Pulled up parked in front of the office and walked around the yard for 15 minutes. Nobody came to talk to me. Had 2 trucks I was interested in but oh well.

Elijah, Ramon and Steve were a pleasure to speak with and even better to do business with. Very open to listen to your questions, and better yet at dressing those questions.We bought a Transit Connect from them and they did us good, let me rephrase that, they did us very well! I'll be back to buy my truck in the future. Pleasure

There was a lovely guy who helped me with my car when the mechanic next door was not available. He helped zip tie a part underneath my car that was dragging. He made me feel confident to make the rest of my trip to New Mexico. There really are good people in this world! Thank you.

So we test drove a vehicle that we were very interested in, only to find out it was being sold to someone else. We were promised a shot at the vehicle if the sale fell through, which it did. We were given the opportunity to purchase just as promised. Our sale went through and we couldn't be more happy with our purchase. Very clean and nothing hidden. All and all I am very satisfied with Key Fleet Resale. I will recommend them to others and I plan to purchase more Vehicles from Seth and Michael.

We had a great experience here. We looked all over Denver for the truck we needed. They had the truck we were looking for at a good price. They let us go on a thorough test drive and answered every question we had. They didn't try to hide anything about the vehicle. Not your typical used car dealership at all! We will definitely be referring friends and family to this dealership. Thanks again!

I just bought a used truck from Key Fleet. "Seth" handled my sale, but "Al" (the owner) was involved as well. I had previously hit several other dealers before finding Key Fleet, and was ~really~ not enjoying the whole "used car salesman" routine. Seth and Al were a breath of fresh air. I could not have been happier with the entire experience at Key Fleet.Their lot is a bit dusty and, from the road, might not look like much. But they are straight-forward guys, who know the pedigree of the vehicles they're selling, and who don't nickel-and-dime you with either fees (there are none) or problems with the vehicle. They had three trucks that were of interest to me and - now that I've bought and driven off the lot - I feel confident that I made a good decision, based on good information, provided by two guys with half-a-century of car business between them! (If you followed "Car Talk" on NPR, they remind me of Tom and Ray Magliozzi from that show...)I put a lot of stock in the character and ethics of people with whom I do business. Al and Seth have impressed me. I will buy from them again when I need another used vehicle.

I swung into Key Fleet Resale today, a little on guard after spending the morning with pushy salespeople at other dealerships who didn't know what they were talking about. After a quick chat, Seth and Al determined that the vehicle I was looking for wasn't really what they specialized in, but instead of trying to sell me something on the lot, they taught me how to find what I wanted elsewhere. I couldn't believe it! We had a great talk and I learned a ton. I still left them with a description of my ideal vehicle and I hope they are able to source one and call me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them as they impressed me as some of the most honest car sales guys on the planet. They had a ton of knowledge and I felt they were looking out for my best interest.

I love my promaster! Got my vehicle about a month ago and it is running awesome! Seth an his team were super accommodating, transparent and easy to work with. Buying a used vehicle, let alone a used fleet vehicle is a process and I would highly recommend considering Keyfleet for your purchase

I acquired a Jeep from Key Fleet on July 3rd. Seth was very helpful and easy to work with. After @ 100 miles the Jeep had an issue with the electrical system. I called and spoke to Al and he had never heard of this issue but immediately tried to find me a solution. Key has taken it upon themselves to resolve my problem and I can't say enough good things about this place. I would Highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle to check this dealer out. Seth and Al, you guys are First Class.

This is a terrible place. They sold me a lemon, promised to make it right but never did. I rather die than do business with them again. You will regret stepping foot on their lot. I am still waiting for Mike to contact me with a part that was supposedly going to be in over a month ago

We had the easiest buying experience of our lives. No waving of arms pretending to haggle with the manager in the office while your day is passing. Seth and Al were great and made the day enjoyable. I never though buying a vehicle could be enjoyable.

This is truly one of the best car dealerships that I have ever been to. They take pride in their customer service and are extraordinarily helpful and go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. All the vehicles they carry are of great quality. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I've sold a couple vehicles with Al Key at Key Fleet Resale. He sold them quick and easily for more than I could have gotten on my own. All this with less headache. If you are looking for a straight forward deal, buy or sell here!

Great place! Bought 3 work vans all the way to el paso tx. Worked with me over the phone and had them washed and ready to roll. Felt like a real customer oriented dealership but with used vehicles! No hidden fees either! Will be buying more!
