Richard came out the day I called and gave us an estimate. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. He said he could do frameless and have it installed in 5-7 days vs the other estimate we got that said it couldn't be frameless and would take 4-6 weeks. I'm glad we went with Allure! The door is fantastic and really made our bathroom remodel that much better.

Allure Glass did a great job of manufacturing and installation of two bathroom shower doors. Allure came onsite to measure the space for the doors and was very efficient in providing a proposal quickly. The pricing was very competitive in comparison to other companies and the gentleman that came onsite was very knowledgeable. I had questions regarding various options for both doors and they quickly turned around another another proposal with those options. During installation Allure explained the process clearly and it went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using Allure for glass installations.

We recently had Allure Glass do a job for us. We weren't even sure what our options were but Rich was very helpful in advising us what style and look would work best for our home. We were impressed with his work. Such an exact and precise fit. A few days ago the shower door started rubbing so I called. Rich was here in two days to examine and readjust. While here, I pointed out that the door had been leaking due to the shower itself not being properly built. He took a look at that, added a piece of a rubber seal and it fixed a problem that was not part of his work. I would recommend Allure Glass.

Richard did an excellent job on our shower door. He helped us choose the glass and hardware that fit our preferences and budget. Got the glass installed much quicker and more affordable than a handful of his competitors. I would highly recommend Allure Glass.

Allure created a custom glass shower door for us. The installation went as planned and looked great. The door kept shifting for some reason and Rich came back five times and made different adjustments each time. On the fifth time it was fixed. Any glass company can install a piece of glass but what makes Allure special is how they responded when things didn't go as planned. I highly recommend Allure Glass.

Richard was great. Came over and gave us a measure on our door and let us customize everything with him and gave us a quote on an iPad on the spot. Was quick to get the glass installed, it looks great, and he was just all around fantastic to work with.

I had a custom coffee table built for my wine coaster collection that needed a glass top. I found Allure Glass by checking Google reviews. Richard came to my home to measure and recommend the best option for the table. The next week he delivered the glass and it looks great!

I spend a lot of time on the phone nowdays and was pleasantly surprised how Richard was so friendly when I called for a quote. He could teach phone and business etiquette. He gave me an immediate quote over the phone, went to the property the same day, and emailed an official quote an instant later. He got the glass ordered the same day and installed it just two days later. He beat all the other companies out in timeliness, professionalism, AND price. He even took the time to clean up the mess the old glass left behind. He also saved me money by using the existing frame. Look no further

We contracted Allure Glass to complete the shower doors for our master bath remodel and couldn't be happier with the service and the results! Richard was absolutely incredible, professional, and very easy to work with. The best part was the time frame he was able to get everything completed in. Whereas all the other quotes we got estimated anywhere between 2-6 weeks to complete everything, the whole process took a little over a week because of the holiday. That was huge for us! I highly recommend Allure Glass to anyone looking to redo their shower doors!

Richard did an amazing job at installing the glass on my shower. He was knowledgeable, an absolute perfectionist, finished on time and on budget, and went out of his way to treat me fairly. I had a bad experience with the previous contractors on my bathroom, and Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.Edit:A couple of years down the road and I called Allure Glass on 5/22 to come out and adjust my shower doors as they were no longer opening and closing smoothly. A few days later Richard called me back. I explained the issue and he said he would be out the next day. He said it would be either first thing in the morning, or an early evening appointment, but he would call me back in an bit and let me know the time. I was open to whatever worked for him. Unfortunately, he never called back, and never showed up the next day. He completely blew me off. As I am disabled, I am here all the time, and rely on this shower to function properly. I am now in search of a company who is more reliable.

Overall I found Richard to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I m not impressed with the lack of follow up after the job has been completed. I ve had a hard time getting him to reply to repeated attempts to my texts and emails for a repair that I d like him to do.

Allure glass did an exceptional job on the installation of my shower door. Richard came out for the initial quote and was extremely knowledgeable about the process.He gave 2 options of shower doors and explained how the manufacturer made the door. He gave a timeline of how many days it will take to complete the order and come back out for installation. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, knowledgeable with integrity.

Rich was amazing! He repaired my sliding glass shower enclosure only one day after I contacted him. He was so thorough that he also repaired the wobbly handle and corrected several problems that the original installers had created. It is better than it was when it was originally installed!

Richard installed the glass surround for my daughter and son-in-law's new master bath a few weeks ago. I was his main point of contact throughout the entire process as both kids work and couldn't take time off. From the day Richard showed up to give a bid all the way through install he was professional, on-time, and explained the entire process to me. The kids are thrilled with the end product and I am very impressed with the job Richard did. He was very meticulous and the shower glass is absolutely perfect and beautiful! I will call Richard for every glass project from here on out. There aren't that many people who care about the work they do anymore, but Richard does! So happy we found his company.

We had an issue with an existing glass shower door that needed repair. After calling several other glass companies that showed no interest in even talking about it, Richard agreed to come by and look at the door. After looking at the door, he told us the existing framed door would ultimately be as expensive to repair as to replace. We had Richard install a beautiful new frameless door instead. Richard was honest, reliable, and did a nice job.

Richard came to our rescue and did a phenomenal job on our custom shower door for a very reasonable price. We had purchased a boxed glass kit from Home Depot (that was supposedly adjustable) and realized after a lot of labor and time, that it would not work as most walls/showers are not perfectly square or symmetrical, making many of those pre made kits unusable. Richard was prompt, highly professional, took the time educated us and communicated regularly. His process start to finish only took just over a week. We are so thankful to have found him and will highly recommend to others!

Richard was here to adjust my frameless shower door less than two hours after I first called him. He successfully made the adjustment, replaced worn screws and the door bottom gasket. Extremely nice and friendly plus great work. Definitely will use him in the future.

Rich was fabulous from first phone call to end of install. Explaining everything throughly of the process and how to remove our old door to save a few dollars. Great craftsmanship , workmanship with honesty and integrity. We replaced our old steam shower door that was framed and hinge failed with a frameless door that s more modern and functional. Highly recommend.

Allure Glass installed a new frameless shower door and the results are flawless. Richard quickly provided an estimate and completed the entire project in less than 2 weeks. He was punctual, polite and a skilled craftsman. It s obvious he takes deep pride in his work and I like utilizing a local vendor. Allure s pricing seems on par with other estimates, but with a lifetime warranty this is the best deal out there. I am so pleased with the installation, I will be contacting Richard for likely some additional work .

This was the best experience, from a true craftsman. Richard repaired our shower door with expertise and concern for detail.Even though it was a small job for him, he didn't hesitate to return my initial call, something 5 other glass companies failed to do!Excellence is so seldom experienced and Allure Glass will always get my business and refferals to my neighbors.

Richard was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with on our bathroom enclosures. He helped me select hardware and glass appropriate for our space while maximizing visual impact. He kept me well informed of hardware delays and professionally installed the systems. Highly recommend.

Richard installed a glass door for us after a previous contractor installed an ill-fitting door. Although the work Richard did was precise, he was very hard to get a hold of throughout the project. He wouldn't return my calls, and only occasionally returned emails or text messages.Now about 9 months after the installation, my tenants were complaining of the T-wipe (the strip of rubber/plastic that prevents leaking) coming off the shower door. I contacted Richard again to have it replaced, but have been unable to get him to return my calls or set a date to fix the door. All in all, good craftsmanship but poor business practices.

Richard has done a terrific job with our shower doors and has great follow up! I needed a small adjustment to mine and he was here within a day and fixed it without any problems. I would highly recommend him!!
