important, following up afterwards with setting up all of app settings and continuing to be available to assist my wife and I. thank you Michael. I had my car serviced, followed by a car wash. The car was returned to me and the good gentleman who washed my car handed me 2 100 bills I had stashed under my floor mat, for emergencies. He could have easily kept it but didn t. I would have driven away and discovered it many days later. He passed the honesty test with flying color and should be rewarded by the company. Of course I tipped him.HR hired the right guy for the job because the wash was very well done too. Thank you sir!

This was our first time having our Range Rover serviced and the experience was really good! The communication between the shop and myself was excellent! I also appreciated the updates through text message and email and the ability to chose services and pay through those portals. It was very convenient!

It's nice to be able to sit down because as a corporate trainer I'm in charge of 36 States and I'm all over the country.This is another disappointing landrover dealership the sales people are ignorant on the product and care more about making a sale than they do about selling this exceptional brand.Also this is a location that sells vehicles over MSRP and prides themselves on ripping off customers.Now on the flip side the service department does an excellent job and I'm pleased with dealing with them.So I would highly suggest using the service department but buy your land rover elsewhere. Like land Rover Denver the service there a 100 times better.

I just had my Range Rover Sport (with 57k miles) in for suspension issues last week. After $3000 of work in which they replaced the Chassis control module and fluid, it now rides worse and the access height no longer functions correctly (wont lock in) making it very uncomfortable to get in or out of the vehicle. Its near impossible to talk to anyone in service there so I left a message. I did talk to someone in sales (because they actually answer the phone) and he did try to connect me to the service people but I couldnt get to them that way either. I would give zero stars if that was a choice.

David at Land Rover service was phenomenal. Had an emergency with my LR4 and he got me right in and out in two days for an issue that could have been potentially major. Very happy with the service and the entire service team.

Terrible experience and time wasted. Honestly i didnt even want to write this review but after thinking about my time that they waisted and the flight tickets for me and 2 friends i think it is worth writing. I went out of my way to accept their terms of me flying to Colorado to sign the purchase documents for a cash deal and get a cashier check and book flights and car rental, just to find out when i arrived that they do not permit me to register and title my own car. Instead they want to hold on to the documents and use their own company. This is not a common practice in the car dealership world as iam a cash buyer and all they needed to do is hand me over my documents. Either way they never mentioned this until i arrived and waisted my time and money. All information must be told prior me arriving there and not put me under pressure to accept this as i am already there.To Top it up, Their GM didnt even bother to come and apologize for wasting my time and money but instead told the sales person "aaron" to tell me its the policy. Any normal person would be furious to fly 2.5 hours each way just to be played. I made my due diligence the night before to confirms that everything is done and nothing else is needed and no surprises. However they decided to give me the biggest surprise when i arrived. Lets just say i will never be buying any Landrovers from them ever. A proper dealership would have respected my time and offered me a formal apology and maybe even pay for the tickets and car rental that was waisted. Lesson Learned! No Thanks!

Best car buying experience ever! Mark Manniko did a fabulous job in explaining the Discovery and its features. He is a long-time Land Rover owner and currently owns the exact vehicle I purchased. It was a real confidence builder for the brand. When I picked it up, it was superbly detailed and sitting in a launch bay waiting for me as soon as the paperwork was completed. The whole experience was very low stress and really enjoyable. I highly recommend Land Rover Flatirons, Mark Manniko, Michele Lewis and their manager Ed Dobbs. Great people.

I want to share the great service I received from David Moldanado in service. I had a bad wheel bearing and dropped it off on a Sun night, no appt, and service is backed up following the holidays. David called me to keep me informed every step of the way, got my car diagnosed, repaired, cleaned, and back to me by Wed with a Military Discount that I am Very appreciative to receive; thanks for supporting our Vets! They were friendly and took the time to show me some things about my new vehicle. They got me home and picked me up even though it was the other side of town. The repair itself was faster than expected. Overall it was a pleasant experience and moving forward I will be sure to take my vehicle there to be serviced.

We purchased our LR4 from Flatirons and that was a good experience. But the service was terrible. We had a coolant issue and they instructed us to tow it to them. Coincidentally we already had an appointment scheduled for the next day to come in for a recall issue. So we had the car towed in. Even though we had an appointment it took them three weeks to look at the car. When they did they sent us a report that said we need new tires, wipers, and a 100K mile service inspection but had no mention of how to resolve what we brought it in for. When we pushed them to fix those issues they refused to do the recall work but said they fixed the coolant issue. We got the car back after they ran a pressure test and did a 3-mile test drive and drove it less than ten miles and the engine overheated again. We then took it to a certified LR specialist and they told us that Flatirons replaced the valve incorrectly and the pressure test would not test for heat. So a longer test drive would have revealed that they did not fix the issue. When escalated to the Service Manager and the GM. Their response was the same. We have no responsibility.While I am disappointed that my LR4 engine died after such a short life. I am far more disappointed about the level of support and responsibility from this dealership.

What a great car buying experience!! Eric helped us purchase our 2020 Discovery and really made it super easy! Plus he's continued to be very helpful with any questions I've had since. They got all CPO ready and the car really looks and drives like new!! I'm impressed with the work they did to the car to get it ready for sale. We forgot to bring a checkbook on a Saturday, so we quickly went the finance route and that was super easy as well. We've been looking for a nice used car for over 6 months, so we're not an easy sell. But they checked all our many boxes!! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Eric M.Thank you Eric!!(There's a fine line between wanting your business and being pushy, or so laid back you don't think they even care if you buy their car...Eric balanced that perfectly! Not pushy at all, but made us feel he wanted our business! Kudos!)

Elijah was really awesome to work with! I hadn't purchased a new car in ~7 years, so I felt a little new to the whole experience again. He was super helpful with all of the questions I had, and definitely helped guide me on what to do in order to get the car and stay within my budget. He worked with me quickly and I was able to by the car the same day I test drove it. He even had it all looked over one more time for me and had the car ready for me to drive off the lot the very next day. The quality and value of what I found was top notch. I would definitely recommend connecting with Elijah if you're interested in buying a car!
