I brought my RAM 2500 into Johnson Auto Plaza for some warranty, recall and an oil change. They had my truck for 3 weeks, after getting my truck back home I realized I was missing 4 lugs on one wheel and 3 on the other. They had been over tightened and broke off. Truck has 19K miles. Johnson has no interest on correcting their mistake. Start away. I won t be returning to their service center or be purchasing anything from them.

Great customer service with Jose Torres! Highly recommend getting your services with him! He greeted us in such a kindly manner and talks Spanish!

Bought 2 vehicles, 1 new Ram and 1 used Buick, in September and couldn't be happier with the experiences.Not the usual pressure a lot of dealerships have.Our sales consultant, Brice, handled every concern or question we had, even days after the sales were completed.Johnsons Auto Plaza and Brice made some lifelong customers out of us.

We took our Dodge Ram RV here for servicing. They are able to service large trucks here. We were very pleased with the service. They also have a nice waiting area and clean restrooms.

Johnson Auto Plaza is the place you want to go for any vehicle service or maintenance. They are honest and truly want to make customers for life! Need a new or used car, Johnson Auto Plaza has you covered. They are one of the highest volume dealers in the area because they care about you!

Great service and friendly staff. They are honest and they don't push you for services you don't want. They even advise if you request a service and you don't need it to be done.
