Michael, Nano and Carlos were amazing! I d go here just for their help. They went above and beyond for me not just for my truck but to help get the load on my trailer back on and secured. Very great people!!! Love those guys and how they were so willing to help me get MY issue fixed.

After a less than ideal morning with a dead battery, I was pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service at this location! Not only was I greeted by multiple employees upon entering, but Christa was very friendly, polite, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of my needs on this visit! Will be returning for any other automotive needs I might have.

Very helpful. Called ahead to see if they can install a new battery. He immediately said yes and to bring it in. I came right away and he was done in less than 20 minutes. Which was helpful since I had to be at work and I was already late. Best auto parts store in the area

Carlos deserves a raise. He got me the cheapest light bulb because it s a bulb and I don t an expensive bulb. Plus he even went and got it for me.

5 employees one other customer besides myself and I ve been here for ten minutes waiting for help. RIDICULOUS I still haven t even been acknowledged. Three of them are just standing there talking. They are also supposed to offer free check engine light testing however they said that their machine got stolen so they don t offer it.

I would highly recommend going to any other O'Reilly's location OTHER than this one. Yesterday, the employees were being very unprofessional with one refusing to answer phones or help customers, another one bickering at the first and hardly anyone to be found. I had ordered a part three days earlier and even paid extra to get it send overnight from THEIR warehouse, which is absurd enough. It finally arrived FOUR days later. I was initially told I would get a refund for at least the extra cost of the overnight shipping when it had been three days. Well, I pick up the part and now they suddenly can't refund anything or give any discounts. I have never had really great experiences here and only went because I was close when I needed the part. My mistake, I'll remember to drive further out of my way next time.

I brought a rotor in to get turned but the guy was on lunch and was coming back soon so I left my name and number to call me if there was any issues. Came back an hour or so later to another crew that had no clue. Long story short there communication skills are nill to none. Now im going to not get the job done in time nor on the customers budget due to the lack of care people have for there job. I know there's good people that work here but there becoming less and less

Here we go. I needed a test light simple test light. $6-$10 buck you would think. Well the only store in Brighton that had it under $10 right then. Even harbor couldn't beat these guys. So kudos O'Reilly for having what I needed and a friendly atmosphere.

I went into the Brighton Colorado O'Reilly's to find a brake switch for a old truck that has aftermarket brakes. (Un-like AutoZone, that said I can't help you.) The young lady behind the counter got on the computer and started looking. Before long we had a switch found. Now I have brake lights on my old antique trucks.Thank you, Michael

I came in today to get a new battery and had Assist. Manager Steven help me today. He has exceeded my expectations by offering to install it for me today and not only that he also created conversation with me creating a good connection between customer and employee. If you ever need anything from the O'Reilly in Brighton and you have Steven helping you, expect an amazing experience!

I had a great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts! One of the clerks named Steven was a tremendous help! He aided me and my son Joshua in getting the right connectors/battery for my van. He told me the right pulleys to use for towing and things as well. Thanks Steven for the great customer service.

I was initially calling to ask how much it would be to rent out some tools however when Brian or Ryan (couldn't really understand him) answered the phone he asked if I could hold while he finished up with a customer, I agreed but miraculously after 10 minutes of silence I had still not been helped. So I hung up and tried again thinking maybe they forgot. The same man answered and said please hold again. I chose to sit and wait for him to just put me on hold until he asked if anyone was there to which I replied " it's fine if you put me on hold but I've been waiting for ten minutes" he hung up on me without a second thought. I don't know how you guys can call this customer service. That is unacceptable. I won't be coming here anymore.

Steven and Abe were amazing. I came in with what I thought was a bad battery and turned out to be a bad alternator. They both then went above and beyond to help me with my alternator and getting it replaced so I could get back on the road with my wife and baby with no worries of my car breaking down. They were both very patient and took what could have been a scary situation and put us at ease. I can not thank them both enough for all the help they provided for me and my family.

I came in today needing a new battery after calling my insurance for a jump and having a problem opening my car doors with my fob.Steven took my auto information and helped me to zero in on the perfect battery for my car and fitting my fob with a new battery too. He was knowledgeable and showed excellent knowledge CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Steven & Donovan rock. I asked for Donovan's help buying & installing windshield wipers today. Donovan had questions about the wipers & asked Steven for his input. Steven jumped right in and got 'er done quickly & was very courteous and helpful.

Cold weather finally showed up, and of course the battery on my wife s car decided to go out. We went in this morning and the manager Kyle was working the counter. He had several customers but found time to get our battery tested which we confirmed was bad. After purchasing a new one he went ahead and replaced it for us as well. The last battery we purchased for another vehicle at Advanced was supposed to come with free installation but they didn t have anyone working who could change one out. We are glad Oreilly s holds true to their advertising and provides the free battery installation with purchase. Kyle sure is a nice and friendly guy, we will be return customers for sure.

I love the store and the staff and would be a devoted customer if they accepted a more secure payment system like PayPal online instead of insisting on raw credit card transactions. As it stands, I will always attempt to find my parts elsewhere first.

The customer service here at O Riley auto parts is second to none. I was in the process of getting my car back and running and the assistant manager Steven came through and helped me. Steven Esquibel-Mestas helped change my alternator and diagnose many reasons why my car was having trouble starting and even helped with many other things. I highly recommend this store and I will always be a forever faithful customer due to their outstanding customer service.

Can't believe they DO NOT have 5/8" heater hose... the guy turned away and started helping a new customer before even finishing with me!!! NOW THAT'S RUDE!!! Won't shop here ever again!!!!

Went to have a rotor turned left it there they said they would call me...All they did was move it to the floor and said they didn't know who helped me and no idea why it was thereThey don't deserve the minimum wage they get

I come to this store often and am always pleased with the team, but today I had a fairly complex battery purchase to make and Steven was super helpful.
