Jenn and Steven are top notch at customer focus! Their friendliness, willingness to bend over backwards and focus on customer service cannot be exceeded. It's obvious they really love working there and have a way of creating an atmosphere that is really enjoyable as a customer.I am very proud to call this "my store"!

Never again. They wont accept a return unless you have an account and give them your phone number when you purchase. Even with a receipt. Will not accept a return. What is the point of the receipt then.

O'Reillys ended up being my go to auto parts store for my most recent repair job. I replaced the front brakes and brake rotors on my van. Also replaced the bearings and did a brake fluid flush. I ended up making a few trips to O'Reillys throughout the couple weeks it took me to complete the repairs. They were helpful and got me the correct parts I needed the first time and a couple parts that they didn't have in stock they ordered for me and the parts arrived quickly. They were good at communicating with me over the phone and in store to get me the right parts for the job. Prices are comparable to other local autoparts stores and all in all I am happy with the whole experience I had with them. My only complaint would be that a bottle of O'Reillys brand brake fluid that I bought there had a small amount of debris in the bottom of the container. This is a mystery to me because the bottle was sealed so, not sure what was going on with that. I was going to return it but used it to flush my old brake fluid and purchased a different brand to refill my brake fluid. Seems like a manufacturing issue of course and not anything that would be the fault of this particular store location. They were very helpful here. Thank you O'riellys!

This is a newly-opened location, so I thought I would check it out. It goes without mentioning that the parking lot is pristine.Inside, the store is well laid out. The locations of the items make sense. The store is very clean, organized, and not chalked full of missing items. I was greeted immediately, which is really nice. The young man helping me, even though he was new, made certain that what I needed was done correctly. It is refreshing to see someone young like him care about his job and not what has become typical of younger employees. I may make this my regular auto parts store from now on.

The staff at this location is top notch. Everyone working on 5/10/23 afternoon was very friendly and professional. I went in to get a new battery and came out a loyal customer. If I ever need anything car wise in the future, I will definitely go here. Go see Steven, Gino, Donovan, Jennifer and Dave.....they are amazing!!
