Never leave reviews but this place was amazing. Was heading to work and noticed my tire pressure was at 4 in one of my tires, made my way across the street to Schwab with no appointment. The gentlemen up front was so nice and professional, I was in and out in under 40 minutes and they patched my tire for free since it was my first time there! They even topped off all of my tires to make sure they were even. I don t even need a new tire. I m a customer for life, I hope I don t have to see them again anytime soon but I know where to go with any tire issues now.

My family has always used Les Schwab. This was my first time as an adult using them on my own and I can happily say I was not disappointed. I received new front tires and an oil change which took about an hour. The service was amazing. They were thorough and they were kind and respectful as well. I will be returning to get my back tires done as well. If anyone is looking for a family friendly place to service your vehicle, this would be it.

I don t know where to start. I took my truck in for front end work on a Saturday, which they got done, but when I got it back the steering didn t feel right. I was unable to take it back because they were closed. By Sunday I had death wobble in the steering. Long story short, I took the truck back 3 different times just for them to finally get it right. Once I finally got it home after the last time, I realized my rims are scratched up from when they rotated the tires. I was so worked up about the steering that I did not notice how bad the rims were scratched. These rims were also bought through les Schwab (different location) and were in perfect condition until I went to this location. If you ever get work done at this location, make sure you double check their work and check your rims for damage

This is a wonderful outfit! They've helped me deal with punctures (for free!), upgraded me to snow tires, and most recently, found me a replacement hub cap (also for free) when one of mine went missing. Thank you Daniel!! What a great way to run a company - make your customers really happy!

If I could leave no stars I would I understand as a girl at time you may not know what maintenance needs to be done on a car and when a mechanic you trust tells you there is something wrong and it will be an outstanding amount of money you are willing to pay it so your car can run correctly well I got a second pair of eyes on the problem come to find out there was no problem and I was by lied to saying my car needed maintenance when that wasn t the case it s a shame how they think they can get away with scamming women when it comes to car maintenance I will never take my vehicles here again and will never do business with them again. Please be careful and always get a second opinion.

I absolutely love the new wheels that Dan helped me pick out! Thanks so much!!Always professional, always done right. I've been taking my cars to Les Schwab for years, and I have never had any issues with them, no matter the location. They may be a bit more expensive, but you don't have to make multiple trips, and you don't have to worry about something going wrong after you leave!

These guys were absolutely the best I ve dealt with. Very knowledgeable and when things did not work out correctly they fixed it. They stand by their work. Even though part of what they did for me was not right and had to be corrected I am definitely using them for my tires and rims. The sales person went over all the different types of tires and what they do and explained it thoroughly and for somebody who did not know anything about tires it was incredibly helpful. Then the technician setting up the work to be done also gave plenty of options. And when I had to go back early in order for it to fit in my schedule they were there and opened early. I can t say enough good things about the staff at this location.

I showed up at 855 for a 900 appointment. Didn t even get my car into the garage until 930. Had a phone interview at 1030 (figured an hour and a half was plenty of time for an oil change). Confronted the woman at the counter at 1015 and told her I needed to leave and she told me they are just now pouring in my oil. She also had told me that an oil change takes an hour to an hour and a half, which I held my tongue that they took me a half hour late. Luckily I got out at 1025 but I guess I just don t understand what the point of making an appointment is when they don t take you right at that time. All around bad service

We had an awesome experience, here's what happened. My daughter has an appointment for a procedure in short its about getting a sample of bone from her back, im writing this as were taking a toll road to try to make on time any way Focus. we got a flat tire and while putting on the donut we made calls, not only were they polite and professional on the phone when we got there they took our situation into consideration, they have the skills and the knowledge base to help you out, with the way the world is right now it was nice to have a good customer service experience.

I dropped off my car without an appointment on a Saturday because I had a screw in my tire. 2 hours later they call me and told me it was ready. The awesome part is that they didn't charge me anything. They even put my wheel lock key back in my glovebox. Awesome service and customer service.

I would not recommend going to this location. My breaks were making a horrible noise a year after replacing them here. I take my vehicle in for a break inspection and they tell me that everything looks fine and my ball joints are loose. Couple days later the noise got worse so i took it to meineke and they tell me that my caliper pins are loose and the caliper itself is falling off and digging into my rim. I had to replace practically everything involving my breaks and now have a damaged rim due to Les Schwabs poor services. Not sure if the technician is not trained properly or if they didn t even look. But i mean.. how do you miss a break caliper falling off and say everything is fine?Would not come here for anything other than tires

Before Christmas, I went to get checked on breaks. Got charged $800 for only the ones in the back, I was told over the phone that the front tires will be $800 as well. The real issue of why I went is still there. My car is still shaking when I break.

Never had a problem till today the guy who brought my car out his name was Eric, the manager knows my dad and how he is these wheels where bought last year and the car they came off used the other lug pattern so these where only used on my dads tires he checks the wheels every time before leaving and was in a rush today the scrapped ones are the back witch was done today the ones without scrapes where changed by Daniel. The only reason there is three stars is cause Daniel always took care of my dad's car but these are konig wheels not cheap and this is not right!

I called and asked if they could change a pinion bearing seal, the person that I spoke with said that they could. I brought my truck to the shop and after taking my information and the key the girl at the front desk stopped me before I left and said that after consulting with their mechanics that they didn t do that work..I took my key back and took my business elsewhere.

Excellent service. Everything was ready when I got there. Got my tires , they informed me I didn't need a tire aliment like another company told me I needed. I appreciate their honesty. I will be going there for all my car needs!!!!

I have an older vehicle and drive many many miles in a week leading to multiple tire emergencies. Daniel at Les Schwab has helped me every single time and has been incredibly friendly and Knowledgeable.He has gotten me a great price and got my car done so efficiently, they have earned my business and my families for many years to come!

I scheduled an appointment online to have my brakes checked (complimentary service they offer). I arrived and was greeted quickly and my car was quickly seen. The inspection time quoted (45 minutes) was met and this shop has exceeded my expectations. Dan and Adam were eager to assist with good information and friendly service. My brakes were good so I left without paying a dime-I have a lot of respect for auto shops that don t charge you for things you don t need. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Very professional and amazing customer service, my wife took her car to a competitor for 1 tire to be replaced. They didn t have tires I needed for my truck, so while we waited. I called Les Schwab and spoke with Anna about what I was looking for, she was very helpful. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Daniel who s customer service skills are second to none. I picked out some tires and the team of technicians had them on my truck in no time. 3 days later my wife s car was still at the competitors waiting for the 1 tire to be changed out. We will continue to use Les for all future needs.

A different tire place wouldn't fix the nails in my tire they sent me away. I came here frustrated and upset hoping to have someone help me. The service here was excellent everything was done in a timely fashion I will never go to another tire place ever again. Thank you for not letting me leave and get on the road unsafe.

We drove in during a snow storm, an hour before closing, with no appointment. The service advisor ran out to the parking lot and met me before I got of my vehicle to diagnose the problem (flat tire). They were transparent through out the whole process and had us out on the road less in less than 30 minutes! I had a wonderful experience.

I went there this morning because i needed a new set of tires. Just my luck it started snowing pretty bad, on my birthday Immediately I was greeted by Dan, at first impression I was convinced I came to the right place to get a set of tires, he s very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He went out of his way to get me in and out with 4 brand new tires in just about an hour with no appointment, I was a walk in, and he fixed tire pressure monitor before I left made sure I was safe before I got back out there on the snowy roads. This was the very first tire shop when I wasn t concerned that my tires where sketchy. I m gonna send my sister when she needs new tires, any one who needs new tires go to this place. They are honest upfront. And very professional. Thank you for my experience on purchasing my tires Dan!

Les Schwab Tire Center here in Brighton Colorado is an excellent place to get your tires and vehicle serviced. One employee named Dan is an outstanding employee who is very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful in his line of work. Dan will make sure your car runs as smoothly as possible and gives peace of mind to his customers. Dan has been extremely helpful in making sure my car parts are ordered and making sure that his customers are as stress free as they can be. Dan is the reason I will be doing all my vehicle work at Les Schwab and Dan deserves a good pay raise.

We arrived on a drive from Minneapolis to Denver, with a drive that night from Denver to Salt Lake City.I called up to assess a potential alignment problem as our van was bouncing around.They immediately made time for us on the spot & determined our back 2 tires were actually about to give out, (tread separation).With a little back & forth from our rental company the staff were really patient & handled our situation with care and had 4 new tires on our van in minutes.We d like the thank Dan, Kris, Nikki & Chad for all hands on deck assistance.Highly recommend Les Schwab Tire Center, and especially the Brighton, CO location.

Les Schwab employees are top notch! They take to heart Dedicated To Getting You Back On The Road Safely & Quickly. After blowing out two front tires and also having to replace one wheel while traveling, we needed to have our lug nuts re-torqued. Stopped in before they were open A gentlemen met us at the door and we were back in the Rod in 2-minutes. Thank you!

Best customer service. There was a problem with my new rotor that was put on. They got me in right away to replace it. While is waited I went across the road to get my nails done and surprised me by bringing me my car when they were finished. No squeak and driving much better!

Was having issues with my tire light coming on. Kyle took care of all the issues and was very kind. Was in and out within an hour!! Kyle was awesome! Will definitely come back and work with Kyle again.

I came in for a low tire. (Customer service was great actually!) I had a nail in my tire and they ended up patching it for free. Which was very nice of them! 2 days later my tire went low again, they didn t remove the whole nail and put a patch over it anyway. Brand new tire was ruined and now I m having to buy a new one. Don t entirely think it was their fault because I did run over the nail. But could be a little more careful of pulling something out of someone s tire and making sure to get the whole object out.
