The work was done well, as expected. The wait time was 30 minutes longer than what I was told. Also, I did lose some trust with this location because of the vehicle services that were recommended to me. I was told that I needed new brake rotors, but those were replaced brand new about 30,000 miles ago, so I have my doubts. Also, it was recommended that I get a 4X4 service. But my truck is a 2WD. So my impression is that sales are the number one goal at this location, so I feel like I don't have a lot of trust if I were to bring in my vehicle for repairs. Trust with auto repair shops is of the upmost importance.

Last week I tried calling to schedule an appointment, somebody answered the phone and transferred me to somebody else's voicemail 4 times before I was able to schedule an appointment(the last couple times I even asked not to be transferred, to no avail), and the soonest available was not until a week later. When I finally got in for my appointment, they quoted me 2 hours for an alignment(usually no more than an hour job), then could not properly align my tires, and told me they could get them aligned but it would take longer. When I said that was fine, they came back 5 minutes later and said they can't do it. Sounds like they just didn't want to. After this they spent 45 minutes "test driving" my vehicle. They then charged me full price for the alignment and called it a day. Just when I thought the terrible experience was over, driving my truck home I noticed a fairly significant pull to the right, something the truck has never done before. Now I still have to get my alignment issue fixed elsewhere, where I will have to pay full price to fix the mistake these guys made.

I mainly use Brighton quick lane out of convenience as they are the closest Ford dealership to me. Even with that in mind, I have never had a bad experience at their quick lane. I always schedule an appointment and the work is always done within the quoted timeframe (routine maintenance).

My vehicle started having alignment issues, leading to a tire being chewed up. I decided to give Brighton Ford a chance as they are one of the few that carries an alike tire to my others. I came in to schedule an alignment and a new tire. The day of the service, they had the vehicle for an hour and a half after an opening appointment. When I picked up the vehicle, they told me I should schedule an alignment soon, as if I hadn't asked for that when I scheduled the appointment in the first place.

will not attempt to get service there again, "Quick lane" is usually a few days out to schedule. I'm not sure how that is, Quick?

It was the worst service I've ever had here, and I'm a repeat customer. I had a 7am appointment for a simple oil change, no tire rotation was needed. 2 hours later with multiple excuses, and other vehicles receiving service before mine, I was given a $20 discount, instead of $90 it was $70. In my opinion it should have been no charge. I will never return here, I'll go to a different dealership for service.

We ve been coming here for years as we have always bought our cars here and have been given the oil change booklets. Found out this last time that they are no longer honoring them. The manager was combative about honoring the free oil change (which ended up costing $130). The cap was removed from our coolant tank and left on the hood which my husband the n has to ask why and was finally told that we had an issue with our water pump. Then we got home and the car is leaking oil. After spending that much on an oil change, dealing with combative customer service and now an issue with a leak we will not be returning for service or car purchases in the future. I've come to this quick lane several times now, and their service is excellent. I don t usually set up appointments, but I like coming on the weekends because it s first-come, first-serve, and you re generally in and out pretty quick; if you re there early. Luis has taken care of two of my vehicles so far, so I will continue to bring my cars in the future.

We called quick lane Ford to get a price quote on a brand new battery for a 2016 Tahoe we got a price quote 235$. We went in the next day to have the battery switched out & they said they did not have the battery that they quoted me (which I specifically called the day before to make sure they have it) then tried to push another battery on me that would cost 600$ just for battery replacement. When I declined that offer, one of their service techs threatened me with a fight & told me to leave. Definitely do not recommend unless you are looking for a fight. Literally. Johnson s Auto is the place to go. Replaced my battery for 235$ in & out in less than an hour!Services: Tires, Battery

Luis and his crew in service is absolutely hands down amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and had a way to pick up my special needs son from school on time and went out of the way to make sure I had the part we needed. I have had nothing but excellent experiences here, having brough my vehicle in at least 10 times. All of the employees go above and beyond to make sure they get your problems fixed in a timely manner, that you are comfortable with all costs before proceeding, and are just overall kind people. They ve never tried to push any repairs on me, and always do a good job on the repairs they do have to do. Highly recommend.

Sat here for 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change and many others who came in after me were in and out before me! The woman who checked me in rudely explained that I would be waiting at least 2 hours with out an appointment as if irritated that I didn t have one. The employees behind the counters rudely talked about customers as phone calls rang in using unprofessional language loud enough for all waiting in the lobby to hear and played on their cellphones as new customers entered for service. Terrible service. Won t be back.

Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and had both drivers side tires with nail in them. Very specific about the tires. When called to be told complete, I was told that my sensor was fine just needed air in tire. Again, explained the tires had nails in them, told no that wasn't the issue it was just low air pressure. I explained one more time. Came in to pick it up and was told they fixed the tire with the little nail in it. Asked about the other tire was told they didn't see anything, just needed air. Asked if they pulled the tire to look inside- was told quite gruffly "THEY CHECKED IT". Took truck, the tire had not been removed from rim- next day flat again. Will take it elsewhere for repair and service.

The staff always takes great care of me and my cars. I don't trust shops very easily but they earned my trust. I was a mechanic for many years and I know how some shops push repairs, I can say this place doesn't. They make me aware of the repairs without pressure.Thanks to all the staff.

Competence. I called with an issue, asked if their Quick Lane could diagnose. I was told yes, I drove to the Quick Lane, and was turned away to the Service Department. I am well aware their Service Department is horrible service, due to past experiences about walked over anyway knowing they wouldn't be able to fit me in. Which they couldn't. Had the Quick Lane tech known they didnt service my issue, I would have saved my time, gas, an.

Isaac cannot do his job well. First he never talked to me just my husband even though it is my car! He did not print the report card for my daughters car. He did not copy the necessary information for my tire warranty so now I have to cover his mistake. I ve been using Brighton Ford for years. This is making me want to find somewhere that will treat me as a valuable person regardless of my gender and will do the job that they are supposed to do.Services: Tires, Oil change

Love this place! Customer service is never disregarded. Luis is always knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I used to drive 45 mins to get to them, now I live over an hour away and still take my car to them for all service needs.Thank you for always being the Best!

Both times I've taken in our car for oil changes, there was something they messed up on. First time we wanted to figure out why our jeep was squeaking, they had it for over 2 hours, said they couldn't get the tires off and said it was the shocks. Took it somewhere else and in 5 minutes was told what was wrong. Glad I didn't pay to have something fixed that didn't need fixing. Second time, had an oil change, checking and topping fluid off is included, well that didn't happen. Also turns out there's an oil leak, but no one decided to call or discuss that with us. Just scribbled it on the inspection paper. Also wanted a wash. Was told it was ran threw the wash but it wasn't. Then asked for a power wash and they said the machine was down and the oil change would be free. Well instead of it being free. They just used my free oil change from my booklet. Not going back again. Figured using the place we bought the jeep from would be a good place to use.

Chris Lemke with the quick lane and the whole service department gets things done. Leaving town on a Sunday, had a radiator leaking Sat afternoon, that was installed by another dealership. Squeezed me in and got it fixed by that afternoon. and still is able to leave Sunday morning. Very honest, and great people. And saves you money as well. I would highly them to everyone from here on out.

I've been using these guys for years. There can be a long wait. I suggest an appointment. We've had some miscommunications in the past, but they've always been handled to my satisfaction.

I brought my truck in for an oil change, nothing quick about this quick lube, 3.5 hours. 2 days later I noticed a big puddle of oil on the floor of my garage. Took it back, and they said my oil pan was leaking. I take it home, put it up on Jack stands, and find they had not removed the skid plate, which was full of oil from the oil filter, and my oil pan is dry. I then check my oil level, which is 2.5 quarts low on oil.I like that Brighton Ford saw that we needed a oil change place in our community, now only if they would make it reliable...

I take my personal SUV here and a company work truck for oil changes. My personal SUV on a oil change told me I had a stripped oil plug but not to worry they put a new one in. Also told me a couple months later on a company work truck I had a stripped oil plug that is why all the oil was on the floor in their shop but not to worry they would put a new one in. 2 days later I had a employee of Quick Lube told me that this was not what happened. He told me a employee forgot to put the oil plug in. The employees lied to me about the stripped oil plug being the problem. I will never ever go back to this place for a oil change, ever. They lied to me about what happened. Never again.

Don't go here for any brake job... even the 3 hours I thought was a little long to get a set done, as I can get them done on the driveway in less then that. After all said and done 6 hours goes by ... and I am the one that had to call them to see if I have a vehicle to drive to work. Oh but it just so happens that they just finished it as I called. More like forgot all about customer service....defenetly not the people I'll be bringing even our fleet vehicles to. Pathetic!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME . Did not specify that I needed 2 keys to get my pcm reprogrammed. I had set an appointment a week in advanced, had my car towed to the shop, just for them to tell me they "think" I need 2 keys to reprogram my pcm. After dealing with Chris, who does not go the extra step to be kind, polite, and helpful, and insulted my knowledge of what was wrong with my vehicle by asking ridiculously stupid questions because I am a 21 year old male and not a 31 year old male. Waste of time and definitely lost my business.

Isaac was a great service person! Good attitude and made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was honest and didnt try to take advantage of us. This is why we ONLY buy Ford!!
