Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie the new girl is fantastic. They weren't able to fully diagnosis the weird vibrating issue my Mazda CX-9 experiences intermittently when shifting in and out of a specific gear, but at least I now know it's not a mechanical issue I need to address immediately, or throw lots of money at a problem that might not easily go away. The car mechanic simply recommended I continue driving it until the problem becomes more pronounced and identifiable. They didn't charge me for their diagnostics which took several hours, or try to charge me for additional services and unneeded repairs. Very honest and trustworthy company, and highly recommended. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles there for future repairs.

I have a2014 BMW X6 that had an intermittent engine light. Instead of making me schedule an appointment, charging me a diagnostic fee, etc, They told me to wait for the light to come on and bring it in and to not turn off the engine and they would check it on the spot. The light came on again, and I took it there and they immediately ran their diagnostic to get the error codes. Within a few minutes they had run the codes and diagnosed what I needed and scheduled me in within 48 hours. I took it in at the appointed time and they finished when they told me they would.Those are the results. How you get results is also important to me and I have to say, for a customer service perspective, this is one of the best auto repair experiences I've had. They are super friendly and transparent. Parenthetically, the friendly environment is helped a lot by two very amiable dogs, which kind of tells you about their culture there! They are good people to do business with!I took it there because my girlfriend has been taking her car there for years and swears by them. So this wasn't a one off great experience.

Steve & his crew of top-rate mechanics have done several R&M jobs on my 2008 Porsche Cayenne GTS over the last couple of years. They have been efficient, communicated clearly, and did the jobs right, the first time. Less costly than the dealership and equally capable. On the hottest day of the summer in Denver my AC went out after 295,500 miles on my Honda. I cannot complain as this was the first major component to go down on my car. Many places could not get me in right away but Foreign Auto Specialists got me in first thing the next morning and one day later, I had a completely new AC system. Steve was awesome to explain the failed compressor and what they needed to do. Now I have a very cold AC system and the mechanics did a great job getting it done, even with OEM parts and much less than the dealer by hundreds! Thank you guys, I'll be back should anything else go down. UPDATE: Yet another excellent service visit in December for an emissions issue. The staff was very thorough and honest about their concerns. This is THE place to go in this area for auto repair and diagnostics!

These guys were wonderful in trying to help me with a problem on my '95 SL600. Even though they were not able to fix the problem due to the age and unique diagnostic system, they went out of their way to try to find me the help I needed. Thank you guy. I've brought three of my cars (Honda, BMW, and Toyota) to Foreign Auto Specialists, all within the last month. Their service and knowledge was outstanding. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. Better prices and service than the big chain shops! I was skeptical, now I'm a fan.I am always skeptical of online reviews, but this shop deserves the high marks. Knowledgeable, fair pricing, quick turnaround. They replaced the front and rear struts on my 2013 Acura RDX.. Not rocket science, but not easy either.Rides like new with top-quality parts. Solid shop with quick service, had multiple items taken care of in same day service with a morning drop off. Check engine light came on a couple days later and they made it a priority to get me back into the shop and diagnose the issue. Problem solved. I had my daughter's 2012 Mazda 3 towed in due to multiple warning lights, burning oil smell, and what seemed like a badly slipping automatic transmission. They changed the transmission oil, fixed a leaking valve cover, and told me it was all good. After paying, when I started it, it had exactly the same symptoms as before but without the burning oil smell.As it happened, the transmission control unit was dying and would work intermittently. So it is entirely possible that every time they tested it, it worked fine. But I still feel the OBD should have stored the TCU error code and they should have focused on that problem, not changing the oil and saying everything was okay.To their credit (and the reason they aren't getting a worse review) they did more research, indicated it was likely a TCU problem, and gave me suggestions on low-cost repair options. I understand that intermittent problems are hard for anyone to diagnose. But it's pretty frustrating to pay for a Lyft ride to and from a repair shop for a problem that isn't fixed.Service: Transmission

I had my daughters Subaru towed for repairs to Foreign Auto Specialist in Broomfield. Aaron and Kameron have been most helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem, changing the oil, replacing the brakes and scheduling windshield repair.Foreign Auto staff have gone above and beyond in assisting me. I had to get a repair done to my ford truck in short order.They needed to order a part to complete the repair. The part came in at 4:30 pm and Steve the owner and his brother stayed late to finish the work. They were swamped with their shop completely filled with other cars and they worked their hearts out to finish the repair. I REALLY appreciate their efforts. When the owner stays late to take care of customers - that means a lot!!!!!!

The folks who work here are incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. I go here for routine maintenance as well as larger things (clutch replacement, messed up liquid/air lines). I highly recommend for any vehicle work you may need done.

I brought my car in a few times before getting it fixedthey replaced the fuel pump, a/c pump & condenser and the oil canaster in less than 2 days & runs better than when i bought it. the mechanic was very friendly. Very reasonably priced as foriegn auto was minimum $500 less than any other garage.

The best Auto shop I've ever been to. Fair, fast work (same day or appointments). Thorough professional inspections. They've made me feel like my truck is safe, road-worthy, and maintained w care by the staff. Also great **Smart start** interlock install and maintenance. Thanks FAST. They also offer synthetic oil changes.

Excellent service every time. I've taken my car there the last 1 1/2 years and happy to find honest and trustworthy mechanics. I appreciate their knowledge and attention to detail, fixing what is needed with expertise and at a fair price. Highly recommended.Steve and Eddie have done it again...quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed efficiently. Excellent professional service.

We have been taking our cars here for years for oil changes and repairs. They are always so helpful and take the time to explain things. If you are looking for that special place that you can trust with your cars, this is it. What prompted me to write this review is when I took our van in for inspection prior to purchasing it. Steve was extremely helpful, listened to all of my concerns. He took the time to look at everything and explain things to me. The van was making a strange noise that others couldn't figure out and he was spot-on with what was causing it! Thanks Steve!

I had a wonderful experience here! The service was fast and friendly and the facility was impressively clean. The mechanic came out and spoke with me personally about a couple of things that needed done apart from the oil change, like my filthy disgusting air filter that all the other shops didn't bother telling me about. On top of that they washed my car for free! Jen was very pleasant and personable with me and answered all of my questions. Foreign auto will be my number one go to from here on out! Thank you for the awesome service!

Absolutely quality service! I grew up in a small town in which I felt I was always taken care of, and that is exactly how I felt with FAST. Steve and his crew definitely made me feel that my car would be fixed in a timely manner and affordable. People that understand and respect others time and money! I did not go without a car, as Steve was gracious enough to set up a rental car for me. Very grateful!

The best auto repair shop I have dealt with in the last 10+ years. I have a 2009 Nissan Murano --- was about ready to give up on it and buy a used car after several places told me I had a transmission issue. I brought it here --- they took it in right away and an hour later knew what was wrong --- and told no transmission issue -- I had a torn boot causing power issues in my car. They fixed it and my Nissan is like brand new --- for much much much less than buying a used car. Then I had to get it emission tested -- and one of the sensors for emissions would not get to "Ready" status after the repairs. I brought the car back here -- and the owner personally drove my car up to his home in the mountains to evaluate the sensors --- brought it back the next day with the sensor cleared. He only charged me for the gas to drive it. They have won a customer as long as I live in this area --- I will take all of my cars here. They treat you very open and honest --- explain clearly what is wrong with the car --- and fair pricing. Very professional and great people.

So far I've had good experiences every time I've been here. The two men that I was speaking with during my car being serviced we're both very nice and explained everything and getting there learning that the cost was a few hundred less dollars than what I had planned was a huge Plus. Will definitely be back as long as I own a Mercedes!

This family owned and operated business has AMAZING customer service... and with the unfortunate circumstances I had to go in there for (installing an interlock for my vehicle) everything ran smoothly and was very time efficient.... they treat you like a customer and not another number, or nuisance to society. After payment for my interlock, the owner, Steve was kind enough to drive my vehicle around (which I had just purchased earlier in the week) for a test drive to check some concerns I had. I can happily say that I now have a great auto machanic whom I feel comfortable going to. I highly recommend these guys!

My Mercedes SUV needed spark plugs and brakes. Foreign Automotive has great customer service and did a perfect job on my vehicle. The prices are more than fair, I was quoted almost twice the price from the dealer. Service was fast and friendly. My SUV is running better than ever now. I will most definitely be back.

These folks came to pick up one of our vehicles for a pre-purchase inspection and when they returned it we gave explicit instructions to drop the keys in our box and close our gate. Arrived the the next afternoon to find the vehicle left unlocked with keys inside, window rolled down, and gate left opened. Called to confront them and we received no apology, just excuses that they were not told any instructions. Seems pretty basic to lock a car and roll up windows even if nobody told you to do it. The guy also was very rude about the whole interaction. Would not and will not recommend them as they are obviously very reckless and irresponsible.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honestly hands down the best mechanic I've ever been to. The owner was the one working on my car (I have a Toyota Camry) he was very professional, patient, and courteous. At first it was just to have a routine check up and he found little problems on my car that could of been fatal. He let me watch and learn what was going on while he was working on my car. Full of knowledge and also he straightened my crooked steering wheel, and did a full alignment for a very far price. I'm very impressed with the work done on my car, and I will be returning for any future work on my car. Excellent doesn't even describe the service! phenomenal is a better word.

Last week while I was sitting in the waiting area waiting on my car to be finished, one of the employees was talking loudly on a call about his plans to attend the insurrection that took place yesterday. At the time he called it a rally and I thought nothing of it, even though it seemed to be an inappropriate conversation for a work place, it was the first incident I've experience like it in the many times I have frequented this shop. After what happened yesterday I can not in good faith return to a business that employs anyone willing to partake in that kind of behavior.2 stars only because everyone else seemed pleasant.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change
