David & Alexei excelled in repairing my car's glass and also addressed an unexpected issue, setting the standard for customer care Quality: Flawless repair (see pic), showing the technicians' expertise & attention to detail. They replaced the glass perfectly & delivered top-notch quality Beyond Expected Service: They noticed my B-pillar was bent from previous vandalism (see pics) & offered to repair it as much as they could for free. This goodwill was unexpected & appreciated, showing genuine care for customers and willingness to go the extra mile Customer Service: Dan & the team were remarkable, combining professionalism w a personal touch. They were communicative, explaining the B-pillar repair clearly to ensure I was well-informed & comfy w the approach Convenience: ChipPros coming to me in Fort Collins saved me time & hassle. Chip Pros did a great job for us, called Dan and he had the technician at our house in about 2 hours to do the chip repair. We were pleased that Cory, the technician, was just around the corner from us in Sparks, Nevada. He was fast, professional and friendly, we'll definitely call again (though we hope we won't need to!). And Dan followed up with us immediately to make sure it was all good. Thanks guys!

I got in touch with Dan and he was able to get me an appointment same day. Kris, the technician, made sure to stop by before the end of his day. He did a great job fixing two chips in both my vehicles - all in the dark! Great price and very competitive compared to other vendors out there. Would highly recommend Chip Pros!

Needed a window repair on my new 4runner. I was pretty upset that i had already cracked my windshield on a new car. luckily i was able to get help from Ruben! He did a fantastic job and was efficient with his work. I highly recommend him and the company.

I can't recommend ChipPros highly enough! Their service was top-notch from start to finish. Zee was incredibly professional, prompt, and skilled in repairing my Volkswagen glass. The technician was friendly and efficient, and the repair was flawless. My windshield looks brand new! I'm thoroughly impressed and grateful for their excellent service. Zee Blank is the best chip repair technician i have ever had.I had to pull over on the side of a busy road after a rock bounced off a dump truck and cracked my front windshield. I was so upset but did not have to wait long at all which made me feel better about the situation. Zee was very professional and fast working.Thank you young man! I will definitely recommend to any friends and family and will be calling again if anything else happens. Amazing employee and company.

Quick story: I called with a same day request for a windshield replacement. I was able to get in touch with the owner, Dan. He and I crossed paths about 6 months ago and shared a brief but pleasant conversation while taking him to his destination in my taxi cab. Dan came back into town again about 2 months ago and landed in my cab again. I took a business card. Fast forward, I needed his assistance today. He took my vin# and called back in minutes, letting me know that he had my windshield and would send an associate today to replace my old one. I met Mr. Rub�n C. Who, in the rain, was able to fix my situation. He was very professional and kind. Asked if I had any questions and wrapped up in 30 or so minutes. I went online, filled out my information and within 5 minutes I was talking to a REAL person!!! He took some information from me and within an hour Nate was at my door step. Fixed it way better than any chip repair I've had done and there have been quite a few. Much appreciated!!!!
