Excellent customer service!! Replaced our work vehicle windshield in an hour and was here earlier than scheduled time. Service tech announced his arrival and made everything quick and efficient. Highly recommend!!

I've certainly found "my guy" for windshield work! Francisco is exactly the kind of man you want to do business with--small business guy that has to work hard for his rep, and he does, and he deserves every accolade he gets. He just did a windshield replacement on my F250. The aftermarket glass mfr had done a poor job of gluing the rear view mirror bracket to the glass. Not Francisco's fault, and the issue didn't appear for a few days, but he owned the issue completely and didn't quit till it was perfect. He knows his craft, he's on time, comes to you, great communication, flawless commitment to his customers....what else could you want?? Oh, and he beat the you-know-what out of the "big name in the biz" on price. With service like this, he could charge more and I'd happily pay. I got a chip in my windshield today and wanted to get it repaired before it spread. I called several places and they were all too busy, quoting 3 days out. I tried Flatirons Auto and hung up after a few rings. They called me back very quickly, and I didn't even leave a message! They came in 10 minutes and fixed the crack for a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the entire experience!

Flatirons Auto glass has replaced many (fleet) windshields for me, and repaired a few rock chips. Always on time and does great work. Friendly too.
