My vehicle was in serious need of repair. My service advisor, Rob Hatfield, was so helpful every step of the way. He sent pictures, answered all my questions and best of all, called and kept in touch as promised. When I called the service department, someone always answered instead of the call going to voicemail.

We had a great experience (again!) while purchasing a vehicle from here. Carlos in Sales was excellent, easy to work and made the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

Service department is horrible. They left a long scratch in my paint and when I addressed them on it they refused to take responsibility. Instead said they would send it to body shop and I would have to pay half and they pay half. Why would I pay for something they did. Clearly they don't care about cars in their possession and are shady as it gets.

Worst place to deal with. Pure nightmare and incompetent staffDown to GM and shop manager.They under filled my new car first free oil change not once but twice. Wasted two full days of my life being stupid. Didn t reset sensors for cpu after warranty work. Don t bring your vehicle here or buy one here worst place I ve ever dealt with. I ended up at quick stop to get oil filled to proper level so low oil light would turn off on a brand new vehicle.

Experience was friendly for the most part. Was able to get a service appointment quickly. Only one service person seemed a bit short when I asked for more explanation on repair needed.

The service here was awesome. We moved my daughter from Illinois to Colorado and before we left, we ended up having car troubles. The staff were able to work out getting our car in and fixed. They even texted us when we were about 600 miles away just to make sure everything was still okay.I will definitely return in the future.

We set appointment online and had to wait in line only to be told they only could do an oil change (we had scheduled a recall, an oil change and a auto seat repair). After assessing our truck they recommended over a thousand dollars in repairs. We opted for our original request. Their quote was 20% less than what they actually charged us. We won't be back.

After 3 hours wait for a scheduled oil change asked about my car. 30 minutes later they still haven't gotten back to me. Finally 3 hours and 40 minutes later, they are just putting the oil in. Wonder how long that will take. Finally after just over 4 his I am leaving. Will not be using them again.

Service folks and their communication is good. Pricing here is very high, but also common for most dealerships. After spending $2200.00 on a radiator and new hoses I feel a car wash would be nice. I do recall a time where you could get your oil changed and they would wash your car.

I am not generally a dealer person for follow up service, however Century / Fowler have turned me into one. This dealership actually cares about the customer and the services provided to you. They have been taking care of our cars for about 8 years now and have purchased our last 2 cars there.Would not hesitate to refer them,,, and we have. You won't be disappointed

Buying experience was great, very upfront and transparent. Juan the finance guy is awesome! The sales manager I spoke with is awesome as well. Now, buyer be warned, my sales person is absolutely horrible at communication. My sales person will ask for something (I.e. document, proof of income, something of that sort), I ll send it over and a couple days later management will be asking for the same thing so clearly what I had to send went no further than the sales guy. If you purchase a vehicle here ask for the managements contact info because trying to communicate via the sales people is hopeless. If you can get past that, I would highly recommend this dealer!

I know how important reviews / surveys are in this industry and I just need to put this out there, I was in need of emergency service and help to get back on the road. Called and talked to Oz in service. Told me to come right down and they will take care of me. Super friendly, attentive and honest. Hard to find people like this now a days. I also want to shout out the tech Austin for being so helpful.Thank you guys!

Very slow service process (2 weeks to look at my car after dropping it off, then another 1.5 weeks to do the work). Odd pricing. Multiple messages/emails saying that I never dropped off my car even though I had. It also takes multiple calls to reach a person on the phone, most of the time the phone just rings and rings and rings.

One month, $4000, and a rebuilt transmission later my truck is still not fixed and they still don't know what is wrong. I was hesitant to write this review only because Mark Harvey, the service director is a great guy and has bent over backwards to try to help me but at the end of the day they still have my truck, its still not fixed, and I feel like I'm being lied to about what is going on every time I call. oh they also broke my 02 sensor by getting transmission fluid everywhere while doing the transmission. Go anywhere but here.

Always have the best experience whenever I bring my vehicle to Century. The staff is always so friendly. Megan York is always great with getting us in and out in a reasonable amount of time and keeping us updated on the work being done.

They conducted an inspection of a vehicle I was considering buying. The results of their inspection saved me thousands! It may have cost me 170 bucks but it was worth every dollar.

This is the worst experience i have ever had . My service advisor promised me two different dates to pick up my truck and they have not met them yet. They have had it for approximately 3weeks total for a 18 hr job i understand delay in parts but dang i will never come here again do not come here they lie

Usually a good visit. In May, dropped off car (Tue or Wed). It had to BE there to b in the QUE. Got word they were to get to my car Friday. I had texted my guy (they give u a #). No reply.No reply. Monday... No reply. Called... No answer. Finally I called main #. WELL, the service dept was CLOSED due to a Covid outbreak in that dept. I was Not notified. I finally got a call from my service contact - sounded like they had a few guys in & hoped to get to my car. But no. SO, I finally picked it up Thur evening. They had for Over a week! Poor communication.

I will never check into this hotel again you know if this was like that then the other ones are too so my next trip to visit out here to Colorado Springs next week will be in a different Hotel

I'm not sure if this location is under staffed or just plain to busy.I took my truck in for a simple maintenance job and 3 weeks later it was completed.The techs here are great they do quality work but plan on leaving your vehicle for weeks.

After leaving my tahoe there for 2 weeks, it still wasn't ready when I told the technician I needed it by a certain day as I was leaving town. I ended up just picking up my vehicle and replacing the part myself. It took 5 minutes.

Dropped 2018 Bolt off for svc. Smooth operation, took 10 minutes to get in and out. Loaner 2020 Buick encore, not too shabby.

They really drop the ball on this visit.They are normally pretty efficient but this time they had me wait 3 hours for a simple oil change! I can only hope this was a glitch cause I like the work they do.
