I came in for an oil change and Akin (employee) helped me out a bunch. Not only did he get my oil changed efficiently but he pointed out what parts of my car could possibly need repair in the upcoming years. He was efficient and extremely personable. Definitely requires a raise

I went to Firestone for a flat tire. Very kind staff. I didn't have an appointment but they were still able to work on my car. Also, I had used a "Fix-A-Flat" as a temporary solution which made the fix harder, but they were still able to fix it (I know other places just don't fix tires where this product was used). They also gave me some recommendations in case that happens again in the future.I definitely recommend it.

My car unfortunately had some issues due to the heavy snow we received last night, so I called Firestone and Akin was ready to help me asap. He was very informative, personable and genuine while walking me through what needed to be done. I usually feel a little intimidated at auto repair shops, but he gave me the opposite experience. Highly recommend coming here for help with your car!

I love this place! I dropped off my car - having not made an appointment - assuming it would likely take days to get looked at it. However Paul totally surprised me by having it inspected / parts replaced / tires changed and everything in a less than 24 hour turn around. I noticed Paul s great customer service even watching the interactions he would have with the people in line in front of me. He was a pro at navigating people s expectations and was always polite. I also would like to give a shout out to Edwin for taking into account my budget and working with me to reach a solution that we could both feel good about. I ve been here a couple times and I never leave feeling slighted. Thanks again guys!

Paul and Ed were amazing. I called earlier in the day for an estimate for new brakes and rotors. When I showed up that day they honored their estimate. They were able to provide service without an appointment and were finished before noon. Everyone was kind and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs quality car service.

My tire pressure light was on and I knew Firestone did free air fill-ups. Akin, the young man who helped me, was extra considerate. He warned me that one tire was quite a bit lower than the others and suggested getting it checked. He wouldn t accept a tip and very genuinely just said the customer s safety was his only concern. I was very impressed with his generous and thoughtful attitude.

Fast and courteous service! I arrived 2 hours prior to closi g, without an appointment, and was courteously greeted and assisted. Most notably, many customers walked in after andc were also assisted without hesitation! Great customer service from tech and store manager!

It's a bummer I've only had bad experiences here because I live right across the street from them but I will not be giving them any business anymore. The first time I came in was for a full synthetic oil change and after I got the car back I found out they decided to change it to a synthetic blend without consulting me. Next visit I was trying to get the heater core in my vehicle replaced but they told me they didn't want to give up one of their bays for 2 days so they declined to service my car. Clearly this location is only looking to make money and not help people with their vehicle. I have no doubt they will be looking to take your money anyway they can.

These people have lost my business. I wouldn t recommend anyone I care about to attempt to get work done here.Imagine booking a service over the phone days in advance. You show up and they tell you they don t do that service. Thanks for the waste of time.Now imagine that they can perform that service. Expect to wait in the lobby un-helped for 30 minutes.I think they re under staffed, and I feel for that issue, but I have been burned too many time to return here. I recommend Brakes Plus near by.

My dad's a mechanic so he's super picky about how my car gets fixed but since he's in Colorado Springs I had to just get it fixed locally. This is my 3rd time using this Firestone and I appreciate their service - always very helpful employees and my dad's never had to fix anything after. So it's getting my stamp of approval. With how fast they are, I don't mind if they charge more on certain things either.I really appreciate the protection they also put in my car while working on it. The plastic seat cover and the floor mat paper were a nice touch!

I ve never received the level of service that was provided to me by Firestone, the guys there were incredibly hospitable and really helped me get out of a jam. They truly provide a 5 star worthy service. Basically, I was in the middle of an oil change and couldn t get the oil filter off due to it being extremely tight and the seal having been put on dry by the last place I visited. They were quick to get it sorted and get me on my way and honestly I couldn t be more grateful. I highly recommend using them!

It was an alright experience overall. The pricing was great, and they got the job done. However, it took them 2 days to patch one tire, which I think is way too long. Also, the man at the desk was not very knowledgeable, I asked about a tractor tire, and he said firestone doesn't make tractor tires, completely overlooking the fact that there is an entire commercial division of the company. They seemed to have done a good enough job for a reasonable price, I will certainly come back if time is not of the essence.

I planned to leave on a road trip at 6am and came out to a flat tire. I put the spare donut tire on and drove to Firestone. They opened at 7am and got me right in. They said 45 mins to an hour for tire patch service. It took them 35 mins and the price was very good. I was able to hit the road before 8am.Service: TiresService: Tires

My experience started off a little rocky, but two gentlemen, Paul and Edwin drastically change my mind about Fire Stone I was about to give them a one star review and that was unknown to them. There was some communication issues timing issues, but Paul and Edwin stepped up to the plateand they hit a home one got my car fixed and now they got a five star out of me. Thank you, Paul and Edwin.

We were in Broomfield, from Nebraska, for an event on Saturday, August 26th. When we went to leave the event, our car wouldn't start. We got a hold of roadside assistance, who jumped the car, then we went to Firestone because it was a 6 minute drive from our location. I went in, explained the situation and how we had to get home on Sunday for another event. It was around 3:30 and Firestone closed at 5:00 because it was a Saturday. Without hesitation, they got us in, found the problem and got us back on the road in less than an hour. They were amazing. The staff was very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!

I walked in with my Jeep at 7:30 am. I was told, gimme a couple hours At 3 pm I had no call back.. so I call, Oh he hasn t gotten to your car yet. We ll call once he does. Their online hours say 7 pm, so I walk down around 6:30 to find out they in fact close at 5 and no one bothered to call. The next morning I waited almost an hour after they opened to finally call impatiently and ask what is going on with me car.. Oh the tech isn t in but I can see his notes say this and this but we can t get the part. Awful customer service, no communication and to top it off, no accountability for poor business ethic. 0/0 recommend.

I booked an appointment on-line with them but they said they didn't get so they wouldn't honor it even though I got the email stating that it was made. Their site says they opened at 9:00am, I called from 9:00am -11:15 am hoping to confirm my appointment and they never answered - the phone just rang. I asked if I could make an appointment for the following day at around 4:30pm due to my work schedule - they said they close at 5:00pm and couldn't promise they could get to my car, but their site says they are open until 7:00pm. This is very disconcerting and un-helpful.

Overall experience here was just ok. They got the tire changes done and in a decent amount of time, at a reasonable price. The reason for the 3 stars is the service advisors seemed robotic and grumpy so as a customer I felt I had to be cautious with what I say or do, even to the point of being apologetic. Also, when the work was done they did not remove the white tire grease or compound from the tires so I drove 20 miles to work with nasty looking new tires. We're not talking about just a little grease here and there, there was a lot of it and 2 runs through an automatic car wash (where I'm an unlimited member) still could not take that stuff off. I had to use very hot water and dish detergent along with a soft bristled brush to remove the grease, 5 minutes per tire. This place just needs better attention to detail and maybe more approachable staff, but they did get the work done.Service: Tires

Stopped in to ask if I could have my tire checked since the TPS had gone off. When I came in it was around 330pm, the lobby was empty and there was a very grumpy man behind the counter. I explained to him what I was looking for and he said it would take about an hour. An hour?? To check the air pressure and fill them with air?? When I explained again to him what I was looking for he said "go to bay 2" Look, I get it...maybe he dislikes his job, but you all might want to think about replacing him with someone who could be more customer service oriented. Because of his poor attitude and lack of customer service I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Thomas is the most professional, calm, cool, and collected Manager of any Automotive Garage or Tire Dealer I have ever experienced and I am 50 years old. I knew it was going to be a great experience when I saw all the vehicles were backed in perfectly The parking lot does not have one piece of trash in the parking lot I walk in greeted properly what can I do for you sir well I got this and that Thomas says to me no problem let me take a look not long after that problem was solved if you have a spouse daughter son yourself or a friend make sure they go here it's pretty easyService: Tires

Set up an appointment for an oil change at this location, & got a reservation # via email.Then when I arrive that afternoon, their front desk acknowledges that my email is legit, but says they haven t seen my reservation come through on their end. Best they could do was offer me a Monday time slot, but I work all week, so that is not possible. Absolutely ridiculous.I made a reservation so I didn t have to drive around on the day finding an oil change location that had availability. Disappointed, headed over to Big O tires instead.

They did oil change tire rotation front end alignment and adjustment on my jeep in the hour and a half promised!!! That was great!

I came in with a replacement tail light bulb and told him I just don t have the tool to open my tail light. This is a service people usually do as a curtesy. I know because I used to perform it a lifetime ago. The gentleman behind the counter quoted $60. And was rude. They deserve less than one star. NOT NEIGHBORHOOD MECHANICS! HIGHWAY ROBBERS!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this experience put me over the edge.I got here around 3:45pm asking for air in my tire. An older man (quite possibly the manager) informed me I had a nail in my tire, had me feel for the nail, and there was in fact a nail in my tire.I agreed to replace one tire, as I had just gotten new tires less than 7 months ago.After an hour of waiting, I was told by the same man who helped me initially, they would begin working on my car in a few minutes - 4:50pm came around and they still had not touched my car, let alone pulled it into the garage.I began talking to someone who got there before me, and she mentioned that she came in for a oil change at 12pm and, at the time I began talking to her, she had been waiting in store for more than 4 hours. They mentioned to her, after these 4 hours, that she suddenly had a nail in one of her Firehawk tires.Around 4:40pm, someone who I assumed was the owner(?) (or just worked there as he pulled up his Porsche and started filling up his own air) walked in through the back, and all the staff started working....I was not about to wait as long as that woman had, so I stood up, asked for my car key and walked out.I would not recommend coming to this location, as the staff may appear friendly, personable and helpful, but their work ethic is absolutely awful. I watched them walk around, joke with each other, walk in and out of the shop, and balance 2 tires in the matter of an hour. I will not be returning to this Firestone Complete Auto Care.
