Great service, communication and repair work. I have been hesitant to use insurance recommended providers in the past however due to not being able to drive the car while we wait to get in at another shop I decided to go with Caliber Collision at the recommendation of my insurance company. I am grateful I took it there. The entire experience from them receiving the car to picking it up was fantastic. The staff was polite and professional, Stuart did a great job communicating updates and the car was clean and ready in less time than projected.

I had a decent experience until pick up. At pick up, my car had a new crack in the windshield, which calliber insisted happened because of heat and cold temperatures from an existing rock chip. I would have appreciated a heads up and opportunity to get this fixed while my car was there, instead of having a surprise cracked windshield when I expected to pick up a fixed vehicle. Disappointed in the lack of communication and to not give me a heads up of the issue before I picked it up. Additionally, due to the wind storm that occurred the week before pick up, I assume the crack occurred due to being left outside and not because of temperatures.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work and service from the Midway office. While the repair took a long time, consistent communication with regular updates made that time fly by. Staff was attentive, kind, and communicative, and my car was returned in perfect shape.

My car looks better than when I bought it! I have a complex car color and they blended it perfectly. I even got my car back a few days earlier than predicted. I was informed every step of the way and never once had to guess or assume what was going on. Waited over 2 months do get in. Then bring it in for an estimate. Can t do the repair at the time of the estimate. Have to wait another month to get it in to repair. Then they promise it will be done in a week. Nope. Two weeks later and still don t have my truck. And the cherry on top was a pleasant lady named Angela who hung up on me. Then transferred it to another location because they are overbooked . Then basically lose it. Then finally when the other location fixes it they can t be bothered to call me and let me know. Just a total cluster.How this place gets 4.8 stars is beyond me but I suspect these reviews are prompted. The only reason they do the volume they do is because of insurance companies who must get repairs done at steep discounts. If you a choice go find another shop. If you don t, SORRY.

I was rear ended and brought my truck in for repairs. They went above and beyond. They even found the trailer hitch decoration that was damaged. The staff kept me informed through every step. They finished a week early too.

Caliber CollisionTotally Awesome Experience. Inside folks were gracious, helpful and professional. My car had bad damage and they did a fantastic paint job. Also, the car had axle, etc. damage but they made it drive like new. By the way, it was by far the cleanest work area i have ever seen. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Plan on waiting three weeks to get your car in for inspection after** your adjustor sends body work needs. Have someone look at your car and say they think it'll be a month before work's complete. They keep your car until then. After you call your insurance about a rental car and are told insurance doesn't cover cars unless the car is being actively worked on (and that body shops know this), call Caliber to ask if they can order parts, that you'll pay up front and pickup your car to hear they don't preorder parts. Top that off with lackluster apologies for their lack of transparency from a sanctimonious curmudgeon. Said curmudgeon also tells you that 30 priority cars have slowed the process (which is fine) but you've ready been told (by a different employee) there are 140 (!?!) cars that are currently being fixed.So, if you'd like this experience, stop by Caliber Collision!Lack of transparency 5 starsPoor customer service 5 starsPoor business operations 10 stars

Sadly two cars in my family totaled within four months, one my kiddo was at fault and the other the other person ran into us. Caliber collision is fantastic. They were there for us are in a pretty scary time. They were also honest letting us know what timeline to expect.

I highly rate the quality and professionalism of Caliber Accident repair. They kept me informed every step of the repair process and completed the repair of my vehicle a day before it was promised. Do not take your car here!Brought in our vehicle for some body work in the rear. Repairs took over a month to complete (excluding an additional month waiting for parts). The shop is very disorganized, with nobody but your specific advisor knowing what's going on. Updates were frequent but not very useful -- every step apparently has to be scheduled separately so there is no way to have an accurate ETA. Every update begin with 'We hope...". Hope is not a valid business strategy!The body work appears to be done well, but upon being returned the vehicle experienced engine overheating as a result of missing over a gallon of engine coolant -- despite no work supposedly being performed on the engine or drivetrain.I will never return to this location, and am hesitant to recommend Caliber at all anymore, despite having satisfactory experiences at other area locations in the past.

After being involved in a car accident, our vehicle needed to be repaired. We were referred to this Caliber Collision location by the other driver s insurance company. The whole team was helpful and understanding throughout the process. They worked quickly to get our vehicle in, order parts and complete the work. Throughout the process, they kept us informed with bi-weekly updates of where our car was in the repair process. When we picked up our car, it was immaculately clean and felt like driving a brand new car. We will be returning to this location if we need car repairs in the future!

Repairs were completed earlier than originally estimated, and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. Caliber collision did an amazing job on the repair of my vehicle. Wyatt and his techs were super helpful and friendly. They even went the extra mile and walked me through the repair process. The manager jared was also helpful. Waited for 2 months to come in. Show up and appointment is cancelled. They blame the insurance. Call insurance and it turns out Caliber cancelled and decided not to call me. Cowardly.
