My new Kia was recently hit a parking lot...I was pretty upset with the damages. After asking around for recommendations for a repair shop, I was directed to Fender Menders. I was immediately impressed. Scott ensured me that HE would be the one to deal with the insurance issues...And he did....the only calls I got, we to update me on the progress of the repairs. They handled EVERYTHING! The job they did was AWESOME...And my car came back to me, looking BRAND NEW!Thanks so much to the TEAM at Fender Menders....You guys sure know how to run a business!!

Went for an estimate they were friendly and helpful have an appointment on the 23 of October for a repair feel good about the hole repair

Other than long time to get estimate.Not there fault.Great to work with kept me appraised of insurance companys B.S.Once okayed they did a Fabulous jobTotally pleased will recommend them to anyone in need of body work

Small business, hard working blue collar types. Not interested in upsetting, just trying to make you happy and give you what you asked for. Decent prices, and my truck looks like it should be on the sales lot at a car dealership. Fender Menders also went the extra mile and re-organized the messy wiring job previous owner did in custom rear bumper and trailer hitch. Also got Jimmy's lock and key to re-key the tailgate so I only have to have 1 key for whole car. I'll be bringing all my body work here. I will note that the wait times for estimates and work completion can be a little longer than expected, but the work is top not notch, and it's no longer than the big name shops. With honest prices.

We've used Fender Menders on a few occasions. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. In addition to doing great work in a timely fashion, they worked closely with our insurance carrier to make the entire process really simple.Services: Tires, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Body & Trim

We have had two excellent experiences with Scott and Tammy at Fender Menders. Scott repaired our Jeep after we hit a deer. He also took care of our car after a garage fire. Both vehicles came back to us like new! He is very professional and honest, but, best of all, he takes great pride in his work. He will keep you updated on the status of the job, and provides you with a detailed list of all repairs and costs. I really hope we don't need him again, but we won't hesitate to go back to Fender Menders if we ever do.Service: Body & Trim

Found this place via great reviews after I was involved in a bit of a fender bender and it did not disappoint! I was so thankful that State Farm had this local shop listed under approved business and they did such a fine job! Scott dealt with all the communication with the car insurance, helped me figure out a rental car, fixed the car super quick and even waited until after business hours when I got off of work (at 6pm) so that I could grab my car before a big snow storm. It was such an extra thoughtful detail he went out of his way to do. Would definitely recommend!

I picked up my car today after having hail damage repaired. I was pleased that they had the car ready sooner than expected, and cannot explain how great my car looked! Not only had the damage been completely repaired, they also touched up several small "dings" that had bothered me for some time. My car was washed and detailed (including inside), and seriously looked better than before the damage! Couldn't be happier with the outcome, and the friendly, honest service. I was recommended to Fender Menders by State Farm after i was in an accident and was very much impressed! Scott and his wife have done an amazing job with their small shop. My BMW came back like new and he even helped fix a scratch from a previous wreck!!They were easy to work with, straight forward and very quick to repair! I'll be a customer for years to come!

Scott and Tammy were great to work with and I heartily recommend them and their crew for any auto body work you need to have done. After sustaining substantial damage on the front end of my car, Scott was able to get it fixed in time and within budget. Besides that, my car looks good as new. Good work!

These guys are great. They are responsive to your concerns, do great work, work directly with your insurance and really believe in customer service. They even detailed the inside of my truck when they finished the body work. Though they don't have great parking and are often busy (not surprising considering) the are worth it.

My wife's car had an altercation with our garage door and sustained some minor damage. I suspected the cost to fix it was less than our deductible but I otherwise had no idea what the out of pocket expense would be. Based on the positive reviews Fender Menders received here, I took it in for an estimate.Scott shocked me with his quote--it was way WAY less than I had anticipated.When I picked the car up, Scott was thorough in explaining what he did in his repairs, giving me absolute peace of mind that the job he did was done right. Moreover, he went the extra mile and fixed an issue that I had initially mentioned in passing, but didn't ask him to do anything about.I told him I hope I don't have to see him anytime soon (for obvious reasons) but I will not hesitate for a second if I do.

I had my 2002 Honda repaired at Fender Menders after a pretty bad accident. It was nearly totalled but they were able to fix it and you would never know it was in an accident.The workmanship was exceptional and timely. Since it an older car and the paint is pretty faded, I was concerned it would be difficult to match. It match 100%!Not only was the work exceptional, but the peole as well. Very friendly, great communication and a pleasure to do business with.I have referred many friends to them and simply would not take any of my vehicles elsewhere.Thanks Fender Menders! I only wish I could give you all 6 stars!!!

This is definitely a FIRST CLASS organization! Scott and Tammy are amongst the most beautiful, accommodating business owners. They treated me with the utmost respect even though I walked in without an appointment. It's too bad they didn't own a car wash so I could see them regularly and that I well only get to see them if my car gets wrecked. I RECOMMEND THEM OVER ALL OTHERS!!!

Awesome body shop. Could have got over 600.00 from me instead asked me what bothered me about the small dent. I said the paint from the poll, they removed the paint and sent me on my way. Offered to pay and they said no, it took less than one minute to fix. Yeah, for a great honest body shop.

I needed a side mirror installed that I had ordered on the internet. Despite being very busy, Scott came out, assessed the situation, and installed it right on the spot. He even lowered his original estimate given how little time it took to complete the work. As good as it gets. I'm a customer for life.

I have had several experiences with Fender Menders and can only say they are the best shop I have ever dealt with. They do it right the first time and I have never had an issue. Fantastic shop to deal with.

Repair my 2015 Kia in a timely manner. Worked with my insurance and returned my vehicle in perfect condition. They let me know up front about cost and time frame. Very satisfied with the completed work.

Had a work done in 2012. I had a collision on the right front of car, which required replacement of the front bumper, the entire light assembly, and front quarter panel.The workmanship was poor. A few months of driving, many clips (screws?) fell off. The bottom plastic guard below the engine got loose with one end touching the ground. The paint job on the bumper was terrible. The paint peeled off when it was scraped by a shopping cart. They never set the turn signal bulb correctly. Shortly after the work, the right turn signal (which was replaced with the job) quit working. Sent it back for a day, they fixed it. A few months later, it quit working again. They would not take responsibility the second time.The old man has retired. His son has taken over but the quality is different.

Fender Menders is an independently owned and operated body shop, that provides high quality work and reasonable rates. They have a Hertz rent a car within walking distance that they work with if you need a rental while your vehicle is being serviced.

I couldn't be happier. Scott went WAY beyond the call of duty - dealing with a difficult parts department and even driving down and personally picking up parts. I was always treated well and my car looks great!

Great job on our repair. I'm using them twice in 6 months. There is a bit of a wait time getting scheduled, but it's worth it to support local business who wants to do it right!

Very rude, simply asked if I could take a part that was purchased by me to have installed and painted. Very rude lady with no customer service skills hung up on me after asking. I cannot believe this. Very poor relation skills that probably lead onto poor workmanship.

Friendly, explains things well, negotiated well with my counter-party's insurance company. Your car needs some body work? Take it to Fender Menders.
