Jesse is not only friendly but also takes the time to answer any questions I have, Edgar the mechanic also provided options available from repair to replacement options for my car. As a woman, it can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service.

Westley was an amazing help. I had a problem taking off a tough nut on my axle and called to see if they could help out. To my surprise Westley said he d come take a look. He grabbed his impact drill and took it off no problem with no charge. I didn t expect this at all! Because of this experience i will use this business for my next automobile needs. Thank you for your amazing customer support!

Jesse is always amazing! His knowledge is above the rest, he always goes above and beyond and has been observed many times working with highest of level integrity. Jesse is communicative, diligent at finding the fairest prices ( even if he s on the phone for hours) and I never feel he is talking down to me while explaining my cars maintenance or issues with me. He is honest in telling me what can wait and what should be addressed now and making sure I have total understanding of all the information he s shared with me. He is the reason I drive 172 miles for any care needing to be done on my Jeep.Jesse has been my go to person with my automobiles for the past 10+ years and should he ever leave I would follow.Jesse and Albert are the only ones I will ever trust with my Jeep.Thanks Jessie and Albert, I appreciate you!

I ve come here and bought all my tires for all my cars for 10+ years and for good reason. This morning I came in with a flat and was greeted by NAME at the door. Amazing customer service! No reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Jesse!

It was a busy Saturday afternoon with lots of errands when I noticed my right front tire was losing air quickly. I am new to the area, having just moved - luckily, I had seen the Big O sign. I pulled in, anticipating a long wait... but I am happy to report that I was very wrong, and my experience at Big O Tires was simply fantastic. Wesley greeted me almost right away, and that was a great beginning. He was friendly and professional. And efficient! He took my information and told me that he would have my car evaluated right away. My wife and I went to a nearby restaurant to eat while we waited, but we had just ordered when he called. Our car was ready, already! As Wesley suspected, it was a nail. He removed the nail, patched the tire up, and we were soon on our way again. Wesley was so accommodating and helpful. All the other staff members seemed busy and pleasant, too. I will definitely return!

Fantastic service & experience overall. I took my Audi SUV in due to a slow leak in a tire. The team noticed that the tire needed to be remounted, and were able to fix it quick and I was on my way. Thanks for the help!

This store is amazing at rescuing people in need. I got flat tire, Not only they help me fill the air temporarily, but also, they fixed the nail punch for me right after I drop it off my kid at the rec center, and right before store closing. I really really really appreciate it. The store manager Ulises was so nice at helping me so close to store closing. I am grateful for his help!!

I ve been through a few mechanics since moving here and finally found one that is honest, well-priced and fast. Jesse and his team at this Big O are great. We ve bought tires for three cars here as well as had routine maintenance and other repairs done. Great service. One tip- using the online appointment scheduler will usually only show appointments a week or so out but calling will often get you in within a day or two.No one likes spending money on car repairs but if you ve got to, do it here!

I had a flat tire on my new Elantra, caught a nail somewhere, took the tire to Big O and they repaired promptly. They did it for free as I have purchased all my tires from my friends at Big O . They have helped me so many times for over 20 years. I highly recommend their services, they exceed expectations!

I want to start off by saying I love Big O. Regardless of which store I go to, I always have a relatively good experience. This specific location has great front desk staff. Wesley and Dan were both so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during the process of me getting all new tires, an alignment, a break inspection, etc. I ordered tires with Dan at 4:30 on a Friday and they were at the shop by 10am on Saturday morning. They really went above and beyond in that aspect. My car was taken in on that Saturday for all of the things mentioned above. It took about 3 hours (which is great)! I was satisfied with my $1,300 purchase until I drove home and realized whichever technician was working on my car severely damaged my rims on the vehicle. I am very understanding of the fact that mistakes happen (that s not why I am upset). I am upset because there was zero accountability taken for the damage. The technician should ve told the front desk guys what happened so I wouldn t have to find out the way I did. Thankfully I was refunded the amount it would cost me to buy two new wheels for my vehicle, but overall still disappointed. I appreciate how Will (the store manager) handled the situation and his kindness towards me. I just wish accountability was taken immediately since I spent a hefty amount of money at your shop. I really do hope that tech learned a lesson and will not do this to other customers. I m 100% sure they will not be as nice and understanding as I was.

These guys are awesome. I personally worked with Jesse and Will on having front struts installed on my 2023 Tundra and they did a fabulous job. Very reasonable and they finished everything very quickly! Love the way the truck rides and sits now. Thanks guys!

10/10 experience. Would absolutely recommend. After having some frustrating experiences with the specialty dealership for my car, poor customer service, long wait times (3-4 weeks) and costing an arm and a leg for inspection alone, I decided to go to Big O s. Immediately upon entering I was greeted kindly. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They took my car immediately and serviced it within hours. My cars dealership would have been at least a grand and were going to dismantle my car. Big Os was able to identify the issue, fix it and with no charge. These folks are a stand up crew. I so appreciate them and will definitely continue business here.

Johnny was so nice to repair our tire. We had picked up a pallet staple earlier when running errands. 2 other tire places right across the street from us refused service. This Big O took excellent care of us. They even fixed our tire for free since we do so much business there. Thank you Johnny for demonstrating excellent customer service!

Very unprofessional, and full of lies. I have a 2020 ford explorer, I have hit the curb so the rear camber is off and need alignment. This model have a special design for rear camber adjustment, so I brought in the service manual for specifically camber adjustment. They told me they don't need to see it when I try to provide it to them. After they are done with the alignment, the Camber is still off and not fixed. I went back to the store to ask them, I even took a picture of the actual camber adjustment bolt. And they told me the rear camber of the explorer is not adjustable and something is bent so I have to replace something. I tried to argue with him, but he basically denied everything I said. And also the steering wheel was not straight after their alignment.So I went directly to another Big O tires at summit Blvd and got another Wheels alignment. The first Pic is the alignment sheet they gave me, and the second Pic is the alignment sheet from summit Blvd store. They says everything is aligned except the rear camber. But in reality, everything is off on the front. And the summit Blvd store have to re-align everything as well as following the correct instructions to adjust my rear camber.

I have been a customer of the store at 120th and Lamar for 20 years. The service managers build a report with the customer, are very knowledgeable and go the second mile in making sure my needs are met. To my disappointment, there was a recent change in management and many of my favorite service manager left. Although I was disappointed to not have some of my favorites there, I was pleased to see new staff who were very professional and respectful. One month ago my aging truck needed a lot of maintenance work and to my delight, I saw Jesse at the front desk and Edgar in the front and garage as well. My truck required a great deal of work and Big O stuck with it and even went 30 min after hours just to get my truck back on the road. Last week I needed more work done, I discussed what I want wanting to have done with Jesse and told him how my truck will be towing a razor. After discussing what the needs were, Jessie made suggestions in upgrades and continued maintenance. Once again, I was very please with the work done in a reasonable amount of time. . I have sold my home and will be moving out of state. I hate to leave this reliable store which has such a personal touch. With confidence, I have recommended this store to the new owners of my home.A special thank you to Jessie in your advice, recommendations and diligence in caring for my vehicle. Your personal touch, in knowing my name, treating me with respect and sharing your knowledge/wisdom has made navigating the maintenance of an aging vehicle much more pleasant.Thank you to Edgar for being there when everything changed. It was comforting to have a friendly familiar face at the counter helping me.God bless!

We live in WY & use our local Big O here. We picked up a nail on I-25 South in CO late on a Saturday afternoon. After stopping to for air, I called this nearby location. They got us in & out with a patch job in about 30 min! Thanks guys!

My husband and I have been going to Broomfield Big O Tires for over 20 years. We ve had a myriad of vehicles that we ve taken there for service. I just finished taking my 2021 Honda Pilot in to get a nail repair in the tire. They got me in and out in 30 minutes and didn t charge me a dime. Thank you, Big O.

Ulises really saved me today. I had a screw go through my tire and it was losing air quickly and I couldn't travel on it very far at all.I walked in without calling first and even though there were no available appointments, Ulises was able to get my tire fixed within a few hours.

Really great customer service. They fixed a leak in my tire with extraordinary speed, and since I'm a first time customer they did it for free. My parents have been long time customers, and so when I had a tire problem my first thought was Big O. I'll be sure to come back when I need tire services!

Dropped off a tire for repair. I didn't have an appointment. I had a couple of errands to run. The work was done before I finished my errands, less than an hour. I was able to pick it up on my way home. Didn't have to make an extra trip.

Without reservation, bring your vehicle here. This is unquestionably the most honest, efficient and decent tire and maintenance business I've encountered. Multiple times my family has gone here with concerns, ranging from simple tire repair to full brake replacements. Over the past 2 years, we have gone in 4 times with tire punctures (nails, screws, slow leaks) in our cars. Each time, they repaired the issue immediately, and only once charged us their extremely reasonable fee. Other businesses easily and regularly exploit such situations to up-sell highly marked up, unnecessary solutions. This shop doesn't do that. They know that honesty and decency pay off--they earn your loyalty by being the men and women you hope are the ones you meet in a repair shop. Will, a general manager there, is straight forward, honest and cares about his customers AND his staff. I've spoken with over a dozen of his techs, and they not only sing his and the company's praises, EVERY SINGLE ONE said how great it was to work there. This store is what America can be! Finally, Edgar did an awesome job on a full brake replacement for me last week. With calipers included, not cheap. But perfectly done, and at a fair price ($770 less than my dealer's quote, AND done in 3 hours!) Go here. You deserve it, and so do they.
