Best customer service hands down! Kimberly is great!!! Phenomenal! As someone who used to work in retail, Kimberly goes above and beyond to help you. I originally came here to buy a battery and have my old one checked out. She helped out my checking the battery and realizing it was just lose on the negative side. Small things, but helped out so much. Will be back for sure!

The store closest to me has closed, so I visited this location to swap out a cracked 19mm 3/8 Duralast socket via (lifetime)warranty. Autozones website clearly states that warranty replacements are to be done in store. The manager on duty told me that I would have to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues, and then followed up with the requirement of a receipt. I began to feel treated like a theif/scammer. I explained that I bought the socket set close to 15 years ago but I m sure my AutoZone account has kept track of that so feel free to pull it up. She would not do this as she was too busy eating lunch for the entire encounter.I went home and logged into autzones websites to verify the purchase record. I found it and emailed customer service. I was apologized to and told I would be contacted by a regional manager within 48 hours. They never contacted me.I visited another location and my socket was exchanged immediately with no receipt required. Just my ID and phone number. I have had a few other warranty issues over the years and never been treated like a thief. I wish they contacted me and discovered an opportunity to better train the manager on duty. I was a loyal AutoZone customer for 25 years but now I ll be taking my business to advanced auto parts.

Nothing but class!My husband and I went through HE double hockey sticks trying to purchase a trailer hitch for my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. We were shipped the wrong part 2 times. We ended up having to drive 20 miles to get the correct part. After a week-long stressful battle with this dang thing, we had it and got it put on.But of course, there was an issue, my husband was not able to reach one screw to tighten it, he needed a special tool. He went into this store to rent one, and realized I had the debit card.... you all must of seen the defeat in his eyes because you let him use this tool in your parking lot. Finally, the dang thing is on!We leave this Friday for an annual camping trip, and we were not sure if we were going to be able to go, thank you for your kindness! We did not encounter much of that through this process, so thank you! You all saved our trip!

The kid working the register on November 8th at 5 pm was super disrespectful to me and also claimed that Mazda didn t make a Mazda 3 series in a super derogatory way. This kid needs to be fired, I will never go back to this store and everyone I know will hear about this

Always 5 star service here. With rare exception, I always run into Andy and Jordan. Knowledgeable, nice, eager to help. If the parts not in they order it and call when it arrives. Top notch outfit. Keep it up.

Needed new windshield wipers for my wife's vehicle and Jordan was the man! He helped me quickly, took off my old wipers, put on the new ones, explaining everything to me. Super guy and this is my new favorite auto parts store in Broomfield! Thanks Jordan!

Great online ordering and customer service experience. Order was ready for pickup when arriving at the store, and Steven went above and beyond with helping me replace my windshield wipers (both front and back). Superior service and would absolutely recommend to others.I also noticed they do UPS drop-off there as well, which is quite convenient.

My car died at the King Soopers gas station. I jumped it and drove it over. Jordan made sure they had the correct battery before I turned the car off. He tested it and said it was the battery that needed replaced. I was in and out with a new battery installed in less than 20 minutes. Definitely use that free battery install service when possible. Jordan cleaned the battery clamps really well. They use the anti-corrosion pads and goop that would cost you another $15 or so. Jordan was extremely helpful and fast. Thank you

These guys were amazing! My boyfriend and I are moving across the country and we had some major tire issues and problems with our hitch. They were able to help us find all the right parts and tools and get us on the road within an hour. Their patience and knowledge is unmatched here!

Went in to get small bulb for car on running board. They did not have it on their records. Sad but that happens. 10 percent discount for veterans. Good.Business clean and in place. Staff very helpful. Go AutoZone.

My car battery keeps dying and I went to this location for help on 12/31. My battery was dead and I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me. One of the salesman did help me jumpstart my car, but basically sent me on my way afterwards. I was told to come back when I have a ride and bring in the battery so they can charge it and see. I ll be trying a different location today. I ve never had this problem at an auto one.

Very helpful. My brake light came on the guy came out looked at my car. Told I was low on brake fluid told me which one I needed and put it in for me. Whole thing took less than 10 minutes. 10/10 service.

Came in right before close on 2/3 for a battery test on my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. The young man working was so kind to come out and test my battery right away, even though it was 11 degrees out. Brr! The battery was bad but the service was great, and he gave me great recommendations for a new one. Thanks!

I had a car battery replaced Thursday. On Friday, I stopped at a business and found my car was dead. No lights. No electric door locks. I saw the negative cable on the battery was off. I put it back on and tried to tighten it down with no luck. I went to AutoZone 6298 and they were so helpful. They grabbed a socket wrench and tried to tighten it but found that it couldn't be tightened more. They told me about a batter shim ($3). I bought it and they insisted on installing it. I was there for all of 8 minutes. Problem solved. GREAT service and help!

Went in today with a very strange electrical issue. There was only one employee in the store and he spent A LOT of time assisting me with my issue. He would attend to customers as they arrived and then come back to me (very much appreciated). Took awhile but we finally figured out the issue and got me on my way. Before coming here I called several service places and they were at least a couple of weeks out to look at my car. AutoZone to the rescue!!!

My boyfriend and I just had a great experience. Big shout out to Paul! We had just left another auto shop that was going to charge us $80 for replacing a bulb in the headlights. We bought the bulb here for $7 and Paul insisted on installing it (thank you!) and we were in and out in less than ten minutes. Great experience and service. Thank you !!

Jordan is always there when I go in , greets me with a smile and is very helpful . Sometimes they don t have a part in store , & he ll go out of his way to make sure I get what I need ! He s even changed my battery in the freezing cold . Autozone did good hiring this dude !

I came in from out of town and had my car not start before my daughters swim meet. Jordan at Broomfield helped me test it, check warranty and find the right replacement. He even helped me install it since I was in a bind. Great service

I recently experienced excellent customer service from store manager Jessee at this location. I needed a rear window wiper blade replacement. He went to my vehicle to check what was needed, located the item, opened and compared it to what was being replaced and then went out to my vehicle and put it on. This may not seem like a big deal to some but to me it was huge and much appreciated as I'm mostly clueless when it comes to auto things. Thank you, thank you!

Going to an auto parts store harkens back to a time when I lived on a farm way out in the country. As a teen, I would be responsible for many things around the old homestead. One of those things was the maintenance of the machinery and vehicles. Now it's been many years since the farm has been sold and everybody went their separate ways but I'm thankful that I retained my mechanical aptitude and still have the ability to work on my vehicles over the years. This store was bright, clean, and inviting. The employee that helped me was friendly and had the part that I needed for a reasonable price. It's good to have this type of store in my neighborhood.

AutoZone has been the place I've bought a lot of auto parts. Sometimes my service has not been successful but every single time I have options. I really appreciate the attention to detail especially when it comes to changing exotic wiper blades on older models of cars within the last 10 years. These folks have what you need just Ensure your representative is qualified beyond just putting the test on for free. Overall I believe four stars is worth it only because it's nearly impossible to have qualified personnel for the mission of the business
