Doc s is amazing! They were very communicative with me and didn t pressure me into anything I didn t want to do. They also let me know of some things that are more of a safety hazard that I should keep an eye on just so I m safe on the road. I d highly recommend them to my friends, family, or anyone!

My wife bought a used car from a dealer and despite a stellar test drive, it started showing serious problems a couple of days later. Doc was able to get us into the shop immediately and found a couple of serious things the dealer s mechanic had missed. They fixed it fast and followed up with us multiple times to make sure everything was still OK. Great service, honest pricing, we ll definitely be bringing all our cars here from now on.

I brought my Toyota Highlander in on two occasions. Each time I was very satisfied with the work and service I was provided. Doc Automotive is definitely my go to place for any car issues and I would highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Doc Automotive enough. I contacted this shop after two awful experiences in the Aurora area. I was the victim of an attempted catalytic converter theft and needed a great welder to take time with the repairs so I wouldn't have to replace the part. Not only were they able to complete this complicated repair (which saved me several thousand dollars) but they gave me a thorough reading on the health of my vehicle. I received a text message with a link to the page with thorough details, pictures of the impacted areas, and a ranking of severity for the issues (things to fix ASAP vs. waiting for a better time financially). It was by them including pictures that I was able to see how poor the quality of work was from a previous shop. The repairs were surprisingly quick, as I had my vehicle in 100% working condition the next day. The customer service was also top notch. I worked with Henry, who was beyond helpful, communicative and transparent. The team is trustworthy and exceptional. I will deal with Aurora to Thornton traffic from now on easily, knowing I will receive the best treatment here. 12/10Service: Oil change

The guys at Doc always watch out for your wallet. I had another place tell me I needed a new hub assembly because one of the posts was cross-threaded. Doc fixed it without having to spend $600 to replace it! These folks are the best!

The service at Doc Automotive is top notch. I was so impressed by how much they went out of their way to be accommodating to my schedule and my needs; they certainly did not have to do all that they did.Also their prices are extremely fare and they provide clear estimates upfront and if the work ends up being less then they will actually adjust down the repair costs -how often can you say that about other repair shops?For those of you who are off-road enthusiasts, I had my car lifted there and I m extremely happy with the resultsThank you Tyson and Henry.

Highly recommend! I love Doc Automotive. I never feel taken advantage of. The team is so helpful and fast. I appreciate their text updates during the service. They are informative and able to help me with any questions I can think of. I never feel pressured to buy additional services unless there is a serious concern. Even then they are willing to discuss and give advice on the best course of action.

We have used Doc over the last four or five years, which includes an ownership change from Jeff to Henry and the crew. Both owners have treated us well and always backed up their warranties without any problems. They have worked on our newer and somewhat older vehicles. We will consider them again if we end up with anymore car issues.

I chose them because I read their reviews and women were saying they did not take advantage of them. And they didn t. They are very kind and helpful and I asked some pretty dumb questions about my car and they answered politely and gracefully so thank you guys. I also showed up right when they were closing to pick my car up and they happily got my car out for me. I was pretty happy with the price as well. Definitely recommend. They are all very polite.

Honest people! First time customer recently, theylooked at and fixed my electrical system issue which many shops won't do and charged me fairly. I have already recommended this shop to others. Great experience!

These guys were awesome. Super honest and helpful as we work on our own vehicles. They listened to what I was telling them and didn't treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I will be using them in the future for anything I may need help with.

We have used Doc Automotive over the last eight years, which includes an ownership change from Jeff to Tyson, Henry, and the crew. Both owners have treated us well and always backed up their warranties without any problems. They have worked on all our cars including my 1996 Toyota Corolla. They have saved this old car twice!They even let us use our own parts and just pay labor, not many shops out there that let you do that these days. The staff is very friendly. On top of that, they are honest. And I haven t been able to say that about many mechanics in my lifetime. Henry and Tyson explain things well and don t try to sell you on services that aren t needed. We will continue to use them in the future.

We have used and loved Doc Automotive for many years. They recently changed management and we were concerned that the service we received would not be what we were used to. We were wrong. The service continues to be wonderful and we never feel gouged on the prices. We will continue to use Doc Automotive for all our automotive needs!!

Qualified, excellent communication, transparent with all steps of transaction/repairs that are necessary.Explained details in a non condescending manner so the customer could understand.And the bonus . very nice, polite, and pleasant to work with.

I appreciated the thorough inspection of my car, in addition to the oil change, as well as showing me the issues on the computer. I also appreciated that they emphasized what needed to be done sooner rather then later, but did not pressure me to get it done that day. My son recommended this mechanic when they were under the previous management, and I like this management even better

They are cost conceious courteous and timely with repairs. They do a thorough inspection with estimate that includes what is needed as well as what they think you should do in the future to maintain your vehicle no over charging they will have my business going forward they saved me a considerable amount of money

Doc Auto was awesome! I had a check engine light come on and was able to get my car in quickly. They did a full diagnostic for a fair price. I was given pictures and ratings of issues so I could prioritize work done. I felt confident that the advice I was given (along with the data) was accurate. My car is safe and back on the road for a reasonable price. I have already recommended them to family members with car issues. This auto shop is fantastic. From the first interaction through the last, the staff was very friendly. On top of that, they are honest. And I haven t been able to say that about many mechanics in my lifetime. They tell it like it is and don t try to sell you on services that aren t needed. I m definitely using them in the future.

Wow! The new ownership is thorough and knowledgeable.I took my 2012 Outback in for an oil leak and everything was communicated quickly and efficiently. The owner and workers took their time to make sure everything was in working order and could pinpoint the issue.If you're looking for a place for great comprehensive service and exceptional care THIS is the shop to bring your vehicle!
