Just an amazing experience! These people, Jon and Norman took such great care of my lady s tire. I am extremely grateful! Nice waiting area. It was a quick and lovely appointment. Highly recommend this location. Friendly and professional.

I got new tires from them about 2 weeks ago that was supposed to come with a free alignment check. Their machine was down that day, but I was able to bring it today and get it done. It was only off slightly so Austin H. Said he d do it for free. Since I had other maintenance that needed to be done, the opportunity to cut down even a little bit on what I had to spend today was much appreciated. Thanks Austin!Also really appreciate how welcoming everyone is. They really take the time to go over costs with you and help you figure out what works best for your budget. The friendly atmosphere makes this my go-to location whenever I need anything done!

My low tire pressure light has been on and I was worried about there being a leak. I usually go to discount tires because it s what I m familiar with but they re closed today so I gave Big O a chance, and I m very happy that I did. John was helpful and efficient checking me in, they were able to check out my tire right away, and then when it turned out I would need a patch they hooked me up for free. I will definitely be going here from now on, I m so grateful to have found a place with positive customer service AND is open 7 days a week. Thanks Mike and John!

John at front desk and Mike in the bays at the Superior Big O really came through for me today! I really appreciated their willingness to help with adjusting my car s tire pressure. It was all the tires and after I had left the car sitting for several months. They went the extra step to assure me that it wasn t a big problem and they could take care of it immediately, which they did! Thank you Big O, John, & Mike!

Austin of Big O Tires kindly and efficiently attached my new Colorado license plates for me at no cost. My old Pennsylvania plates were on so tight I could make the change. I appreciate Austin s help!

After visiting another tire company whose only interest appeared to be to upsell and exhibited a business-only approach, our visit with Austin and his team at Big O Tires was the exact opposite experience. Everyone we met inside were kind, friendly and most of all HONEST. Our tire repair was resolved in less than an hour which was a great relief after Christmas holidays and juggling a toddler. Thank you so much for your service and we will be coming back again for any future car needs.

Overall a good experience. I have a 2020 Ford explorer, this vehicle have a special design on the rear camber adjust. I had done alignment in both Boulder and Broomfield 120th Ave Big O tires. None of the two know how to adjust the rear camber for my explorer, the Boulder storeuse the leaking shock as an excuse, and the 120th Ave store used bent suspension parts as excuse. This Big O tires in summit Blvd is the only one that actually got the rear camber adjust for me. I'm not sure if it's because I have been bothering them to try the methods I provided, or they really have someone who knows this vehicle well. But they got my explorer correctly aligned eventually. BTW, it's also very nice they did a test drive before they hand my car back. Very responsible team

Nicholas and Justin were very helpful getting my new tires after one got punctured by a nail. Very friendly and easy to talk to, My tires were due in a couple months anyway. Best location I ve been to by far!

Pros:- Called for an appointment and was able to get a slot fairly quickly (next day)- Service was able to be performedCons:- Took over 2hrs. for an oil change because I needed special oil (which could have been ordered ahead of time when I called)- Little to no updates of status of service- No one was at the front desk upon arrival for pickup- Quoted price was not paid price (more), had I not disputed it would have been even more

Austin H took great care of us. Dropped in with a flat. They patched it and even beautifully packed the spare back up in its spot. Great guys to talk to and even offered my kid hot coco. Thanks again. I ll be back!

After calling 6 other places in the vicinity to patch my tire that was steadily losing pressure, and getting turned down, I luckily found this place. They got me in immediately and had me all fixed up in about 30 minutes. John and Austin made my day a whole lot better! Thanks for the quick service guys!

Norman at Big O Tires was simply the best! He was able to assist me, all awhile handling 3 other customers. They helped me as my car limped in the parking lot with 4lbs of air in one tire with a large extension stuck in my tire.In and out just over an hour.

I discovered a screw in my tire and came in for a patch late in the evening as a walk-in. Austin Smith was the technician assigned to my vehicle. Due to his diligent inspection of my whole tire prior to patching he actually discovered an additional nail buried in the tread that had pierced my sidewall. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired and would have to be replaced due to safety reasons. Big O decided not to charge me and I had purchased the tire with a warranty from another shop but I am leaving this review for the great service and customer care that I received on my visit.I really appreciate Austin taking the time to be thorough with my tire even though we were reaching the end of the day. It's hard to find good employees that will go the extra mile for your customers and I feel that Austin certainly did for me.I will definitely be back to this Big O!

I have been to this shop numerous times and had relatively good experiences -- until today. I brought in my car to have a flat fixed. After a lengthy delay, they told me the tire could not be fixed and I would have to buy 4 new tires (really). I took the flat to Les Schwab on 116th and Wadsworth. They told me a small nail had lodged in between the tread and fixed it promptly for no charge. They told me the repair would last the life of the tire. Don't get ripped off -- go elsewhere!

Austin was great! Made sure my tires were all at the right PSI, and even did a complementary fluids top off! Norman up front was very knowledgeable and tentative to my needs on my Jeep, he even brought some comic relief with the whole process of car stress.

The team at Big O w fantastic. They could not replace my tire, but directed me **to a competitor** that had my tire in-stock. Mike put my spare on, which enabled me to drive safely to get my tire replaced.

Outstanding customer service. Rio was definitely a great help. Very knowledgeable and I will definitely return to his store when needed. Very personable and he was also so helpful when deciding what tires/brand to buy. Great store and great customer service all around.

Elijah pumped my tires up this morning as my check tire pressure light was on. He also checked my spare to make sure it wasn't low on air. He even replaced my tires' valve caps for free when I asked if I could buy some as i'd left mine somewhere when I last topped my tires up. He was so helpful and kind, he made my day.I also go to this Big O location for oil changes and they just replaced my alternator and serpentine belt for a good price. They are always helpful and nice and I highly recommend them.

Friendly and helpful staff. The initial wait to be helped was a bit long and the overall wait of two hours seemed long when you don't have a ride or anything around there to do. But overall a good experience. No selling pressure and the work was completed.I'm no from around Broomfield but was there and noticed a nail in my tire. Google said they were close by so I stopped in. All bays were full and there were a couple of cars in front of me. When they finally took vehicle back (not inside, just jacked it up outside, which I'm fine with) within 10-15 minutes they had it patched up and had me sent on my way. Overall I waited about 2 hours. Not too bad, given I was a walk-in.The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is it seemed like there were a few employees standing around while my car and I were waiting. I suppose it could have been a lunch break but it's a bad look and makes people feel like their time is unappreciated.

Norman and Adam exceeded all expectations when I brought in my punctured tire for repair. It s refreshing to interact with folks who are good at their jobs. These two are prime examples of it. Highly recommend Big O in Broomfield for their quality and efficiency of service as well as competitive pricing.

Luis Guadariama at the Big O in Broomfield near Flatirons mall was excellent last night. He did a complete check of two tires looking for any leaks and completely resealed both. Great service! I would highly recommend Luis, Jarrod and the team at this Big O location!
