This place is awesome. I seriously cannot say enough good about the staff and their knowledge. I had a low oil pressure warning come on shortly after buying my X5. I drove up to Bimmer Haus and the crew immediately figured out the issue and had me out the door in minutes. I didn't get any attitude and every staff member is super friendly and acted as if I was their favorite regular customer. They truly seemed to care.

We very recently (desperately) needed a very well qualified BMW repair shop for one our higher end vehicles. Knowing the engine would be required to go get a BMW certified technical diagnosis was eminent, we started our search for a knowledgeable, affordable and well recommended location.Being part of a local neighborhood group on good 'ol Facebook, I knew to ask there, as they are ALWAYS in the 'KNOW'. Bimmer Haus came up several times on this forum!!!Not only were they able to get us in for testing within a reasonable amount of time (I'm talking like less than a week here); they were very cost effective for what our budget could allow & proficient on what it would take to be road worthy.My husband and I are both equally satisfied with the level of service we were provided. Also, getting to support a local, family owned business of 20+ years!!! was just the icing on the cake! We left that day already signed up for our next appointment; my Mini Cooper S needs a bit of loving after buying used and being stored all winter.I am REALLY looking forward to getting her completely 'windy, mountain road' ready, y'all!! It's an adorable Lil convertible perfect for that!Thank you so very much to all the Bimmer Haus family for your knowledge on the car and your compassionate attitude of patience with us! Extremely helpful place. I have several issues with my Mini and they saw me pretty quickly to see what's going on. They were very open and honest with the issues and made great recommendations. I'd highly recommend them!

This place is a really rare type of shop in today's world. I called needing guidance on a part for my own project and they helped me immediately get what I needed. I asked about some work on my car and they were upfront and honest about the pricing, what's required, and other options. Would definitely recommend BimmerHaus.

Bimmerhaus is the only place I've been that I trust with my car. They're very skilled technicians who know BMW's inside and out and are extremely good at what they do. their prices are extremely fair, they offer reduced charges for basic maintenance, free diagnostics, and they were willing to work with me on some very difficult fixes. I was extremely pleased with how these guys handled my situation. My situation could have been a pain in the butt for these guys. Not only were they ok with me bringing in the vehicle on short notice, they brought it right in and figured out the issue. These guys were a true life saver! Instead of my situation becoming a huge issue, because of them it wasn't even an issue at all. These guys do business they it is supposed to be done, I am incredibly impressed! Can't recommend these guys enough!Thank you Bimmer Haus! I truly appreciate how you handled my situation.

I came to Bimmer Haus because my 2015 328 GT handles awful. I wrote an email and they were very response and I setup an appointment. When it came time to test drive the vehicle the service advisor stated that the issue was probably my tires.... before we even got in the vehicle. Every time I would point out an issue the service advisor already had an answer; high pitch rotational noise? "I can't hear it but it's probably your turbo" (noise is there while rolling even with the car in neutral). They ended up doing an alignment but this didn't really fix my issues.I called them back and said I wasn't happy with my car still and we setup another appointment but this time with the lead tech. As we are walking out to the vehicle he states "I really think the issue is with your tires" again before we drive the vehicle at all. We had a long talk and the tech was nice and showed me the car on the rack. We ended up doing nothing becuase "nothing was wrong" and according to the lead tech "BMWs just aren't what they used to be and this is just the way your car is".I left with no services performed. I knew something was wrong so I decided to get my wheels balanced and rotated at my closest tire shop. During the service the advisor asked to show me something in the garage. He pointed out my front passenger strut completely blown out and leaking fluid.This place will not try to find something wrong. They will say it's something they can't fix and then tell you there is nothing wrong. I was hopeful that I had found a mechanic but after this experience the search is still on.TL/DR: 2 appointments and they couldn't even spot a blown out strut.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Bimmer Haus came highly recommended to us when we moved to the area. That recommendation proved invaluable as they are the BEST! Honest, reputable and such courteous, professional staff. Extra shout out to Bill for his helpful and vast bmw knowledge! I wish all of our cars were BMWs so they could take care of those too.

This is THE place for BMW expertise along the front range. Support local business AND get personalized, professional service? No brainer. They did a pre-purchase inspection for my M Roadster and took the time to explain everything on the car inside and out. They were transparent about must-do work versus nice-to-haves to save money on. When you go to Bimmer Haus you start getting connected to the greater auto enthusiast community, which is the best part.

Having been in the auto service industry for 35 years, the last 25 specifically with BMW, I am a pretty particular customer.Bill Cray, Patty & Bob Tunnell along with their techs, Jon and Zach, have gone well beyond my expectations for a BMW repair facility (of ANY TYPE)!!Their Can Do & Won t stop til it s fixed attitudes are exemplary in the auto (Bimmer) repair universe.I simply cannot give a greater endorsement for anyone who drives a BMW!Thank you guys, my AC cools better than when the car was new!Services: Electrical repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

This place will forever be my BMW mechanic. They are honest guys and I ve always been skeptical with mechanics since they only want your money but these guys are not like that at all. I ve already visited 3 times and every time has been really great. Prices are also in my opinion really good, I ve compared and called several mechanics for quotes and these guys have the best rate and also offer a warranty. Would recommend for anyone with a BMW.

I have a 2012 Mini Countryman AWD, 65,000 miles. I love this car but it developed a transfer case problem. This is an expensive problem to have. Bimmer Haus went above and beyond to fix my problem and the cost was very reasonable. They let me know everything that needed to be done. There were no surprises. Before replacing this expensive case, they made sure that a less expensive option would not be viable. My car was scheduled and fixed in a timely manner. It is now running well and I am grateful that I found a place that has knowledgeable, friendly, competent and all around great people. Every interaction I had at Bimmer Haus was professional and enjoyable.The shop is clean, very efficient and trustworthy. If you have a BMW or Mini Cooper, do not hesitate to give Bimmer Haus your business. The best BMW shop around. Bob and team know bimmers better than anyone and race them, as well. You will not find a more dedicated team to making sure your BMW performs and is maintained at the highest level!

Initially very happy to take my care in with Bimmer Haus and sadly let down. Great people, very nice, great atmosphere. However, I left pretty let down. Took my car in for an oil pressure issue, to get an air filter replacement, to change my oil, and to have a reflector replaced. I set an appointment weeks out but the day I arrived I was told the team was leaving early for a team outing. No biggies. I arrived in the morning, and got a call saying hey come on down before 5 because we re closing early.I rushed over, immediately saw the reflector had no been touched, they told me the air filter had not come in delivery, and that the oil pressure issue was probably a very expensive fix. They gave me some guidance on ways to work around this high price which I really appreciated but then as I was walking to my car after paying, I see a broken flap under the car. I immediately went back in to ask what happened. The only person there was a kind lady at the desk who didn t know but she said to be honest, I m not sure what happened there but something definitely could have happened when it was on the lift I was done at that moment. There was no one around to answer any questions and on top of that, I was given the appointment date. I didn t ask for that one. So to be rushed to get it done for a team outing and to come back to realize the outing was more important than my service because only 1 of 4 things had been and no one had alerted me left me feeling pretty sour.So for that reason I probably wouldn t go back but again good people. I can t say enough about this place. Bill and team took care of us while we were in dire straits. We drove from WI and had a light come on. Not only did they say come in to diagnosis the error code but made time to fix it for us. Talk about their expertise and customer service! I can't say enough about the kind folks at Bimmerhaus. I was VERY skeptical bringing my X5M to anywhere that wasn't a BMW dealership for repairs. I kept hearing great things about Bimmerhaus, so I gave them a try. My ONLY regret is not coming to them earlier. Bill is such an amazing person. I've had my car in for what I thought were going to be expensive repairs. Only to get a call from Bill saying that the issue wasn't as bad as I thought, and the cost was extremely minimal, if any cost at all. That's only the beginning of the story. If you have time, check out all the pictures and trophies in the office area. Don't forget to ask the lovely Patty about her experiences, not only in racing, but with her enormous generosity with children in need. Simply beautiful people there. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else now. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with BMW car repair. It s refreshing to do business with actual mechanics who have a vast knowledge and interest in the service they perform rather then dealing with the technicians at a BMW dealership. Not only did I pay half the price the BMW dealership quoted me, the crew at bimmerhaus got me back on the road the same day. I ve been going here since last October. Had an engine light for running rich in both banks on my X5 and after multiple diagnostics ($300 each) they pinpointed a CCV line and turbo gaskets with very little detail besides that. Not trusting their input, I cross referenced with AutoSport Werks and found it was the MAFs sensors instead. Car works like a charm now and didn t have to go down the expensive rabbit hole that Bimmer Haus was offering.On top of their shotgun maintenance methodology, they have zero availability if you re not a priority to them. Would definitely recommend AutoSport Werks over Bimmer Haus any day.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Called the shop because I found them online and I had a concern about a cooling warning. Was able to bring it in and they topped coolant off no issue and pointed out that I had an oil leak. Because they pointed it out I was able to get it to the shop when my alternator failed and they were able to fix it up at a really reasonable cost and were helpful and explained things really well. I can definitely recommend them for everything from general service, which is really well priced, to more in depth repairs.

This place is amazing. We are moving out of the state soon and we wish we could take Bimmer Haus with us. They have been so good to our '11 X3 35i and have always taken as much time as necessary to explain things to us and get to know us. We can't recommend this place enough. The first time we had our X3 in their shop, it was because a fuse needed replacing. They were thorough in diagnosing the problem before they started replacing parts and they saved us thousands just by being careful with their assessment. As a hobbyist mechanic, with the confidence and capabilities to perform the majority of maintenance & repairs on my own vehicles, I can be rather critical of the service I receive at professional shops. I'm always nervous when taking my vehicles to a new shop for the first time - but thankfully I won't have to do that again - unless I stop driving BMWs/Minis.Bimmer Haus is my go-to source for professional BMW and Mini service. They can take care of regular maintenance items as well as high performance needs.Their pricing is fair & honest and they haven't tried to upsell me or offer unnecessary repairs. (Though they have of course made me aware of things that are in fact necessary.)Finally, I want to mention the general atmosphere. It is a typical auto shop, small office - not a sit and wait type of place, more of a make an appointment and drop your car off type of place.While you are in there though, I think you'll find, as I did, that they are some of the most dedicated, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people in our local BMW/Mini ecosystem.I know this is a long review, but they have honestly taken really good care of my car and that means a lot to me!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Bimmerhaus was the best car repair experience I ve ever had.I talked with Bill as I sat in my car on the side of the road. I let him know the noises I was hearing and the warning lights that were being displayed and it didn t sound like it was going to be good news. I was possibly looking at needing a new engine.They were able to look at it the same day and assured me that I didn t need to replace the engine.A Belt had shredded that they installed in a prior repair and the broken belt had damaged another part on th engine. Bimmerhaus didn t charge me a Penny!!! They said that there is a two year warranty on any parts or labor and they were covering all costs. They told me it was the right thing to do . I don t know about the rest of you, but my experience with car mechanics hasn t been great.Bimmerhaus you have my business forever. I drive 30 min each way to take my car to Bimmer Haus. They are that good. Their service team truly cares about their customers and their techs are honestly so smart and budget conscious. They give me great advice, set up other contractors when needed, and will really work with their clients. I may be moving and will be even farther, but will still take my car to them.
