After having my Jeep Renegade serviced at Johnson Auto Plaza (MOPAR) in late November I decided to consider an extended warranty. Asked the driver who provides rides to your home if he knew about an extended warranty. He referred me to the finance manager (J) the Jeep-Mopar area. I sent an email with my inquiry and the finance manage provided some good information. I wanted to discuss this further and I was referred to his assistant (S. F.) because he was very busy. Discussed the policy pros and cons with her. She was very kind and informative. The skeptical side of me asked if she thought if the policy was worth the money. She stated that she has had one on each of her vehicles because repairs are so very pricey. She sent me a copy of a policy for my review. After deliberation I decided to purchase the policy for my 2020 Jeep Renegade. She was very nice during the purchase process and I paid her for the policy at that time. In early December I received my policy with a receipt for my payment. The declaration page of my policy had my first name misspelled and the amount charged to my credit card was incorrect. The incorrect charge resulted in any overpayment on the policy of $89 I contacted her to let her know of both issues. She indicated she would correct the misspelling and get a check sent to me for the overcharge on my credit card. This matter occurred and was discussed on or around December 6, 2023. I have since called 2 times and received assurance the matter would be resolved. Nothing was done. So I wrote an email and left another voice message. It is now March 1, 2024 and my issues have still not been resolved.Understand I have no problem with the service I received on my Jeep at Johnson Auto Plaza. The service personnel were very professional and my Jeep runs great! It is the experience with the finance area that has left me questioning the efficiency and depth of customer service priorities in the finance area where I purchased this product. There is an error in not only the issuance of the policy but also the collection of funds for the policy. Seems to me this would be something very easy to fix with a minimum of effort. However, my numerous attempts to have this resolved have been ignored. To those looking to purchase an extended warranty from Johnson Auto Plaza I would say Buyer Beware !

They couldn t find my appointment, even though I had an email confirmation. Thankfully they fit me in right away. But they weren t able to do the safety recall quickly so I have to go back. Overall fine experience, quick service.

Went in to look at a beautiful 2018 blue Jeep Wrangler. This place gets three stars for Nadine because of how nice and flexible she was for letting us take it on a test drive by ourselves with no time limit, and being flexible with putting a refundable deposit down so I could take it for a pre-purchase inspection two days later. That being said, I'm glad I advocated for the inspection. On the outside the jeep was beautiful, however it had numerous problems including the roof being very scratched/straight-up damaged in some places, including a large crack in it near the door, the oil pan was completely rusted and would have needed replacing, the inside itself wasn't the cleanest considering they had already detailed it, they were being weird about taking the soft top out of the back so I could even look at the back seats and trunk (this jeep came with a dual-top group), and the sun visors were broken. Granted, they offered to repaint the top of the jeep and fix the sun visors, however that would not have fixed the actual body damage to the roof and they were not being flexible on the price due to all of these issues. We were told that since they had "put about $4000" into the Jeep when they got it that they would not negotiate down. There is no doubt they put quite a bit into it (new tires, changed brake pads, etc), but they either missed some pretty important things, didn't care to fix them, or thought they could get away with not fixing them. For a $30,000+, 80k miles-used Jeep, I would have been very unhappy to have had to continue to spend quite a bit of money fixing additional things like parts that had been rusted and damaged.No hate to Nadine whatsoever, she was working with the information she had and she was flexible enough to give me my deposit back. But this is a warning for all people looking to buy used, whether here or somewhere else- GET A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. They're usually $100 and worth the money and heartache, which would have been my case had I not gotten one. The people at the mechanic all told me that they personally wouldn't buy this Jeep based on the damage, and as disappointed as I was to hear that I'm really glad I listened, especially since they told me that the dealership would have seen the exact same issues they did and probably were trying to hide it. I found the same exact Jeep somewhere else and it's beautiful with way less miles and zero issues. And if they don't let you get an inspection or push back on it, run anyway, it's not worth it.

I had a great experience here. I went in to look at a vehicle that s way outside of their usual inventory. They were helpful without being pushy. Matt K did a great job. I wouldn t hesitate to get another vehicle from them.

I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and have relied on Johnson Auto to perform all the maintenance. When we bought our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse, there was no question that we would be taking it to Johnson Auto for service. We had planned a family trip to the mall, but the vehicle died and would not restart. We had the vehicle towed to Johnson Auto, and I was told it would probably be a week before they could even look at it. The news was devastating, since the vehicle is modified to transport an electric wheelchair, and we would be prevented from going on more planned trips. My wife called and made an appeal to the service department but did not get a definitive answer about when the would look at the vehicle. Early the next morning, I got a text that told me they had looked at the vehicle. They had isolated the problem but wanted to run some more tests to be certain that was the only problem. The same afternoon, I received a call telling me the vehicle was ready for pickup. Thanks to Johnson Auto, we can be confident our vehicle is reliable and will allow us to go to planned family events over the holidays. I have made many referrals for Johnson Auto Jeep, and noe they will get many more for Chevrolet. I cannot express how much the prompt service and compassion for our family means. Thanks, again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY! They definitely profile people. Very rude and unattentive. For a huge car dealership, there is very little negotiating. Pre approved for a loans requier a second credit report be filled out. Extremely unprofessional

Jeep service replaced my transmission with a rebuilt transmission which took nearly 6 months. It lasted less than 12 months and we took it back this fallto be repaired. It is still there and is undriveable. They have had it for 6 months now. No loaner or rental so I've had to pay for one myself. Totally unacceptable. I'm making a complaint with the BBB.

Bought one of my favorite cars here. I went to multiple dealers and finally found my favorite. They gave me a very fair trade on my other vehicle and a great price on my new car. Their vehicles are some of the cleanest I've seen. Thank you all for getting me into my new car without any pushy tactics, massive pushes on extraneous warranty options and going above and beyond to make sure I was making the right choice for me.

Very grateful to this dealership. I bought a 2015 Chevy cruiz back in 2019. No issues at all, until recently. I went to two different mechanics to fix an issue of my car not starting (died as I drove on the highway). These other two mechanics couldn t fix my car. so I had to get it towed to this dealership (since I purchased car here) to try and solve the issue.It took some time to get a part in. Once it arrived, car was fixed within 2 days. It did need quite a bit of work.They did volunteer a discount on repairs due to wait time for part (I did not ask or comment - they just offered which was very much appreciated).Unfortunately, my car had a weird programming issue afterwards on my dashboard (not always displaying numbers). Brought it back in, and they easily fixed within 2 hours wait time. No charge, just fixed it. My car runs great! and I appreciate Rusty and James and my mechanic (apologies if I am missing other people s names) and their professionalism with working with me and my car. Thank you very much!I do recommend this dealership. Only comment- customers should be sure to inquire about a loaner car if one is available, if facing an unknown long wait time for a part shipment (good tip to pass on).

My wife and I bought a used Cadillac ATS from Katey today and we couldn't be happier. She was extremely helpful and we felt zero pressure from her. We would definitely buy from Johnson's and Katey again as this is the best experience I have had at a dealer, and I am 62 years old, so I have seen a few in my time.

I bought a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Johnson Auto Plaza in February 2022. I was happy with the car but after a period of time, I decided to see if they wanted to buy it back. I wasn t trying to make a huge amount back on the vehicle but had quite a bit of equity in it. I spoke with David Musgrave in sales several times. He seemed fine, until we got there. There were some minor touch up scratchesOn the fender but they decided they were going to ding me $500 . Fine, then when we got down to the signing and getting our check, they decided to tell us THEN that they wouldn t cut us a check today, 12/16/23. That we would have to wait till they had title in hand then they would send us the difference via mail in 2-3 weeks. Mind you keeping my vehicle the entire time. The GM, Rich told us that he wouldn t be able to give a check today for the difference because he didn t have anyone working in the finance department because it was a Saturday. Correct me if I m wrong but aren t people buying and selling cars a plenty on Saturdays? I believe that s their busiest day of the week!! We were lied to from the beginning. We took the Cherokee to Arapahoe Jeep. Spoke to a lovely lady, gave us exactly what we wanted and THOUGHT we were getting at Johnson Auto, out of the door, check in hand! Worked out in the end but was left very disappointed with what transpired at Johnson. Buyer beware!

Oil pump and oil cooler replaced. Parts way over retail bump in price. Mechanic caused a failure in the coolant system after flush and cooler installed. They have had it in several times and can't figure out what he did wrong. After 55 miles after they reset the codes, the A/C shuts off, the high speed output fan comes on full blast constant, and the temp gage drops to cold. Coolant pump relay fuse block seems to be missing according to the diagram on the fuse block. Overflow tank is full all the time and is not recirculating back into the radiator. Possible leak in pressure in the system but they say they burped it and it should be fine. Said the code was for low voltage to temp sensor but the code on the invoice is for too low temperature on engine. I asked if they fixed the low voltage issue. Rusty ignored my question and said they burped it and topped it off and it should be fine. 5 resets on the car later still triggering after 55 miles shuts down all items above again. Service writer won't call me back to get the car back in to fix the issue. Have left voice mail and messages 3 times now.

Came here twice for some major car fixes under warranty. AJ helped us get the car up and runningThe first instance was for loss of motive power. I had taken the car into a different dealership (closer to home) 4 times, and was sent back with a "could not reproduce issue". But the issue kept coming back. I took it into Johnson Auto Plaza and they were able to reproduce the issue on day one and fixed the issue.When the second check engine light came on I didn't mess around with a different shop, called Johnson Auto Plaza straight away. AJ spoke with me on the phone, I told him the code and the symptom and he already knew what was wrong with the car. I got my car back in 3 days, major issue fixed and recall software update done in one visit.Highly recommend Johnson auto plaza and highly recommend AJ.

We brought our truck into the service dept for a recall having to do with the airbag. When we got our truck back, the dash was cracked around the airbag panel and the airbag panel wasn't seated correctly. They agreed that the panel was not replaced correctly and fixed that, but refused to take responsibility for the cracked dash.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler here mainly due to the ease of working with Rich. He is straightforward and remarkably pleasant to communicate with. I also want to give them 5 stars because they seem to be the rare Jeep dealer not charging crazy dealer add-ons like "paint protection", LoJack, etc. Thank you guys for that, please keep it up.My only neutral feedback is that Rich asked that I contact him after the sale in order to facilitate a lease buyout. I emailed and texted him but he never responded or wrote back.

I figured car dealerships wanted to sell cars, wanted to help, and hired people that tried to sell cars. Not my experience at all. Katey did not seem to care at all if she made a sale.A truck that I was very interested in that I thought was on hold for me while it was in and out of the service department for minor repairs, was sold to another customer.Poor customer service - I had to continuously reach out to my sales person, at least once a week, to get an update on the status of the truck that was in and out of the service department. Wanted to see when I could come back up to make the purchase and drive it home.Poor Communication The truck was sold to another customer when I was waiting for the final minor repair to be completed. NEVER was I told by Katey, or anyone else there, that I needed to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle, (until I received a phone call from her asking for a deposit to hold the vehicle since someone else was looking at it). I immediately paid a $500 deposit. Ten minutes later, I learned the truck had sold to the other person. I was not happyIf I had known a deposit would have held the vehicle for me, I would have gladly placed a deposit to hold the truck when I had test driven it 3 weeks prior. I would have even purchased it outright a couple days after I test drove it - again if I was told that a deposit or full payment would be needed in order for the car not to be sold.Lesson learned, will not do business with this sales team ever again.In summary - Bad business practices, poor customer service, no communication with customers, and apparently no communication between sales departments, and no interest in forming a partnership, just interested in a quick, easy sale.

RAM Diesel service is the absolute worst. I have left four messages for them to call me back over the period of four days and I ve never gotten a call back. I had to go to another RAM dealer to get anything done, I will never go back and regret purchasing my vehicle from them.

Bought my Truck from TJ with absolutely zero complaints! Everything over the phone. Showed up, Truck was what they said it was, signed the paperwork and hit the road! I will defiantly be back!Edit:Truck ended up with a warranty issue two days before a 3000 mile trip. Rob, John, and Jake in the fleet service department went more than above and beyond to get the parts in and repair done for me to make my trip!Thanks guys!

Had a motor that blew up. They contacted GM. Recieved a new motor and radiator. Installed at no charge. All warranty work. And they did a great job. Will be back.

So Johnson Auto's Ram service department opted out of sending me there service survey knowing that they are absolutely terrible, so I'll just give them a Google review instead. I called to schedule to get my 2022 Ram 2500 in for service, I was told it was a two week wait, so I waited two weeks to get it in December 11, they didn't even look at my pickup until the following Monday the 18th and was told the schedule date does not guarantee they look or work on you vehicle, that's the day the they impute your information and concerns and then they put you in que, so I was without a vehicle until December 21st, when I stressed my concerns on how long I had been without my pickup (10 days) they told me I can't count the weekends cause they're not opened on the weekends so I can't count those two days. Absolutely terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend Johnson Auto's to service or buy a vehicle for that matter.
