Friendly and courteous also very informative. Communication was excellent. Also, they were very timely. They gave me an estimate. Told me how long it would take. It s exactly how long it took highly recommend this shop and I am certain to be back.

These guys were great!!! Super informative and extremely helpful. We re up front and honest with everything about my vehicle. Taylor (I think is his name, he had red hair) was the best with explaining everything and letting me know all of my options. Would recommend to any and everyone.

The guys at 5th Gear- specifically Taylor & Ian are always so helpful! And they do not mind taking the time to explain things to me about my car. Eric, one of the owners has also offered great expertise. I have received excellent service from 5th gear on multiple occasions. I highly recommend their shop for your car maintenance and repair!

After my third visit to 5th Gear Automotive, I have realized that the diagnostic and parts/labor quotes are far too expensive to justify. $192 to diagnose that the trans fluid is low + overpriced service quotes compared to other shops. Descriptions of recommended services are vague and fail to explain what exactly will be done to your vehicle. 5th gear employees are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly and the work done on my vehicle was satisfactory. Just can t justify the far above average prices.

Fabulous, my little baby girl (truck) is running top notch! Had a massive list for you all to fix, it was all completed professionally. Any post MX issues were dealt with immediately. You all did an incredible job, I'm back out on the trails. Thank you! Great shop in the metro Denver area. Haven t found anywhere in the US with the elite combination of knowledgeable service, fair pricing, and an easy experience. 5th gear s asynchronous communication with detailed descriptions of issues and the ability to pick and choose what to fix via website is so helpful. They were very fast and courteous with my 4runner.

I am an existing customer that had a chirping noise under the hood of my F250 7.3 diesel, any mechanic would have know immediately the cause was the serpentine belt. The shop charged 208.13 to diagnose the issue, $183.13 labor to replace the serpentine belt, $128.08 was a 50% market up on the belt, $58.69 environmental services and tax totaling $593.25. a fair replacement cost should have been approximately $275 to $300. They over charged without batting an eye. I can only wonder how much I overpaid on my past more expensive repairs? I believe in paying a fair price, but to deliberately over charge they have lost my business. I will take my business to a higher quality, trustworthy shop.I was told and surprised at the time I dropped off the vehicle when mentioned a $208.13 diagnosis fee. Then adding the additional environmental fee of $58.69 seems completely out of line to discharge the old belt. Someone should have informed me when I made the appointment that it would cost me $266.82 just to walk inside your door! For your information when they called and provided the verbal quote I was told it would be $311.21 total. You can justify this however you wish to twist a bad Google review. I hope your excessive fees was well worth the loss of my future business or referrals.

5th Gear did a great job replacing a leaky radiator on my 2015 GMC Yukon. I especially appreciated the detailed technical explanation of some other problems the car is having.

Friendly, good communication, and actually solved the problem! I needed a significant amount of work done and I was anxious about spending more money after my previous mechanic charged me over $1000 to replace a part that wasn't causing the issue. Now a few months post-repair, and everything is working great! Also, as I was pulling out of their parking lot, my car decided to throw another unexpected issue at me. Even though it was unrelated to my original reason for being there, they immediately offered me their loaner car for the night and fixed the new problem without an additional charge. Cannot express how happy I am with their service!!! My Kia was stolen and recovered but the ignition was destroyed. Insurance predicted it would take 6 to 8 weeks to fix, but these guys knocked it out of The park and got it back to me within a couple weeks of dropping it off at their location. They were very kind, professional and very communicative throughout everything. Now that I live near this location I will be sure to have my vehicle serviced at this location. And also a special shout out to Connor for answering all questions and helping my Insurance adjuster stay in the loop through the repairs. Thank you guys! It feels so nice to have my car back!!!!

They recommended a master cylinder when I was having my front brakes locking up. I replaced the master cylinder myself and it s driving great now. They were my 2nd shop I got an opinion from and I m glad I did!

Charged us for two and a half hours of labor, even though we have timestamps from their messages proving it only took one hour. Guy at the desk said "all we can do is charge for whatever time the dealership says it takes." Nah, man. Pretty sure you could charge less than that, and not for 90 minutes of work you didn't do.Edit: Slightly over a year later the Jetta started having electrical issues again. We took it to a different place, where they told us 5th Gear did a very bad job, not replacing everything they should have and used incorrect/cheap parts. So now we have to pay for it AGAIN because of these fraudsters.Service: Electrical repair

Really good, fast service and extremely friendly and professional. Didn t feel pressured into any extra work for my car. Was on the expensive side, but I paid anyways because I was in a pinch and they were the most convenient shop for me. Overall very professional and good shop, I would recommend them with a caution about them being a bit expensive, which is definitely worth it if you want quality service and respect for your time as a customer.

5th Gear is a pleasure to work with. They are informative and helpful. My only complaints, which are probably beyond their control, are that they could not provide a program update to the onboard computer -- something Mini no doubt restricts--and did not have a full knowledge of the unique design of Mini tail lights. They did forget to reset the service reminder after doing a brake system service, but remedied that on the next visit. Always on time and professional. Been using 5th gear for many years and I m never disappointed. My daughter took the car in several times (it s an old car with lots of problems) and the staff is always super patient and good at explaining issues. I will continue using 5th Gear for all my automotive needs!
